Apple Hill Cabins and Camp Ground

Associated on 40 acres. Adjacent to Conecuh and Blackwater National forests. Five RV pads, areas for primitive camping. Two Rustic Cabins with bath and showers. Amenities include fishponds,( no license required, no catch limit). Ponds have bass, brim, catfish and tilapia. Access to Blackwater River for swimming, canoeing, tubing or Kayaking. Hunting allowed in National Forests in season with license, skinning rack available on site.   only 45 miles from the beach  camp or stay in cabins an drive to the beach and save a $$$$$$   drive or pull your big rvs and leave them in goods hands to you return for your next vacation 

Serenity Gardens Bicycle Campground

 Private pine and oak forest camping. With as many flowers as I can grow! 3 miles to Bluff Springs Recreation Area for boating and fishing.   1 1/2 hour drive to Pensacola Beach, great stop over point. 

   Large parking lot but watch for low power lines. Beach Cruiser Bicycle repair and gas motorized bicycle repair and sales. Have bicycle tires tubes and many bicycle parts in stock! 

  I only have 1 site renting, the parking lot is never crowded with other vehicles. Great place to park, no detours off of HWY 29, just pull in and pull out, circular drive and parking lot.  Direct access to other Highways like Hwy 65. No alcohol at this campsite, serenity.  AA meetings if you would like.  Property established in 1963.

Close to the highway about a mile from Starbucks and Publix grocery stores 20 minutes from the beach. Pretty dark at night and secluded. Easy to get back on to Route 10. There is road noise from route 10. Great Wifi on site. 50 amp hook up. We charge for 12 cents a kilo watt hour. Look forward to meeting you!

We have a 50 acre family farm. We have lots of animals, a wooded area with natural springs. A pool with slide and diving board. A pool house with screened in picnic area. Bathroom with toilet and sink. Outdoor solar powered shower. Animal encounters with farm tour. Alpacas, emus, mini donkeys. Horses, peacocks, turkeys, ducks, geese, guineas, goats, pigs, chickens, cows and more

Beautiful Oasis

Seclusion but close to the National Seashore and beaches. The property is beautiful with a perfect mix of beach and swamp life.

The Wandering Path

Located 20 minutes north of downtown Milton, FL, The Wandering Path is a serene escape, offering a unique blend of untouched natural beauty and comfortable accommodations. With 2000 feet of waterfront along the picturesque Coldwater Creek, this nature retreat is a world away from the hustle and bustle of city life, set within a sprawling 20-acre landscape.

Accommodations at The Wandering Path are designed for those seeking a peaceful retreat. Four glamping tents, equipped with real full-size beds, portable AC for summer, heaters for winter, and essential amenities, ensure a comfortable stay amidst nature. Each tent is adorned with solar string lights, and outdoor essentials like a picnic table, fire pit ring, small charcoal grill, and trash can are provided.

For those who prefer a more raw connection with nature, four primitive campsites are available, each equipped with solar string lights, a fire pit ring, and a trash can. A hike-in site with a picnic table is also an option for adventurers.

Guests have access to a centrally located bathhouse with two full bathrooms, ensuring comfort and convenience.
There is now an outdoor kitchen for all guests to use.
There is no cookware, silverware or dishes.
There is a counter-top oven, toaster, 2 stove top burners, 1 flat top griddle, sink and keurig coffee maker.
There are reusable k-cups for you to put your own coffee in, or your own k-cups.

The property boasts 2000 feet of trails alongside the creek, perfect for hiking and exploring the natural surroundings. 

Kayak rentals are available for guests with appropriate vehicles, and fishing enthusiasts are welcome to cast their lines into the spring-fed creek.

At The Wandering Path, nights come alive under a starlit sky, unblemished by city lights, making every evening perfect for a campfire. It’s more than just a stay; it’s an experience of tranquility, a chance to recharge amidst nature’s embrace.

We look forward to becoming your go-to spot when you’re in need of recharging. 

We are less than 1 hour from Pensacola and Navarre beaches, 15-20 minutes to local grocery stores and restaurants.

At this time, no pets or children under 12 are allowed in yurts.

***All pets do require prior approval to maintain the safety of other guests.

The yurt have fans and portable AC units, which cool the tent down after a few hours of operation.

The inside or our yurt was clean and cozy.

The river water isn't dirty - it's that color because of tannins, which are a natural tea-colored substance found in things like tree bark and roots.

S'mores are a must, even during the summer.

Dinner was burgers and veggie hash using a pan and cooking utensils we brought.

Mornings spent reading or eating breakfast on the "porch."

Site #5 overlooks the river and is nice and flat for tent campers.

Breakfast was blueberry pancakes and turkey bacon on the griddle.
