The wildlife, blue skies, pines, and fresh mountain air allows the perfect Mountain escape. We are just 5.4 miles from the NEW Ford Amphitheatre. Skip the big, pricey hotel and consider our memorable cabin instead! Just 4 miles from our NEW grocery store. Enjoy 3 large hiking and biking trails, all within 3 miles from the property. La Foret Conference center is just across the street. If you need simple amenities, a comfortable bed, and a clean space, you will be happy here. Sleeps 2 people comfortably. The Cabin is just 10 feet from our home. While there is no showering facilities, there is hot water. There are showering facilities just 15 minutes away at a local travel center. Hot and cold water, a coffee pot, skillet, fridge, freezer and microwave are in the cabin. Outhouse is located just feet from the cabin. Weekend Trip to Sunrise Campsites

We had an amazing time staying at the cabin. The cabin was well stocked with propane and water, and the power station looked very nice too! The cabin itself is very cute, comfortable, has a fantastic view, and definitely feels private and secluded from the rest of the grounds. Stephanie was extremely responsive and eager to help, and was able to secure a sturdy ladder for us to get to the bed mere minutes after the request. The cabin definitely still has some construction items remaining, but is more than finished enough to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Overall my girlfriend and I had a wonderful time and will most definitely be coming back next year!!

We were extremely thrilled to revisit Will and Jake and their campsite. As always the campsite was clean, inviting, and well maintained. Jake cooked for us again and the gourmet burgers did not disappoint. As the last campers of the season, we were pleased to relax in a pine tree haven. So glad to make new friends and we will be back next year! Highly recommended-10/10! Thank you!

This property is a beautiful hidden gem with amazing night guys, absolute solitude and responsive host. The cabin was larger than I expected with 2 beds in the loft, 2 beds on the main floor and a couch in the living room next to the wood stove. The wood stove heats up fast and provides house of heat without needing to reload and the propane burners for Coleman stove are perfect for cooking. Just bring some battery powered string lights for lighting at night and a headlamp. There are good hiking options on the property and the adjacent BLM lands.

Complete with a sofa, a number of chairs, a tent and a firepit, this place has it all!

Doggie and I loved camping with the Jansmas. They were there to greet us coming in, and the tent and equipment were perfection. Extra bedding, lotion, candles, a solar shower and privvy, all were luxury. The dog so enjoyed being off leash all weekend. The highlight of our stay was the birthday dinner that Jake cooked on the final night, with a special creme brulee for dessert complete with candle. The coyotes (and the highway traffic) were a bit closer than I had realized they would be at times, but the rest of the time was quiet and beautiful. If you come, make sure to stop at Costello's Coffee House. We will be back!

Weekend Trip to Buckaroo Bunkhouse Camping

We had a great stay in the RV at Tina's! Would recommend. Gorgeous spot, easy to find even in the dark. She had the heater on for us before we arrived so it was nice and cozy. We loved the bench swing next to the propane fire ring. Bonus that you can use a propane fire ring even if there's a fire ban. The horses were polite and calm. It was a sweet and special experience stargazing with them right there next to us, just chilling in the moonlight on the other side of the fence. Whether they were keeping us company or maybe just enjoying the beautiful night, it was an unexpected highlight. Beds & pillows were comfy, we slept soundly. I LOVE vintage RVs, though sometimes they trigger my allergies. This one was great, no sniffles or sneezes for me. Everything was clean including the extra linens, blankets, pillows. The price felt fair, especially compared to an airbnb (plus - yay, no chore list!). And obviously it was so much better than a motel room - way more privacy and fun. We were glad we chose this spot and would recommend, thank you!
