Our home is eclectic, country, relaxed and homey.

We are conveniently located just 30 minutes from downtown San Diego and popular tourist attractions like Comic-Con, Balboa Park, the beautiful beaches and the world famous San Diego Zoo. 35 minutes east you will find beautiful Mount Laguna, Cuyamaca Rancho State Park, Pacific Crest Trail access and the town of Julian. About an hour east brings you to the desert, where natural beauty and recreation abound. 13 miles away, Viejas Casino boasts a beautiful outlet center. 4 miles away, Sycuan has a casino with entertainment and the golf resort of Singing Hills. Come enjoy the slower pace of the San Diego backcountry.

So, hike, bike or drive yourself to our little haven and say goodbye to the hustle and bustle!

The Eyrie Farm

We're in a farming town with 35+ vineyards nearby.

We'd like to offer a great site to camp to those who want to get away from the big city. The Eyrie Farm is named for all the bird life around: Red-tailed Hawks nesting in nearby Eucalyptus, Prairie Falcons, wild California Quail, songbirds, plus our own turkeys, chickens, ducks and quail we raise for meat and eggs. Come stay with us and hike or tour the many wineries in the town of Ramona!

2 The Rescue Animal Sanctuary

We are a registered 501 (c)(3) non profit animal rescue/sanctuary! On our 5 acres, we currently&nbsp;house horses, mini donkeys, a mule, goats, sheep, pot bellied pigs, chickens, ducks, a turkey and a huge African Tortoise.Pitch a tent on our 5-acre property and spend some quality time with our menagerie of rescued animals. We are within a few miles of many hiking trails, as well as horse riding trails.

What a wonderful experience from the time we stepped out of the car to when we left. The place is kept immaculate. They feed these beautiful creatures the best food, they all have names, and are loved. ❤️ Camping was fun for the (4) of us, myself, 60 yrs. my son, his girlfriend and their 2 1/2 yr. old son. We enjoyed roaming the campus spending as much time as we could with the animals. The owners are there for your questions, (right away), and they leave you alone to enjoy your time. I would recommend this camp to anyone who loves animals and camping."

Gorgeous YOME&nbsp;surrounded by trees. What is a YOME, you ask?&nbsp; It's a wonderful mix of a yurt and a dome and it's beautiful!&nbsp;Find yourself chilling by the pool or taking a nice hot shower after a hike at the lake. This is glamping at it's finest. Fan, light, Outdoor bathroom with hot shower and flush toilet. Grill a delicious meal on the gas BBQ. Put your drinks and food in the full size fridge outside.&nbsp; wifi throughout property. Please read everything about the space before requesting to book.

This is an outdoor private YOME near our pool.&nbsp;Access to pool, BBQ (bring utensils you would bring camping, plates, napkins, towels, etc.&nbsp; There is a small sink to wash dishes&nbsp;(pleases only liquid down the drain) but we do not supply dishes, so paper/disposable stuff required if you plan on cooking)&nbsp;  

The pool, hot tub and outside bathroom is shared with our small family and anyone staying in the Poolside Lounge during the day if people are swimming, so you may meet some new people while staying at our place.&nbsp; The outdoor bathroom will be shared when other guests are at the pool swimming or hanging out and need to use the toilet, but most likely during the evening hours, it will be all yours, we always try to give a heads up if there will be anyone using the bathroom in the evening.&nbsp; 

The pool is shared, we live on the property across an easement and we have other rentals on the property. There is total privacy at the YOME. Everyone who comes to stay is friendly and chill, no drama here and not a party place, just good vibes :) We have a small farm on our property with chickens and loads of rare tropical fruits and veggies and we love to give tours and share with our guests.

There are lot's of wineries in Ramona, about 30 minutes east in the mountains, as well as Julian to explore.&nbsp; Our glamp is great for a weekend destination or just for a rest on your way to another adventure.&nbsp; Although we love pets (we have a few dogs on the property), we cannot accept guests with pets at this time.&nbsp; 
 share it with our guests and will be available during your whole stay if you need anything at all.&nbsp; We are just a text away and we live on the property and are often down gardening, working, swimming, etc.
