This is a quiet farm and lake community with many outdoor activities available in the area. You will be renting a gravel pad well in the woods within a small cleared area for camping and parking. There are no amenities on-site at this time besides a dumpster near the entrance. The owners" are located on a different part of the property, and there are currently no other rental areas on the property. The property is located approximately 1.5 miles from a public boat launch, and a short ride from Buck Creek Marina.

The resort offers an outdoor pool, a playground, a fish cleaning station, and a laundry room. I also have boat slips available to rent for an additional $16/night. You can fish anywhere along the water's edge or off the docks. Ozark Beach Dam is 1 mile away, and the fishing there is always excellent. Empire Park is also located next door. It offers lots of fishing spots, hiking trails, a disc golf course, and a playground.

Generator rental available. Located about halfway between Springfield, MO. and Branson, MO. Nearby attractions include canoe rental, trout fishing, and mountain bike park. Please note, This campground is located in a floodplain and weather related cancellations are common. If you are camping to be close to nearby attractions or don't mind a muddy, flooded river I can let you camp on higher ground. Not quite as private but still lots of room. Fish, Fish, Fish. This river is primed for fishing. You will have to bring your own boat, or float as I don't have good river bank fishing access. There is a state park boat ramp a short distance away. The steps in the photos are plenty sturdy to tie boats to overnight. This river is fishable with flat bottom jet drive boats most of the spring and early summer and floatable year round. You can float to your campsite and relax instead of waiting in line at the boat ramp. Also we are located about 13 miles from Crane Creek, A blue ribbon trout park. You can camp here and fish there.

Edgewater Beach Resort has several privately owned cabins available to rent through Airbnb. I own/manage 3 cabins and the 2 lakefront RV sites. Each site comes with electric, water, and sewer hookups, a picnic table, and a private firepit with a grilling rack. The sites are large and separated by a privacy fence for the utmost privacy. The resort offers an outdoor pool, a playground, a fish cleaning station, and a laundry room. I also have boat slips available to rent for an additional $16/night. You can fish anywhere along the water's edge or off the docks. Ozark Beach Dam is 1 mile away, and the fishing there is always excellent. Empire Park is also located next door. It offers lots of fishing spots, hiking trails, a disc golf course, and a playground.
