We have a 2.5-acre fenced and gated camping lot in the heart of West Central Florida. This location is within walking distance of a dog park, kids’ playground, and a 4-mile biking trail. A Publix grocery store, Chinese restaurant, and other shopping and dining options are located 2.8 miles west of our property. Most of our land has trees for shade and is a work in progress. At the entry, there is an electric gate that opens inward with private coded access. At this time, we don’t have well water, electricity, or private bathrooms, but we plan to have them installed by March 2026. Your campsite will be on the back-left side of the property (northwest side), giving you over 9,945 sq. ft. of space to hang out, create a bonfire, go for a walk, and make memories. Oh, and yes—we currently have free Wi-Fi on site, thanks to our generous neighbors who allow us to use their electricity for the router. At this time, we cannot offer space for heavy vehicles or RVs due to dirt road access.

Amazing property! This type of old costal Florida is becoming difficult to experience specifically in the area of the site. Wonderfully wildlife viewing, birds of all types especially sea/costal birds. Kayaking and fishing are world class as good as it gets anywhere along the gulf. The host is super nice and easy going. We enjoyed spending time and talking with him. You will not see many sites like this.

We were honored to be Foster’s first guests. He was an interesting and charming host. The camping site is next to his house, which is on stilts and he allows guests to use the second floor, which has great views across the marshes. The property itself is very isolated and peaceful. There is a waterfront park to launch kayaks about a 5 minute walk. We really enjoyed our time here. The property itself is a work in progress so there is some work to be done, but you don’t see it when you are looking out over the marshes. There is a Walmart and other shops a few mins away. We would recommend and will be back soon

We stayed in our class A motorhome with full hookups. Needed to buy a sewer extension too. Great private, fenced backyard. Great for their chickens which were huge. Loved hearing their low noises. Would definitely stay hear again. The family was great. Great kids. Great neighborhood. Wonderful traffic because hardly any. So many different routes to go. Wonderful places to visit nearby. Free pool 6 minutes away.

A very nice and private site in a great location. Hosts were friendly and helpful. Please note: it’s not just the power cord that needs an extension as noted in the listing, but also water and sewage. Our 25 ft water hose would not reach, so we had to go out and buy a 50 ft one and our small travel trailer only had a 10 ft sewer drain hose which wasn’t even coming close. As a result, we had to do some washing outside since our grey water tank was full. Fortunately our next site had them all close to the camper and we were able to empty everything there.
