Weekend Trip to OUR HAPPY PLACE

I took my pup here in looks to escape the 4th of July fireworks and it could not have been more perfect. The site was super peaceful and easy to get in and out. The other campers were also super friendly and respect of the place. If you are looking for a nice quiet place to camp, this is it!

The views from the property were so beautiful! We spent 4th of July night laying out and watching fireworks nearby which was a real treat. My wife especially loved the very friendly cows that kept us company while we stayed here (they even greeted us at the gate as soon as we pulled in!) Highly recommend staying here for the views, peace/quiet, wildlife and very warm and welcoming hosts, Jac & Cristy :)

My boyfriend and I had the most amazing time staying here, G and Bri were kind enough to allow us another night on their beautiful Property! The stars lit the whole sky up at night, and the beautiful sunset was all we wanted to see once our day came to an end! The property was beautiful and magnificent, everything was built from scratch, with so much detail, thoughtfulness, and usefulness put into the sites! We are already thinking of coming back with some friends to show them the magical time we had there! We were looking for something off the grid, so we could disconnect and have some one on one time with each other and this was the perfect place. A 10/10 for the stay and for the hospitality! Would HIGHLY recommend if you are looking for something off the grid & relaxing!

Jac's property was a beautiful spot to kick off our camping trip. The views were amazing and getting to camp next to the animals was a cool experience. We had 2 Sprinter vans, there was plenty of room and it felt private. Getting on the property was easy and Jac was a great host. We would love to stay here again!

Loved our stay here with our 2 young kids and doggo. Jac is a very warm and inviting host. The views are spectacular. The camping spot is quiet and secluded (just cows for neighbors), nice and level for our truck camper. Would definitely come back again!

We got in super late, but Jac stayed up to welcome us and make sure we could pull our car in safely and turned the lights on so we could get our tent set up. The morning was lovely, with peaceful views, and we had a few visitors (cows). The kids loved it.

2 nights at dabudage Big Sur

We loved the cabana and the property all together. Everyone was friendly, including a kitten that followed us down to the beach and back. We saw sea otters in the ocean, a short walk from camp across a cute log bridge under Route 1. Amazing view of the stars at night and several fire pits. There were two clean kitchens with everything we needed for cooking and cleaning dishes. Highly recommend!

Awesomely strange. The shower, man was insane. Totally old school Big Sur. Coming back for sure. Beach, Creek, showers and a kitchen thing.

This site is amazingly remote, yet has all the needed amenities to make it an easy adventure (e.g. running hot/cold water, trash, poopers, fire pits). We stayed in mid June, and the communal hammocks were perfect for catching the afternoon shady nap. We stayed in a site that did not have an ocean view, but was right next to the creek, allowing for amazing sounds to fill the site all day and night. The bird life here is amazing, and you can fall asleep to frogs!

It is very easy to find with the provided directions. The views here are absolutely incredible to say the least. My boyfriend and I felt very comfortable, safe, and welcomed here. Based on availability you can choose which campsite you prefer to stay in. There are secured options in the forest, or ones right by the creek with breathtaking views. We chose the one with the views and it did not disappoint - from the sunset at night, to the sunrise in the morning it was just so beautiful. There is access to a kitchen to cook with plenty of supplies, a sink with hot water to do dishes, running water, a place to go to the bathroom, and a communal fire pit. This experience can be as private or as social as you would like! There is also easy access across the street to a beach. We highly recommend staying here and can’t wait to come back!!!

We loved our stay. The views were amazing. We could have stayed a week on Jac’s property. The perfect place to get away for a night or two and unwind. We will be back!
