Bungalows of the Desert prides itself on rescuing neglected and abandoned vintage trailers. Our fleet includes trailers from the 1950’s to the 1960’s. Vintage camping trailer rentals are brought back to life with the intentions of preserving the originality of each trailer while providing a fun and creative theme. Small blemishes decorate our trailers to remind us of the years past. We provide a piece of history for future generations to enjoy. We are a seasonal location available October - April. LOCATION of your vintage trailer will be is about a 10 -15 minute drive from the town center of Borrego Springs. This location is about 5 minute drive off-road into the desert landscape with near to off-road trails and nearby hiking trails. We provide you with a campsite open to the public in an open desert camping area. Location is subject to change due to weather or current trail conditions. Keep in mind cell reception might be limited depending on your carrier. Guests are responsible for bringing any additional supplies needed for dry camping, off the grid accommodations.
