This site is up and coming!! Rosalinda and her pups were friendly and greeted me when I arrived. She was very responsive when I needed to check in early. The site I stayed at was on gravel/rocks with full hook ups (50amp). I could only stay one night but the area was so beautiful. I would stay again but just know they are in the process of making the sites even better!

Had a great time celebrating my 30th birthday here. Our hosts were very friendly and hospitable. I appreciated having a clean porta potty, running water and a well lit area already set up for us. Amazing views as well. Definitely would come back!

I was so thankful to find this spot. I was in the area for work for 2+ weeks, and as somebody that normally boondocks in forests I couldn't rationalize $100+ night rv resorts. Richard was quick to respond to our request to book, and provided all the information we needed to get there late in the night. We were surprised to have an extension cord for a 15a plug, which really was a nice bonus. The property is secure, and I felt comfortable leaving our rig while I was away at work during the day. We didn't have the opportunity to meet Richard directly, but he was super quick to respond to questions I had while there. We were also surprised to learn we could do laundry on site. The dryer is free, and the washer is 85 cents (3 quarters and a dime). The only downside is that the alley going down to the property is VERY tight and steep. We didn't have a problem getting down, but coming back up we had a clearance issue coming back onto the street. There's a slight dip where the alley levels down to the street and we had to use traction boards and our leveling blocks to keep our rearend high enough to clear our poop tube. If you have low clearance, just be aware and prepared to take some extra steps on your way out. I read some reviews about trucks being parked in the alley while folks were doing work on the property, but I can't complain because the guys working were always super quick to get their things moved out of the way when I was coming and going. Richard was welcoming. The area is nice and quiet with a few friendly neighbors. Portable potty was clean and area is safe. I will definitely be coming back.

Such a cool sight with just the right amount of amenities to make for a great casual camping experience. The road up is no joke and you got to be unafraid to get up a dirt road that goes up quickly, but our cars could do it, even when we came in at night. Caleb was great and communicative and we will definitley coming back for the next time do our retreat, the amphitheater so well positioned and the town at night was beautiful to look at. Great sunrises and sunsets too!

OMG! They really went all out with the winter Wonderland! There is coffee stations and tea stations, and candy stations and decorations everywhere! Of course, our favorite part was getting to meet the animals and learn about how to care for them. My children were entertained the whole time by the games and the scavenger hunt.

Richard communicates quickly and is responsive. It's a nice urban campsite. After my 3rd day the driveway being blocked was an issue, had to honk horn to get them to come off roof. Next time I had to call Richard to get them to move cars. Also noise from construction from the living places this is behind. Otherwise good.

LOVED this!! Did the nighttime & morning feeding with the cows & animals. 100% worth the serotonin and farm fresh eggs 🥰 Spencer was so great at orienting us to the site and being super accommodating. 10/10 would do again!
