Madeline's property was so tranquil and just a short drive into town. With views of Pikes Peak and plenty of space to spread out. We discovered we were a bit larger than the recommended RV length, but Madeline and her Mom were so accommodating! The property is peaceful and we could let our dogs off leash, which is a plus. Especially for our furry full-time travelers to stretch their legs. I would highly recommend a stay here!

We had an amazing time on Holly & Mike’s land. They have the rv site set up perfectly so the side with the door opens up straight into beautiful forest and trees. The other side is their work area etc. but we only saw that when we were entering or existing. And to have full hookups was definitely a huge added plus. No neighbors were around us at all …..It was just us. We will definitely be going back here for future camping trips Our thanks to Mike and Holly

We loved the quiet and peace while camping in our trailer on Madeline's land. The views of Pike's Peak and the mountains were very pretty... we were the only campers there for the 2nd and third nights of our stay!... We were only 30 minutes away from Garden of the Gods, which was our destination.... easy to get to from this site. We loved this site. ...Madeline was a responsive host -easy to connect with when we had questions.

We enjoyed staying at the site with our camper van. It backs up to some public land. We camped in mid-June and the weather was perfect. Next time we will bring bikes and take the short ride to downtown Woodland Paark.
