The creek runs mostly year round so feel free to get your feet wet on a hot sunny day. You are welcome to cruise the property and check out the chickens, ducks and horses. We have three dogs on the ranch, a deaf and incredibly sweet pitbull ( he is a food thief so store food and garbage as though raccoons were a problem), a curious and playful ranch dog Pluto (who will be your tour guide) and a Boston Bulldogge, Astrid. We are surrounded by orchards which have some of the best apples and pears in the country. Seasonally you can stop by many apple markets and do a tasting. We also have a lively wine tasting venue less than a mile away. Avila Beach is a short 4 miles away and we are happy to share bikes if we have them available but can't guarantee any. Our location is a bikers' dream as the 13 mile scenic road takes you all the way into SLO. The drive is a beautiful country drive! · 18 minutes from San Miguel · 1 hour from the coast (Cambria, Cayucos, Morro Bay) Cabin: Each cabin has 1 queen size bed, dresser, sink, mirrors, chair, mini fridge, and Keurig coffee maker. Bathrooms: We have 2 full and 2 half shared bathrooms. Both full bathrooms have showers. These are cleaned daily. Each cabin is assigned a full bathroom so it will be private and not shared. Tent and RV stayers have bathrooms but No showers. Kitchen: The communal kitchen has a refrigerator, sink, microwave, BBQ, coffee maker, dishwasher, stove, oven, and ice maker. The kitchen has A/C and heat. Other Shared Structures: The Lounge Barn, Legends Saloon, Loading Dock Stage, Antique Barns and the Game Room. Evenings: Evening time at Almond Springs is spectacular. There is no light pollution, and the stars are amazing! The space is also well lit with intimate café lighting. Weather: This is a remote country space. The Cabins and Kitchen both have Heat and A/C. 1 night at Dare 2 Dream Farms

Cute little farm. Jeremy was very welcoming and his two boys were adorable as well. I arrived a bit early, but Jeremy was more than accommodating. The location is close enough to town, but far enough away for peace and quiet when the sun sets. The mattress was a little soft for my liking, but it was still comfortable. Their on-site farm stand was awesome. I’ll be back again, next time I’ll probably opt for the airstream on the farm.

Such a cute and cozy loft! It was bigger than we expected and it was great that they had all the amenities! The outdoor is super cute and it was great that they had BBQ. The host also made sure we had enough pellets to keep warm throughout the night. Loved how it was dog friendly, though I didnt think it would be best off leash.... We were able to walk to nearby winery, chill, enjoy nature and eat good food. High recommend this stay!

A queen sized bed with memory foam mattress makes this glamping at its best.

Such a cute spot with an amazing view. The cowboy tub did not disappoint with hot water! Everything was stocked like listed and Kenneth was a great host. Such a perfect time of year for his spot and perfectly located near wineries to check out during the day. Would love to come back!

2 nights at Vinyl Vineyards Glampground

We had a fantastic time at vinyl vinyards. It was not only beautiful but it had everything we needed. There was only one thing that might have enhanced our stay. Our host let us know in advance that there was a heater in the camper but we couldn't get it to work. Other than that, we really enjoyed it! Would love to go back!

Fire pit with chairs to enjoy in the evening, there is also a grill if you want to cook on that!

What an excellent, relaxing way to get away! Everything we needed was pretty much provided and the bedding was substantial and comfy. We had a thunderstorm hit and even that was a nice experience. A great way to experience mother nature firsthand! We never got wet or were uncomfortable in any way. A hot soak in the tub with my sweetie while stargazing was the trips fav! If you are particular about your cookware, I would bring a good pan and maybe a knife but other than that everything was peaceful. All the wineries around was a plus also!

Weekend Trip to Cuyama Oaks Ranch

We had a small group come up to Nathan's ranch for my sister's birthday, and we rented out two of the glamping sites. We had so much fun, and it was awesome being away from the city with such amazing views. Seriously, the mountains were insane, and I don't think I've ever seen the Milky Way so clearly. Nathan was lovely, as are the animals—everyone should do the petting zoo. Definitely bring your earplugs if you're in Pink Pony #1 (the rooster is an early riser!) We'll be back for sure :)

Had a great stay at Dare 2 Dream’s ‘73 Airstream! It was incredibly clean and cozy. It was well stocked with pots/pans, kitchen utensils, towels, etc.. I also stopped by the farmstand and grabbed some fantastic eggs. The hosts were responsive to questions and accommodating! Truly a gorgeous night looking up at the moon from the bed. Kenney and Sarah are amazing hosts! They made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. The first night I was the only camper, but I still felt completely safe the whole time. The property is so beautiful ,peaceful, quiet, and surrounded by nature with open skies and fresh air. The tent itself was so cozy and had everything I needed!Their dogs are the sweetest and made the place feel even more welcoming. It’s the perfect spot if you’re looking for a relaxing escape and some time to recharge. I left feeling refreshed and grateful, and I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting a beautiful and peaceful getaway.

Weekend Trip to Freedog Farms @ Cactus Flower Ranch

We were only able to stay 1 night but it was truly an amazing experience. Sierra and Darin have built an amazing space on such a beautiful property of land. From the first second we met them, they were very welcoming. They made us feel like we were home. Their hard work in the whole space shows. We brought our Australian Shepherd with us, who didn’t want to leave. We are 11/10 coming back, hopefully for more than just one night. I recommend for anybody that wants/needs to be surrounded by nature and good people.

Such a cool place and idea. It was absolutely worth every penny. It’s so quiet and peaceful, and the view was so expansive. Some of the most beautiful sunsets I’ve seen. The stars were also unbelievable. The hospitality was fantastic. They provide you with everything. Running water for showers and a sink. An outdoor toilet. I would recommend bringing extra toilet paper, but that’s about it. Will absolutely be coming back.

Lovely spot! Super easy access go downtown SLO & Avila Beach while feeling like you are world away! The space was comfy & cozy & had all we needed. The compost toilet & outdoor shower were far cleaner & more pleasant to use than the average campground facilities. Would return!

We stopped at Enney Ranch on our way from SF to SD over Labor Day Weekend. It was a perfect stopping point on the road trip, and was so convenient not needing to pack ALL our camping stuff! Kenny gave use really clear driving directions, and a really clear description of the site + amenities on his ranch. He met us when we arrived for a mini "tour," and the rest of our stay was a dream! The stars overnight were EPIC. Would absolutely return ¨̮

The airstream at Dare 2 Dream farms was the perfect little getaway! The trailer was well equipped with a stove, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, Keurig, shower, toilet and bed. There was a fire pit right outside of the trailer with benches. The property itself has many animals that we enjoyed looking at. Overall, the stay had great value and I would definitely stay again! One thing to note: the farm is very close to Vandenberg Space Force Base and they regularly have rocket launches. Make sure to check the schedule online so you aren’t surprised by a rocket launch like we were!
