We can accommodate tent campers or car campers. Each campsite fits 4-6 people. The price is $40/per person. Kids under 12 are free. Most campsites are accessible by car and all campsites are accessible by foot. PLEASE NOTE, we do not have a traditional check in procedure. Campsites are first come first serve. Expect a "self-check in process" most of the time. However, there are sometimes people working onsite that you may run into, that are happy to help and lead you in the right direction. You choose your own campsite so plan to arrive early. You can park and walk around. There is signage that says "CAMP" with Arrows. BYO water. We have sulfur spring water. Great for your skin, not good to drink! There's a couple outhouses on the property. One in the main camp zone, one at the far north end of the lower Redwood campsite. You can also bring a shovel and take a walk if you're in the more remote campsites. We have a dumpster outside the gate for your garbage. IMPORTANT INFO Please don't mind our farm junk/tools as you enterGate 1! We are slowly working on clean up and relocation of materials from the entry road and away from view. Before you arrive, have knowledge of poison oak because it is a native plant. The main photos in the listing are taken from Hipcamp Scouts back in 2018 and they are featuring our Original campsite. This is located past the mineral baths. It's the furthest one to reach, and accessible by foot. It's primitive camping on a private property with bonuses like the garden, rustic baths, and beautiful nature. This property has been a working farm for decades, which has struggled with hard times. If farm yards/junk piles make you uncomfortable or give you a creepy feeling, don't book because our boneyard is adjacent to the entry road and it can't be ignored. We booked several hours before our actual stay and Karina was very responsive to our request. The directions were clear and well communicated. Karina checked on us throughout our stay. The property is beautiful and we enjoyed a quiet arrival and morning sitting in the sun overlooking the views of the Pacific and SLO. We would highly recommend staying at Karina and Chris’s. We hope to return very soon.

Had a great stay at Vinyl Vineyards! Jeff and Dina were so hospitable. They had great wines and a really cool story on their vineyard. Met some cool people staying in the trailers. My wife and had an RV rental and dry camped on the opposite side of the loop. Bathrooms and showers were clean and hot water worked well.

Camped with my 10 yr old granddaughter. Cool place. We enjoyed the hot tubs (not as bad as they look in pic). Didn't meet Micheal (owner) but Rob that cares for the place was awesome! Very nice. Only thing was not bathroom ( the outhouse was bad!)

I am so grateful to have been here for a second time - it is just so magical and spacious - I have never seen so many stars in my life. One of my top favorite, if not favorite places I’ve ever camped. There’s so much charm and love that goes into this farm and property. I highly suggest this place as a destination and not just a place to stop through. Pictures don’t even do it justice. I always feel safe as a female camper here and everyone is so friendly, even the animals. Camp host even brings firewood and starts the fire. He’s the best!

I do a lot of traveling as a solo female so safety and great spots are always top of mind when I camp. This spot was perfect! William was extremely welcoming, showing me around the property and making sure I felt safe and comfortable while still giving me all of the privacy I wanted! This spot is magical, so many beautiful areas to explore and all the amenities you could need! Made camping so easy and fun to come back to after a big day of exploring up the coast. Would 100% recommend!

Ricky and Nathan were very personable kind and caring and explained how to operate everything for a seamless and very enjoyable stay . The yurt-like tent was spacious well decorated and warm at night . The outdoor private covered cabana offered a table barbecue cooking facility and all the cookware one could need . Bathroom and shower were private and clean. Outside fire pit surrounded by comfortable chairs . The views were spectacular. The Terrain which included level as well as gently sloping features Offered excellent hiking and meditation vistas . The night sky was filled with billions of stars and morning calm was met with beautiful sounds of the animals waking . We enjoyed petting and visiting the goats ,pigs ,chickens and the roosters. We look forward to our return and staying for longer.

Our hosts were kind enough to upgrade our campsite and recommend a place to setup the tent to avoid getting wet in the nighttime fog. We loved meeting the sheep’s and pigs and the views were incredible!

The vib here off the people who make it happen is very much my thing. We have a lot of common ground. The camp is very close to town but when I am here the city seems very far away. The hot springs have some good health benefits from the high mineral content that not like other places. If I want to eat at a restaurant or shop it’s only 20 minutes away. So I’m going to try and be a regular visitor for the near future. No stress at all but lots of community energy.

The Range was perfect, with beautiful views and a really peaceful feel. It was great meeting their dog Ria and saying hi to the farm animals. My dogs were so happy to have space to run around and just be dogs. Karina was very accommodating and easy to talk to, which made everything even better. It was pretty windy during my stay, but overall a really nice experience and a place I’d happily return to!
