We have 30 Amp service located behind each pad and water on site to fill your holding tanks, as you pull in, at the Bike Wash Station. There is NO waste dump on site.
We now have a Guest Lounge and Shower House for our Camping guests. The Lounge and Shower house features a full kitchen, living room, 2 restrooms, and a shower. We also encourage our guests to take advantage of the Heated Outdoor Shower.

Sunset Mountain is an exclusive reservation only 18+ clothing optional/nudist campground located on my working cattle farm. (Please do not drive up to our gate and try to get in. Please make a reservation in advance.) Although we cater to adults only we follow TNSF and AANR guidelines for social nude recreation. If you are not familiar with TNSF or AANR you can do a quick internet search and see some basic guidelines for social nude recreation. Sunset Mountain does typically operate as a blind service venue meaning we do business online and we and or our maintenance team may not be seen during your stay. Sunset Mountain is near the Elk River in Noel Missouri and close to Northwest Arkansas where there are mountain biking trails, museums and many other activities. Sunset Mountain is listed on the Monarch Butterfly Waystation registry as well. Come stay on the buff bluff!

Behind the hedgerow (to the North) there's a mowed areas for a tent. There's also a tree platform. A train runs through town about 10 x day and night about 5 blocks away. There's capacity for leaving your trash/recycling here (I have to pay for weekly pick-up but rarely is my bin full), there's also washer/dryer that can be used (within reason)

This place was 10/10, absolutely awesome. Hot tub, cold plunge, sauna, communal hang out space, showers, coffee, snacks, bike wash! It had everything we needed and could possibly want. Jeremy was very attentive, friendly, and made us feel comfortable to make ourselves at home. I had to do some remote work, and having the lounge with a tv was so very welcoming while it rained for two days straight. We will be back!

We were able to roll up just a bit before sunset and it was perfect! This was our first clothing optional Hipcamp and talk about freeing! Not only was that a fun discovery, the property was outstanding. Clean and nice touches everywhere from A-frame wash/shower room, the hot tub, pool, fire pit, BBQ, wash tub for dishes, etc. James and Amy greeted us to make sure we had everything we needed. The pool was made ready for us the next morning for the tiny window of sun we got (thanks James!) you can really see the pride and care for the land and the experience they provide to campers.
We didn’t get to meet any other campers this time however this stop will remain at or near the top of our camping experience list for quite some time - highly recommend. We will be back!

My boyfriend and I stumbled across Sunset Mountain and, while we have never even considered a nudist lifestyle, we figured so many positive reviews couldn’t be wrong. We are so glad we gave it a shot! Whether or not you practice a nudist lifestyle yourself (as long as you are open to others around you being in the buff!), you should certainly give this a try! James maintains his property so well and you can tell he loves the land. The facilities were immaculate! From the bathroom and outdoor showers to the pool and hot tub, we were incredibly impressed at how clean everything was. We went into the weekend figuring it would be something fun to say we did once, but by the end of the weekend, agreed we will definitely return! Sunset views were amazing and we took the opportunity to snap some fun pics too 😆 Thanks James for sharing your beautiful property with us!

We loved the space #24, beautiful view behind us and a good size. Staff were friendly and pool was nice. They provided pool floats and had a hot tub as well. There is a new dog park and they are working on a new walking/biking path. Bath house and laundry provided. There is a trolley stop on site.

Family had a great time at Red's location. Perfect spot if you're looking for a quiet place that's not far from the NWA attractions, and the shower house, potable water and electric hookups are welcome amenities. The host is super friendly and quick to respond to any messages. Our six year old had fun exploring the walking trail around the perimeter.

We had a very relaxing time. The campsites were very clean and the creek area was as well. The water was wonderful. We will definitely return in the future.
Although the cell service was very weak, we were able to get texts. Laquita was quick to respond to any questions we had.

This was a really nice camping spot (A-1). Site was level with full hookups, (30 & 50A). I would recommend bringing an extension for power/water since the power and water post are on the curb side. Our 25' water hose was long enough, power was a little short. We got there late and Red came out to welcome us and guide us to our spot. The campground is very private and quiet, built in an old growth forest. There is a grill setup for you to use with charcoal and fire starters. There is a nice hike/bike trail behind the shop, fun ~1/2 mile loop. It's conveniently located to Bentonville/Rogers. I would definitely come again and recommend.

Sunset Mountain is a beautiful and peaceful escape! The views are breathtaking, the property is spotless, and the atmosphere is so relaxing. James is an incredible hosts and makes you feel right at home. The sunsets are absolutely unforgettable. I've already booked my next visit!
