Due to the fire risks in our area there are NO CAMPFIRES ALLOWED which includes propane fires Thirty acres of our property are fenced for the horses and located directly behind the campsites. In addition, we have lots of wildlife including but not limited to: Deer, Elk, Coyotes, Bobcats, Wild Turkeys, Mountain Lions, Snakes, and Bears. We are approximately 2 miles from the town of Larkspur between Spruce Mountain Road and Perry Park Road. (Please note Google Maps will try and send you to a location on Perry Park Road which is incorrect. Please refer to the map located on this website.) Due to our remote location, we have spotty Wifi. Typically ATT, Starlink, and TMobile work best. Verizon reception can be located at certain spots around our ranch. There are three restaurants located in the town of Larkspur including pizza, Mexican food, and a pub. There is also a large park with lots of kids' play equipment. During the summer there are concerts at the park on the weekends. We are approximately 2 miles from the Colorado Renaissance Festival located in Larkspur. The Renaissance Festival typically runs between June and . Campers will be required to sign a Waiver and Release of Liability when camping with us. 4 nights at Standiford Goat and Equine Ranch

I had a great time at this beautiful campground/farm, and Teresa is very responsive and accommodating. The campground has lots of trees and the location makes it very peaceful. I got to enjoy my camper van and go on a hike close by. There are a few good restaurants in town. I highly recommend this campground. I came here for the first time 3 years ago where my family and I were part of a commercial for an RV company, and it did not disappoint. Don't hesitate to book your stay!

Weekend Trip to Standiford Goat and Equine Ranch

What a fun place to stay! It is a short drive off of Highway 25 near Palmer Lake. Teresa is an awesome host and greeted me at the site for a quick chat. It was so quiet, that I slept in. Looking forward to my next visit.

Campsite #3 is the largest of the 5 sites. It is circular and will accommodate a large motor home or 2 small trailers.

Beautiful property and camping spots amongst tall pines. Teresa was very communicative and provided great informations. Quick drive from the south Denver metro area to enjoy the outdoors without dealing with mountain traffic . We hope to return soon.

We loved it here! Teresa is an awesome, friendly host and the views are amazing. The nearby hiking/mountain bike trails she recommended (Sandstone Ranch Open Space) were also great. We highly recommend and will probably visit again!

Campsite 5 is on the left side of the driveway approximately 100 yards from the entry. Campsite 5 is between campsites 3 and 6. It is across from the petting zoo where you will see donkeys, goats, chickens, and ducks. We have one rooster in the petting zoo so you won't need to bring your alarm clock. Lol

We absolutely loved it here! We cannot wait to go back next year. Easy back-in RV spot. Dan met us when we arrived and even helped us set up our pop-up. Our kids loved Dan and all the cool things he had around his property to show them. The wildlife was plentiful!

Campsite #2 is located approximately 120 yards from Fox Farm Road. The site is outlined with tree trunks and has a sign. You can pull in or back into the site.

We had a great stay in the RV at Tina's! Would recommend. Gorgeous spot, easy to find even in the dark. She had the heater on for us before we arrived so it was nice and cozy. We loved the bench swing next to the propane fire ring. Bonus that you can use a propane fire ring even if there's a fire ban. The horses were polite and calm. It was a sweet and special experience stargazing with them right there next to us, just chilling in the moonlight on the other side of the fence. Whether they were keeping us company or maybe just enjoying the beautiful night, it was an unexpected highlight. Beds & pillows were comfy, we slept soundly. I LOVE vintage RVs, though sometimes they trigger my allergies. This one was great, no sniffles or sneezes for me. Everything was clean including the extra linens, blankets, pillows. The price felt fair, especially compared to an airbnb (plus - yay, no chore list!). And obviously it was so much better than a motel room - way more privacy and fun. We were glad we chose this spot and would recommend, thank you!

Campsite 1 is 50 feet in length. It is next to 30 acres of our fenced in wooded property. It backs to a spring-fed pond.

We were greeted by the donkeys and goats when we arrived and the kids loved them. We also saw some deer and wild turkeys while camping. Very cool! Our spot felt nestled in the forest, but just walking down the driveway we could see the beautiful rolling fields. Convenient location halfway between Colo. Spgs. and Denver, so we could visit both. The Renaissance Faire was over when we camped, but if we ever want to go, we know exactly where to stay!

5 nights at Cabin, RV & RV Site by Muller Park

A small, private campground. Dan, our host, was awesome! My wife and I truly enjoyed our stay, there. It was extremely peaceful and rejuvinating. several deer stopped by our rv, hoping for snacks. Yes, yes, I know.. "Don't feed the wild animals." Mrs. doe did receive a handful of grapes, whilst Mr. Buck stood there, supervising. We were also visited by a fox. A mother bear w/cubs performed a late nigh,, on-camera cameo at the back of the campground. 2 or 3 rv sites, a couple of tent areas, and 2 cabins, snuggled up, at the bottom of the mountain. Sweet.
