Our 11-site campground is situated on Arkansas Hwy 74E, approximately three miles east of Jasper and three miles west of the Hasty Cutoff for quick access to the Buffalo River! This is not a residential campground like so many in the area - it is exclusively for camping enthusiasts!
Being former camping enthusiasts ourselves, we built our RV park to accommodate rigs anywhere from a small popup to campers and motorhomes in excess of 40'. We also created each campsite to provide LOTS of personal space, with campsites being anywhere from 30 feet to 50 feet apart. Each site features a firepit, with small bundles of firewood available for purchase. Picnic tables are also available for your stay. We offer five campsites that are pull-through with full hookups, and six back-in sites that have water and electric only (a dump station is available for your convenience). Also featured is a BEAUTIFUL shower building; one side for the women, and one side for the men. Once you step inside and shut the door, you will have the beautifully tiled shower, toilet and lavatory to yourself until you are finished! Laundry facilities are also available on site - rather than charging exorbitant rates for using the washer and dryer like other RV parks or laundromats, we opted to make it available to our guests for a simple monetary donation. A lockbox is conveniently located in the laundry room for you to drop your donation into. Come stay with us and enjoy the beauty of the Ozarks and Buffalo River country! I moved here in 2016 from Atlanta, Georgia. I actually lived in an RV in a beautiful park for several years there. And, loved it! I thought I was going to do that here, but changed my mind when I found this sweet little house on a couple of acres. Deer visit us, and bunnies make their homes here. I have cats and dogs of my own.

Turn from Hwy. 56 can be tricky for big rigs because of a ditch at Jones Street. Left hand turn is easier than right hand turn.
You can use the parking lot across the street to help you back your rig into the campsite. We have permission from the owner to do that.
There is room for your boat, too. Pets are welcome. Close to grocery, bank, gas.
The White River is famous for its trout fishing. Deer hunting in the area, too. (Not on this property.)
The hookups are on the left side (right side if you back in). You may need extensions for your power and sewer. I have them available, if you don’t have your own.

Edgewater Beach Resort is a peaceful oasis away from the hustle and bustle of day-to-day life. There are 2 RV sites at Edgewater that are located just a few feet from the water's edge. Lake Taneycomo is a cold- water lake that is famous for trout fishing. The resort has 3 docks that you can fish off of. You can also fish anywhere along the water's edge. Each RV site has water, sewer, and electric hookups, wifi, a private picnic table, and a private firepit/ grill. The sites are separated by a privacy fence for the utmost privacy. The resort has boat rentals, a fish cleaning station, an outdoor pool that is open from Memorial weekend through Labor Day weekend, a playground, and a laundry room. I also have boat slips available to rent for $20 a night. The resort is next to Empire Park which has lots of fishing spots, a playground, a disc golf course, and walking trails. The resort is 16 miles from The Branson Landing. You can get there by car or boat.

This remote primitive campground is between Kingston and Compton, Arkansas. in the Ozark Mountains of the Boston plateau. The wooded 15 acres is nestled just above a scenic bluff looking south. You can set your tent on our grassy knoll or find a random spot anywhere under our hardwoods or pines. There is one designated gravel site pad for a mid size trailer.
The only roads to Spoken N’ Tru are gravel. I highly recommend taking the gravel route from Kingston. This particular gravel road is 5 miles. If you are pulling a camper this is definitely the best. There is another longer 8 mile option from 412 - south from Dryfork in between Marble and Ozark. The shortest route if from 103 but it has a deep creek crossing and don't recommended unless you have a good 4 wheel vehicle.
The best road to Ponca is County Road 1300 which takes you to Highway 43.
Please keep in mind that Spoke N’ Tru is a cozy but primitive camping site with no amenities so be ready to check your electronics before heading down our gravel roads. Lastly, please read amenity notes, especially regarding waste.

Our 11-site campground is situated on Arkansas Hwy 74E, approximately three miles east of Jasper and three miles west of the Hasty Cutoff for quick access to the Buffalo River! This is not a residential campground like so many in the area - it is exclusively for camping enthusiasts!
Being former camping enthusiasts ourselves, we built our RV park to accommodate rigs anywhere from a small popup to campers and motorhomes in excess of 40'. We also created each campsite to provide LOTS of personal space, with campsites being anywhere from 30 feet to 50 feet apart. Each site features a firepit, with small bundles of firewood available for purchase. Picnic tables are also available for your stay. We offer five campsites that are pull-through with full hookups, and six back-in sites that have water and electric only (a dump station is available for your convenience). Also featured is a BEAUTIFUL shower building; one side for the women, and one side for the men. Once you step inside and shut the door, you will have the beautifully tiled shower, toilet and lavatory to yourself until you are finished! Laundry facilities are also available on site - rather than charging exorbitant rates for using the washer and dryer like other RV parks or laundromats, we opted to make it available to our guests for a simple monetary donation. The White River is famous for its trout fishing. Deer hunting in the area, too. (Not on this property.)

Lake Taneycomo is a cold- water lake that is famous for trout fishing. The resort has 3 docks that you can fish off of. You can also fish anywhere along the water's edge. This remote primitive campground is between Kingston and Compton, Arkansas. in the Ozark Mountains of the Boston plateau. The wooded 15 acres is nestled just above a scenic bluff looking south. You can set your tent on our grassy knoll or find a random spot anywhere under our hardwoods or pines. There is one designated gravel site pad for a mid size trailer.
The only roads to Spoken N’ Tru are gravel. I highly recommend taking the gravel route from Kingston. This particular gravel road is 5 miles. If you are pulling a camper this is definitely the best. There is another longer 8 mile option from 412 - south from Dryfork in between Marble and Ozark. The shortest route if from 103 but it has a deep creek crossing and don't recommended unless you have a good 4 wheel vehicle.
The best road to Ponca is County Road 1300 which takes you to Highway 43.
Please keep in mind that Spoke N’ Tru is a cozy but primitive camping site with no amenities so be ready to check your electronics before heading down our gravel roads. Lastly, please read amenity notes, especially regarding waste.

The staff is exceptional and really accommodating. Just be patient with the county road .... a lot of the roads in the area are a little rocky and rutty. My small Mazda did just fine.

Absolutely beautiful place with really cool trails to hike on. Mizzy is also so sweet and always helpful. Would recommend to anyone I know traveling to the Ozarks!

Tina was so so kind and helpful, especially when I had to reschedule. The drive up had a lot twisty roads but it was totally worth it. There were other campers but the campsites were large enough that my friend and I felt secluded and still had privacy while feeling connected. At night you could see so many stars and the sunrise and sunset were absolutely goegeous. The outdoor shower was a wonderfully enriching experience too! Overall, the vibes were very very lovely.

I picked this place because it was close to Jasper, which is a really cool little town, but but what I really enjoyed was to drive there and out the next day. Absolutely beautiful. I didn’t get to enjoy the camp area much because it was so cold, but I met Shane the owner and he got me hooked up with the vitals and I passed a very comfortable night. The next day, I took his advice and went into the Ozark Café for breakfast, which was delicious. I would like to come back here for a more extended recreational visit. There’s a lot to do around here.

This was our first hip camp experience and it was fantastic! We stayed at camp 6 and loved it. The stream being so close you can hear it all night which made for great sleep. We enjoyed our campsite and loved watching the cows graze. Absolutely beautiful area and the host even brought us down an umbrella for our table.

15 ft travel trailer
Beautiful site! We stayed for a few nights in our hiker trailer and had a wonderful time! We will definitely be back! Flat parking spot for trailer with the wooden deck right by the parking pad made set up quick and easy. Very private.
We loved the primitive nature of the site but made sure you plan accordingly bc it truly is a primitive site- no electric/ water/ toilet and there is no gas close by, so plan accordingly.
Wind can get pretty strong so come prepared to tie down if tent camping or using a pop up shower/toilet tent etc.
If pulling a trailer, definitely take the advice from the host directions to approach from Kingston, even if off road capable. Entry/exit at site is tight if coming from the other direction.

We really enjoyed our stay at this primitive campground. The just was quick to communicate and patient when I didn’t understand. It is exciting to see the improvements being made everywhere. We also enjoyed our early morning hike to their private waterfall!

I've been to multiple hipcamps around the country and let me tell you, this beautiful property is exceptional. You will love it. It's only about 15 minutes to town but super secluded and private. The water features are exceptional and the owners were great and very communicative. We made it down and back multiple times with no issues in dry conditions with a 2 wheel drive F150. We will definitely return.

Adam truly has an amazing piece of property and it’s so kind of him to let others enjoy the beauty! The location is perfect. Secluded and private, but you’re not far from some of Arkansas most popular views. Although we got rained out our last day, we absolutely plan to come back and be more prepared to brave the weather! Nothing like waking up with the sun on the side of a mountain with no cell service!
