Weekend Trip to Temecula Bullfrog Pond

Loved camping the the pond, very great place to disconnect and relax.

2 nights at Skyrocket Ranch

The Duckpond Glampsite is cute and quaint. It was fun for a family with kids. We really enjoyed the campfire and the tent was nice. The outdoor kitchen and seating area was fun. There was a mini fridge and microwave! The site is about 15 mins from downtown Temecula. The hosts honored our privacy and we appreciated that. Restroom was clean but no hot water (at least not during our stay but we didn't ask). Fun mini glamp experience for the family of you just want to do a weekender or need a spot to relax during a road trip.

Highly recommended! Accommodations were comfortable and peaceful. John even added an additional mattress in the yurt for my family. The property was fun to explore and John was a great host. If you’re looking for a peaceful family adventure here it is.

1 night at Skyrocket Ranch

This place is a hidden gem! We booked a night for glamping by the pond and it was more beautiful in person than in the photos. Very quiet and felt like we had it all to ourselves. The boat was provided to paddle around the pond and got to see their chickens and other birds while also picking incredibly sweet delicious orange-sized tangerines ! Might go back just for those alone!

1 night at New Yurt City

This place is really awesome. You can get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and settle into the desert landscapes. It was our first time using Hipcamp and Kyle was a great host! He was very reliable and friendly. The doggos that protect the land are one of the best parts of the land! I’d love to come back again and do the atv tours next time.

Weekend Trip to Skyrocket Ranch

Dear John and Jennifer, My cousin Wendy and I had an amazing weekend at your property! We had so much fun exploring the area—playing in the creek, picking fresh fruit, and meeting the chickens (and, of course, Beyoncé the rooster!). Our glamping experience was absolutely delightful. Waking up to the ducks on the pond, spotting a turtle sunning itself on a log, and seeing a crane (or heron) perched in the treetops were such special moments. We also enjoyed watching hawks and even a vulture soar above—it was truly peaceful to be surrounded by nature. You provided all the necessary amenities for a seamless and comfortable stay. The Keurig, microwave, and mini-fridge made cooking effortless, and we loved gathering around the firepit in the cozy chairs. The glowing tent with electronic candles created such a charming ambiance, and the space heater was a thoughtful touch for added warmth. One of our favorite features was the outdoor shower—having on-demand hot water while gazing up at the oak trees and listening to the birds and ducks was an unforgettable experience. 2 nights at New Yurt City

The yurt was beautiful and it's a very quiet location. The yurt was spacious and had really cute string lights inside and a desk and couches. Our favorite part of our trip was a dog that wandered over to our campsite. We loved him, he was such a sweet boy and very friendly with our kids! If you're in the area be sure to stop by Gourme Tacos! The food was amazing!
