The Feather River Hot Springs offers you a unique experience. We are located on State Highway 70 along the East Branch of the North Fork of the Feather River in the canyon. In the canyon there are many sights and sounds to enjoy. Nestled in between Highway 70 and the banks of the Feather River, are 5 tent sites and 5 RV sites, as well as 3 cabins available for your stay. All very close to the river. Overnight stays include the use of a natural sulphur hot springs beside the Feather River. It is small, accommodating six persons max at one time. Guests are able to book a private reservation for two or more for $120. Young children are not allowed in or at the Springs, must be teens and up. There is a sign up board for multiple shared soaks at check in cabin. The Springs are a short walk from the RV sites and camping. Swimsuits required, no glass containers, smoking or pets. There are three cabins that sleep max of two adults. Pets are not allowed. They are nonsmoking cabins. The cabins are very close to one another. There is a shared outdoor cooking area. Five tent sites of different sizes are all along the river. Five RV sites as well to accommodate from small trailers to 40’ . Please check accommodations size before booking. Pets are welcome in RV and camping areas but must be on a leash at all times. Limit one pet per site. Aggressive dogs or excessive barking is not permitted and you will be asked to leave. Pets are not allowed down at the tubs. Quiet time is from 10pm to 9am. Excessively loud music not allowed. This is a very small resort, a mutual respect for all guests and the property is a top priority. This has been my home for over 15 years, it’s not a facility. Campfires are allowed by request and are dependent on weather conditions. You must bring your own cut wood, no bigger than 24” or purchase wood here. Foraging for firewood is not allowed. Campfires cannot be left unattended. Quaint and rustic but often referred to as magical. Not just a stopover on your way to somewhere else but hopefully a destination that you will want to return to again and again. Spring, summer or fall there’s always something new to experience. Please note, the train tracks are right across the river, fascinating but noisy. The springs do smell strongly of sulphur

The Sierra Sol Camp project has been hosting community events and friend gathering for years. We take great pride in extending a warm and welcoming space for all our visitors and extending the invitation to campers was a great next step.
We have listings ranging from yurts to shipping containers, an old water tower converted to a vintage trailer and canvas tents.
We are based in between the middle fork of the Yuba river right where it meets up with Oregon Creek. If you like a long walk it is 2.5 miles down the dirt road to Oregon Creek and the middle fork of the Yuba. Driving takes 5 to 10 mins. The other direction is the largest lake in our county Bullards Bar Reservoir and Emerald Cove Marina. We are 1 mile down Marysville Rd. from a launch called dark day. There is a trailhead at the top of overflow boat parking for a public swimming hole on the lake.
On our property, we have a main house with its own private facilities such as a kitchen, shower, and bath. On the land, we have 9 total unique cabin and canvas tent structures converted into boutique-like campsites. We have an epic outdoor entertaining kitchen and patio with an outdoor pizza oven and a little dog rinse behind the outdoor shower. The bathhouse is right across the way and provides a private but shared guest shower house, tub and sink.
Like anywhere in the woods there is an hour at sunset when you may have mosquitoes down near the sites in the spring and some of the summers depending on the year. We have a natural spray for that or fans in the kitchen. Off the path, you may find poison oak in the thick of the woods. So please stay on the marked trails.

Blue Belly Cabin is a contactless cabin on 12 acres of land that sleeps 4 comfortably. 1 bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and great room with sleeper sofa. We are in a country nature setting so you might see a spider web or a bug. There are fabulous sunrises, sunsets and panoramic mountain views for you to enjoy. It snows sometimes at our cabin but usually stays only a day. Many campers come to our cabin to work while simultaneously enjoying nature right outside the cabin. For the hot days we have a swamp cooler and portable A/C unit so you stay comfortable. For the cold days we have a wood burning stove that heats the big room and keeps you toasty and portable electric heaters for the bedroom and bathroom. We have a heated mattress pad on the bed and an electric blanket for the sleeper sofa and extra comforters. There is a propane fire pit and propane bbq outside for you to enjoy. Nearby, there are premier fishing spots, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, swimming, waterfalls, national forests, trails to hike, 6 wineries and much more.
We are 35 mins from Lassen National Park, 45 mins from Shasta Lake and dam. MacCumber reservoir is 25 mins away. We are 30 mins east of Redbluff and the nearest small town with gas stations, grocery and hardware stores is 17 mins away.

Fourteen acres of raw land in the foothills near Brownsville/Oregon House — solar well, oak and manzanita trees, and a bunch of mellow animals. I’ve lived here for over a decade, mostly off-grid, and the land is still unfolding.
There are a couple of donkeys, some goats, a small flock of chickens and quail, two super-chill dogs (Stax and Summer Grass), and a cat named Mike. All friendly, all part of the rhythm. If you’re cool with animals, you’ll love it. If you’re not, this probably isn’t the spot for you.
You can park your trailer, post up in your rig, or camp under the trees. Bring what you need and make yourself at home. There’s space to be left alone, make some art, dig in the dirt, fix a few things, or just sit with it. If you’re solid and grounded, we can talk trade — especially if I’m off the property and need someone to keep an eye on the crew. It could turn into something longer, or it could just be a stop along your way.
The water is good, and solar runs the well. There are no power plugs unless you’ve got your own setup. Cell service is spotty unless you know where to stand.

Weekend Trip to Tambo Ranch Tiny House Village
We absolutely loved this cozy getaway! It was the perfect spot to recharge. Carolyn and Julio were so genuine and have made a beautiful property. We loved getting to visit with all of the animals and enjoying dinner on the patio. We both said that we would come back again but this time bring the kiddo along to enjoy it too.

Weekend Trip to The Land: An Off-grid Refuge
Rachel's land was beautiful and lush! The bus was cozy and comfy, the bed was firm but supportive! We cooked every meal and didn't encounter any issues. It was definitely mosquito season so we kept the bus door shut :) We used the bath tub in the greenhouse and saw two frogs weeeee!
Rachel was extremely accommodating! She let us use her food processor as a coffee grinder hehe! We will be back!

Group trip
This site looked so beautiful that I decided to book the entire site for my surprise proposal to my partner. Not only did the site blow my expectations away in its serenity but Deja was incredibly helpful in helping me with my scheme! From jumping on multiple calls with me to help with coordination, to suggesting local catering places to accommodate my group of 30 friends!

I don’t know even where to begin in trying to put into words our experience at Confluence. I have to say, this is the most beautiful, serene, & peaceful campsite we have ever been to.
Right beyond the gate is a world all your own, made even more amazing with the turkeys, deer, rabbits, squirrels, singing frogs, chirping crickets, & little lizards who live there.
There are multiple hiking trails which are well-maintained. Of course there is the main one that is the road from the entrance, & when hiking up from the tiny home/campsite area (immaculate and perfect), is a great workout of gradual inclines. You may see deer & turkeys going up this way! We also saw a cute rabbit!
While there are multiple trails that lead to the lovely & lively creek, one of the main trails brings you there complete with the most gorgeous views of the breathtaking beauty of the land. My photos are not enough to capture just how stunning it all is.
There are big stable rocks to take you close to the creek, & once there, easy to find a big rock to sit on & take it all in. The canopy Joe can set up for you is a must, in case it is sunny.
Our dogs had the most wonderful time hiking, climbing, & running. Plus, 1 of our dogs loves to swim!
Running out of space, so quickly: THE OUTDOOR SHOWER IS AMAZING!!!!!!! Tiny home is comfy; many amenities incl AC. Mattress is v comfortable. Grill is great. Love the tree swing & hammock (had an amazing nap in it)! Don’t forget to check out the stars! We will return!

2 nights at Mill Creek Resort
My friend and I absolutely loved this little RV and the resort in general. They had just opened for the season so it was very quiet. The RV was so cute and we loved the decorations. It had everything we needed. There was one pull out futon and the seating/table area could be made into another bed so this was perfect for a non couple. We loved it so much and plan to reserve again sometime. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

3 nights at Perfect Getaway with Private Creeks
While looking for a place to unwind and connect in nature I found this gem. It was a bit further than I had originally planned to travel to but it felt so perfect that I decided to adjust my plans to make this my destination.
What an incredible spot. I could not have asked for a more perfect place to decompress. The amenities are cozy and perfectly done. The bed was super comfortable. The kitchen worked well and the bbq was in tip-top shape! Oh and the outdoor shower and tub - GLORIOUS!! What an amazing touch to be able to have a nice hot outdoor shower in the middle of nature.
I felt alone yet also close to "town" if I wanted to pop out and explore Nevada City or Grass Valley or to grab groceries. The location is idyllic along the banks of Deer Creek (raging pretty hard mind you - I wouldn't get in right now due to the heavy flow). The creatures were out - I had a friendly hare and a roaming wild turkey and even saw a baby deer.
This was a premium hipcamp experience and I could not recommend it more. 100 out of 10. No notes from this outdoors loving person. Thanks for sharing your place Joe!

Weekend Trip to Feather River Hot Springs
Great trip. We stayed in the Logger's cabin and it was beautiful. The area is nice, right on the river and the hot springs were great. Rocky was a wonderful host and took great care of us. We really enjoyed the trip and want to go back with friends. There is a lot of exploring and cool stuff to do in the area also. Highly recommended.

Weekend Trip to The Land: An Off-grid Refuge
Second time back for us and even better than the last time!
This property and the camper bus are UNDERRATED. The accommodations provided are above and beyond a normal HipCamp site. We felt truly like guests and very welcomed the whole time.
Rachel is a phenomenal hosts who treats her guests with much respect and is easy to build good energy with. The more we have gotten to interact the more she has been able to show us how welcoming and passionate she is about what her property offers to those that she lets enjoy it.
We got to walk around the massive property this time, and Rachel gave us good direction to explore the creek, two ponds, and even let us help feed a beautiful older (bit grumpy) horse 🐴
The only tip I’d recommend if you’re not the best sleeper is to bring a mattress topper or some camping mats. The mattress in the bus is a bit old and is not the most comfortable. But for a camping offering it is welcome to have a bed provided at all so not a real complaint, just a tip!
If you’re thinking about it, BOOK ! you won’t regret it.

We had a magical, connective, peaceful, fun, relaxing time at Seirra Sol this week.
The common spaces are beautifully set up with everything you need to enjoy the natural setting Deja and her team have nurtured. The main house was perfect for our family, including my partner and our 2 teenagers. We enjoying making pizza in the wood-fired oven, grilling steaks in the outdoor kitchen, soaking in the outdoor tubs and roasting marshmallows over the unique hanging fire pit.
When we weren’t relaxing at camp, we were exploring the Yuba River and Bullards Bay Reservoir.
We will definitely be back, and bring our friends!

The beautiful drive along the Feather River was breathtaking! Our cabin was very clean and lacking nothing for a perfect night stay.
The walk down to the private hot springs was very safe and the soak in the hot springs was relaxing and private. All was perfectly set up for a relaxing getaway!

Wonderful secluded property, self check in was seamless and we didn’t see or hear another person on the private 150 acres for the entirety of our stay. The tiny home was clean and well organized, the instant hot water heater worked great for our outdoor shower and tub. This was definitely my two dogs favorite trip as they were free to roam and enjoy the property unleashed. Joe had a tent set up outside of the cabin which the kids enjoyed sleeping in. The endless supply of conveniently placed fire wood for the provided smokeless fire pit was perfect for the cold nights along with the heater/ac in the cabin. Lots of creek access which you can hear well from the cabin. Grill was clean and had every you would need to cook inside the cabin or at the grill. Multiple restrooms was also a plus. Swimming holes were fun and safe for the dogs
And kids. AT&T cell service was good enough to communicate with the outside world if needed. Bed and pillows were comfy and clean. The lighting at night was perfect. Got a good nap in on the hammock after a long day at the creek. Lots of turkeys. Trout spotted in creek. Easy drive down. My 14yo son drove the car for the first time around the property a bit. Shot some cans with pellet guns.The add ons are well worth it btw. We can’t wait to go back, absolutely beautiful and a place where time slows down and you can enjoy your family & nature without distractions or other people near by. Thank you Joe, can’t wait to come back.

Super awesome Yurt on a great piece of land with awesome hosts. Convenient to both a town with provisions and food and amazing outdoor activities while still feeling remote and in nature. Our dog especially had a blast.

Awesome place for a woodsy getaway! The outdoor kitchen is a dream to cook in and hang around. we took a great walk down to the yuba and were all by ourselves at the end of march. It’s a beautiful place and the host got us set up with everything we needed!

Loved this beautiful property!
Stunning views and had everything that we needed and more.
-Very private (literally no one else there) which is hard to find nowadays. This is especially nice when you have dogs!
-There’s multiple access points to the creak close by the tiny home but to get to the good spot it’s a bit of a walk (which is totally worth it).
Overall, an amazing stay and we will be back!!
