Sunset and mountaintop views are stunning, with city lights glowing in the distance.

The site is RV- and tent-friendly. It is fully off-grid, with no power, plumbing, or toilets, so guests must be self-contained. Free mountain-seasoned oak firewood is included (limited amount), with extra available for purchase. Guests can explore the property with Kawasaki Mule tours (6-seater), and hunting programs are available on request. A fishing pond is being stocked with local fish.

While on a family backpacking excursion through Sequoia King’s Canyon National Park, and the surrounding area, we came across this charming campground. A long-forgotten chapel in the mountains that was formerly a summer camp.
From here, a short 15-minute drive will take you directly to the main entrance of Sequoia & Kings Canyon National Park for access to the Giant Sequoias at Grant Grove and the Grant Grove Village. For those who prefer to travel off the beaten path, a short 30-minute hike will take you to the National Forest.
We are excited to invite you to camp at this hidden gem, while we undertake to restore the campground to its original splendor.
Easy drive to available parking, with easy access and pull through drive for any vehicle, even with trailers.
For campers bringing their own tents, we provide beautiful and well- shaded sites with level ground, soft grass, tucked underneath the many old-growth trees.

The Boulder Creek RV Resort Market sells propane, firewood, ice and other camp supplies. There is a dump station on site for RVs.
Tent sites are located near the restrooms, showers, pool and hot tub. Campers can use the communal Club House large kitchen and living room with TV, where fresh coffee and muffins are served daily each morning. Tent sites have some trees for shade and potable water available.
We're surrounded by the magnificent eastern Sierras and just a skipping stone way from majestic Mt. Whitney. This is a small off grid fruit farm and completely private. You will be camping among fruit trees and woods.
It's close to state and national parks. We are close to Kings Canyon and Mount Baldy. We are also close to the back entrance to Sequoia National Park. There is a stunning private river to hike to and swim at with several waterfalls. There's plenty of picnic spots and a play area for children.
Be aware there are no gas stations or grocery stores in the area so be prepared.
There is a restaurant that is opened Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday times 11am to 11pm called the Mountain House about 3 miles from here

This campsite was great! Clean bathroom and shower! For the price I was more than happy with the quality of the campsite. Biggest downside is being 2 hours from Furnace Creek/Visitors Center.
It currently only has one bathroom which is a bit tough with many other campers but he’s about to install another one! Campsites are a bit closer together but I personally find that really comforting. The Lake, BBQ’s, dock spaces were awesome! Was so kind and swift to responding to any messages and kept the bathroom very clean! You are allowed to use any of the kayaking and paddle boarding equipment and BBQs with propane already there! Great for the price but still in need of some campsite work. Other than that Nacho is super kind and has an awesome campground in the making! Thank you Nacho!

Great last minute stop! Wonderful views, full hookups and plenty of amazing places to sit outside (shade and sun) also the paddle boards and kayaks were a great touch! Would recommend! Nacho is also very welcoming and escorted us to our spot!

I had the wonderful opportunity to tent camp here in Lake Olancha with 9 of my friends! We rented three sites and had enough room for all of our tents, cars, and cook stove set ups! This is an amazing location as you can easily drive to Death Valley early to beat the heat and come back to a serene lake to cool off in! I would absolutely recommend staying here!

Loved camping on this site, the hosts were kind enough to provide a lamp for us to turn on and off as we like. Tons of space to place a tent and lots of space to dig for using the restroom as well. When going up to the ranch to dispose our trash it was beautiful and the trash cans were very easy to find. There was also a little faucet that they provided on site as well which was a nice surprise. Overall great experience and would come back! Thank you Michael!

Theresa made this such a great experience. She showed us around, picked a salad from her garden for us, shared all of her knowledge about edible plants. Her dogs were amazing especially the white one. My daughter and I felt safe and comfortable there. Not only was it a great experience I feel like I left with a new friend.

Teresa was so attentive to detail and making sure we made our way ok and had enough fire wood due to the excess from trimming on the land. She and her whole family and animals were so sweet and awesome to be around. And we enjoyed visiting the beautiful creek, and the sequoia mountains during our stay. It was mostly peaceful, aside from one neighbor who was playing music into the late hours. And the turkeys goblin 😹 So if you’re a light sleeper, be prepared with some foam ear plugs just in case.
Overall, we’ll return to this beautiful place, and recommend you stay for a visit!

I loved this campsite because we could choose to have a lake view or not and the bathroom/shower wasn’t too far away. Also, the campsite had a picnic table and a spot for campfire which is allowed and the dock was close so I really enjoyed sitting there watching the ducks fish for food.

Camp Ikigai was one of my favorite stays. The scenery was amazing, and the property is vast, and would love to come back and explore more. Our host, Chad was a great help and very hospitable, friendly and knowledgeable. Their dog, Timber was adorable and social, stuck by us every time we were there, and kept guard for us. A very good boy. The site was stoner friendly, and when they say they have a stocked kitchen, they mean it. This place was great for just the two of us, but it’s even better for group camping, they’ve got it all. Me and my partner felt very safe, and would love to be back again.

The campground was very peaceful. Nacho assisted me in getting a spot closer to the restroom. The tent campsites are a it close together but the tv ones are more spacious.
They have gas grills and areas to hag out near the small pond. I enjoyed grilling my dinner and eating as the sun went down.

Stayed here with my small trailer and it was a great experience. Staff were super friendly and the views were great. Water and power easily accessible at the site and the grounds were well maintained and clean. Alabama hills isn’t too far of a drive if you want to get some hiking in and if you want to get to Death Valley it’s about an hour to an hour and a half. Took me 2ish hours to reach bad water basin which is deep in the park but there are closer attractions within the park. Over great experience even if you just want a place to rest and relax.
