The dream catcher exceed my expectations and was so cute and cozy, had a lot of extra amenities such as a propane fire pit, hot running water and a flushable toilet and the host so graciously provided towels, shampoo/conditioner/body wash and a hair dryer! The setting itself is so beautiful and has an amazing view. The “kitchen” provided has a few things but I would recommend bringing your own equipment for cooking. Lastly, the bed is very firm and unfortunately we were unable to sleep well on it at all, we used some of the outdoor chair cushions to add some extra comfort to it which helped us sleep better the second night but if you aren’t used to an extra firm mattress I would recommend bringing some extra cushion/padding. I would definitely go back again despite this as we had a lovely time. We were lucky enough to have the property to ourselves that weekend so our experience was very private but would just like to mention that the dream catcher site is located between the two other main camping sites on this property. Otherwise this place was super cool and definitely a neat find!

1 night at Dare 2 Dream Farms
Cute little farm. Jeremy was very welcoming and his two boys were adorable as well. I arrived a bit early, but Jeremy was more than accommodating. The location is close enough to town, but far enough away for peace and quiet when the sun sets. The mattress was a little soft for my liking, but it was still comfortable.
Their on-site farm stand was awesome.
I’ll be back again, next time I’ll probably opt for the airstream on the farm.

Weekend Trip to Rancho Rio Del Sol: Paso Robles, CA
I originally booked the Dream Catcher, but due to repairs, Laura kindly upgraded us to the Tiny Home! A kind host, they would answer my every Q and offer if we needed anything extra like more charcoal to grill.
Upon walking in, you will be blown away 😍 A cozy, vintage & artistic gem, lots of unique decor 🌱 We spun some vinyl, danced under the dimmed lighting, enjoyed homemade meals on the patio, stargazed 🌌 and took in those sunrise views 🌄
It did get a bit chilly at night, but the space heater worked well and the bed was very comfy 😌 WiFi was also steady for streaming movies.
Now, the stairs to the sleeping loft / reading nook are steep & narrow — so it can be tricky for those with mobility or body-size considerations. Also, the hot water lasted about 5 minutes before turning lukewarm — just something to be aware of. On the other hand, really appreciated the cleaning supplies & disinfectant sprays that were provided 🧽
All in all, this is truly an ideal stay. From being only 15 minutes away from the world-famous Sensorio Light Exhibit, to then beautiful drives towards the coast, this made for a wonderful getaway. We hope to be able to return down the line 🥰

We were only able to stay 1 night but it was truly an amazing experience. Sierra and Darin have built an amazing space on such a beautiful property of land. From the first second we met them, they were very welcoming. They made us feel like we were home. Their hard work in the whole space shows. We brought our Australian Shepherd with us, who didn’t want to leave. We are 11/10 coming back, hopefully for more than just one night. I recommend for anybody that wants/needs to be surrounded by nature and good people.

Jeremy's place was clean and safe and quiet and I had a beautiful Farm Stand with fresh produce and chips and popcorn. The trailer that I stayed in was very clean the bedding was comfortable. Strongly recommend his place.

This is probably one of my favorite hipcamps I ever stayed at. Everything is so thoughtfully curated for you, it made my stay super comfy. The only thing I brought of my own was my cooking set up, but other than that this place has everything you could need. It felt private, the views were spectacular and it’s close to whatever activity you’ve got on your list. It was lovely for a solo trip and I look forward to return with good company. Highly recommend!

Absolutely incredible experience. If you’re deciding on booking, do it. Sierra and Darin feel like your best friend upon first meeting. They foster an environment of camaraderie that makes you not want to leave. Wonderful experience and I cannot wait to come back!

Weekend Trip to Rancho Rio Del Sol: Paso Robles, CA
We visited the tiny Dreamcatcher for our anniversary weekend in Paso Robles and loved it. It was so peaceful there, and despite the fact we were there in the middle of July, we love the cool breeze that kissed us through the canyons. We cooked 3 meals while there, soaked in the outdoor tub, stargazed on the deck, and just enjoyed the peacefulness of the property!
Definitely bring a box of camping stuff if you plan to cook meals. They have some kitchen stuff available, but not everything. The bed was also short, so if you are tall, that is something to consider.. One side of the bed does have a foot extension for a pillow…so we made that work.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to friends. Thank you, Dreamcatcher.!

The little vintage trailer was a really fun place to spend a couple of nights on our vacation in Paso Robles! We really enjoyed having the opportunity to have a quiet, peaceful, private place to relax and take in the views. The outdoor cat, Rose, was a very snuggly kitty, and it was sweet having her greet us whenever we were around. The whole outdoor sitting area was lovely - twinkly lights, a deck, chairs, a propane fire pit, an outdoor refrigerator, and lovely plantings of succulents and cacti made the place beautiful! The outdoor hot/cold tub was a neat addition to the space as well, and the fully plumbed outhouse was great. If you are looking for a unique glamping experience, we definitely recommend this place! We would be happy to visit this location again.

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay at Dare 2 Dream farms. We loved being surrounded by nature, bird watching, cooking outside, and seeing the cute cows and goats. Highly recommend this stay — you won’t want to leave!!

The view was stunning from the deck of the Dreamcatcher! Directions, check in and check out were a breeze. Really enjoyed the bathroom and shower set up! An easy 15 minutes to downtown and Sensorio. Rose, the cat, is a sweetheart and only wanted cuddles and snacks. We were sad to see her sleeping outside and drinking from the outdoor pipes.....

Weekend Trip to Dare 2 Dream Farms
Very cute little farm and vintage trailer. Easy to find even tho we arrived late and it was dark. Nice stars at night. We were really looking forward to the outdoor shower, but the water would not get hot enough to use it that night. The next morning I used it and it was warm enough but only lukewarm for my girlfriend. I also didn't realize there was no bathroom in the trailer, just a port-o-potty near the shower. Perhaps that was my oversight but I don't remember reading that in the description. Kind of a pain when you need to pee in the middle of the night. Trailer was nice and cozy with a space heater to warm it up. Bed was comfy and warm but it does dip in the middle so you roll into each other if there's 2 of you. The animals were super cute and the cows are right next to the trailer. Farm Stand with fresh produce and local foods was nice. There was a nice fire pit but we didn't use it since we got there so late. Location worked perfectly for us to drive to the beach the next day and then on to Solvang the next day. Overall it was a nice place to crash on our road trip adventure.

We all (2 adults, 2 kids, 1 dog) had an amazing time at Freedog Farm and the vintage camper site. The site itself is well equipped and the views are incredible. Sierra and Darin are both terrific hosts and the kids had fun playing with the goats, chickens and dogs while the parents had a cool beverage in the barn. Highly recommend and we can’t wait to visit again!

Very sweet little camper to stay in! It was lovely to not have to bring a ton of camping equipment. You are right next door to some sweet cows and we had a laugh watching their antics when they go to bed at night. Weather was a bit cold and windy our first night so we were extra grateful for a space with walls, a Heater, and a comfy bed!

Where to go
San Luis Obispo County
Pismo Beach makes a good base for exploring other parts of San Luis Obispo County’s coastal and inland destinations. Popular activities include checking out the natural history museum at Morro Bay State Park to soaking in the hot springs of Paso Robles. About eight miles north of Pismo also sits another slice of paradise: the Avila Hot Springs offer rustic dry tent camping and cabins just two miles from the beach.
Santa Barbara County
A short drive from Pismo will take you to Santa Barbara County, where you'll find not only more beaches, but also Mission-style architecture and wineries galore. Pay a visit to Santa Maria to try the city's unique style of barbecue, or make your way up to the Danish-American community of Solvang to see colorful neo-Tudor architecture.
Big Sur

When to go
Like elsewhere on the California Coast, Pismo Beach is at its most popular during the summer vacation months, but the weather is just as nice in early fall. Come in October to attend the annual Pismo Beach Clam Festival, an ode to the Pismo clam and its famous chowder. The winter off-season is a great time for whale watching, while Pismo Beach State Park also provides refuge for the largest overwintering colony of monarch butterflies in the country, which can be seen en masse from November through February.
