The other direction is the largest lake in our county Bullards Bar Reservoir and Emerald Cove Marina. We are 1 mile down Marysville Rd. from a launch called dark day. There is a trailhead at the top of overflow boat parking for a public swimming hole on the lake. On our property, we have a main house with its own private facilities such as a kitchen, shower, and bath. On the land, we have 9 total unique cabin and canvas tent structures converted into boutique-like campsites. We have an epic outdoor entertaining kitchen and patio with an outdoor pizza oven and a little dog rinse behind the outdoor shower. The bathhouse is right across the way and provides a private but shared guest shower house, tub and sink. Like anywhere in the woods there is an hour at sunset when you may have mosquitoes down near the sites in the spring and some of the summers depending on the year. We have a natural spray for that or fans in the kitchen. Off the path, you may find poison oak in the thick of the woods. So please stay on the marked trails.

There are four bedrooms in the main house and an optional separate studio to rent. The main house has two bedrooms with king beds, one bedroom with a twin bed and a twin air mattress (if needed), and an enclosed den with a queen murphy bed. This allows 8 people to sleep comfortably. There are 3 bathrooms, one with a lux freestanding soaking tub with forest views. For 9-11 guests, or if you just want extra space for a smaller party, you can rent the separate studio for $125/night plus $99 cleaning fee. Staying at this magical little cabin in the woods was everything you could ask for and then some. We had a great time just enjoying the quietness of the area and just the sounds of the Yuba river. The cabin was beautiful and just felt like staying in a piece of history with how beautiful it was inside and out. Stay here and you wont regret it, only that you didnt book a longer stay.

We enjoyed our time at this little cabin so much. We originally planned to camp elsewhere but the place ended up being flooded, so last minute we were able to book this place and head here within a few hours. The host was planning to close the cabin down for this time but allowed our booking anyway and was very accommodating. He even came from out of town a few hours away to make sure we had everything we needed. Any questions we had he answered right away and even came in the middle of the night to change out the propane tank for us. The atmosphere was wonderful and our dogs were very welcomed. We will definitely be back!

We had a great time at the Shamballa cabin over the weekend! It’s a beautiful rustic cabin in the middle of nature. You’ll get the feel of glamping (only wood burning stove for heat, no bathrooms in the cabin or running hot water (but flush toilet and hot water sink and shower in main house)), but you’ll be staying in a beautiful cabin with comfortable beds, a kitchen to prepare meals and a cozy place to relax. We enjoyed exploring the area and hiking the Dragons nest trail (get ready for some exercise as you go up to the top!). There is so much land to see and we only saw a little bit! I imagine it’s beautiful in the Winter months also! Thank you Adam and we hope to visit another time!

The most unique hipcamp I've ever been! So much to do and so much to see, we had tons of fun! Main cabin is extremely comfty, equipped with everything you need. Deja is super friendly and flexible to our last min change, truly appreciate the flexibility. Oh, did I mention Deja's hipcamp is only 10 mins away from Oregon Creek? We spent whole day there it's so beautiful. It's perfect in every way, we will definitely come back.

This land is magical. It has the most beautiful trees and spring and variety of landscape to plant your tent. I stayed in a cabin that was huge with two very comfortable bedrooms and beds and a kitchen. It’s an eco lodge so electricity is solar and toilets are compost so be mindful of that but there’s also a guest flush toilet if really needed. So many trails to hike on. A real treat to be staying in Adam’s land.

The Wisdom Center gets my highest recommendation. Beautiful trees, tons of space, great vibes; enough creature comforts to stabilize your process while still being in touch with the land. Trinity Cabin was spacious (I was alone but a second person would have fit fine), homey, and had an above-and-beyond comfortable bed.
