Welcome to our newly launched RV park in Malvern, Arkansas—a simple, spacious, and affordable place to stay as we begin a new chapter on this unique 105-acre property. This land was previously home to a motocross park, and we’ve recently taken it over with a vision to create a peaceful and accessible RV destination. While we’re just getting started, we’re excited to offer a clean and comfortable place to park, relax, and enjoy the natural surroundings. Motocross is not taking place on the property, but feel free to hike, jog, and explore the motocross tracks for fun. We have lots of plans for the space, but it's currently just open land to explore. We currently offer 60 RV sites with both 30-amp and 50-amp power hookups. Guests have access to centralized water fill-up stations, dump stations, and clean public restrooms. Starlink Wi-Fi is available around the main building for those who need to stay connected. This is a bare-bones, no-frills setup for now—ideal for travelers who appreciate open space, quiet surroundings, and an affordable place to stay. The property itself features rolling terrain, wide-open areas, and a peaceful rural setting where you can unwind and enjoy the outdoors. We’re located just a short drive from Hot Springs and within reach of Little Rock, making this a great home base for exploring Central Arkansas. Nearby, you’ll find access to some of the region’s most popular lakes, including Lake Catherine, Lake Hamilton, and Lake Ouachita. For guests looking to get out on the water, we can help connect you with local fishing guides and boat charter experiences so you can enjoy everything the area has to offer. If you’re looking for a quiet, affordable place to stay with plenty of space and easy access to nature and nearby attractions, we’d love to host you as we continue building and improving the property.

Welcome! We want to note on the front hand that if you decide to stay with us you will be staying in a pasture behind a gate. This is especially important if you are tent camping, because your things will be safe while you explore Hot Springs and surrounding areas unlike a State Park or regular campground! Our land is home to a plethora of animals that you can visit with or just watch during your stay. Depending on the time of year and where we are at in our pasture rotation will dictate where the horses and most of the cattle herd are at. If you message me I can let you know! Our goats and a couple of our cows are at the end of the road on the right! The animals you can see are our cattle (most of their names are on their ear tags), horses, goats (working on getting collars with names, Pickles the mini donkey (he’s with the cows), and chickens (when they go out to free range). We also have a stocked pond that you can bring your fishing gear and fish! There are bass, catfish and bream! If you want to love on a cow then Pepper the Holstein is your girl! She is at the end of our road to the right with our other very sweet mini jersey Penelope! Pepper knows her name and will come to the fence to talk to you! The horses names are Vivian and Bonnie and they sometimes stay in the pasture with our campers, but they are at a different pasture for now! Vivian is the larger of the two white horses and she loves attention. Bonnie is also white, but she is a bit smaller. She is Viv's sister! There is also always the opportunity to see several species of wildlife while here! Part of our land is cleared for pasture and the rest is undisturbed forest. Two different creeks and hundreds of cedars adorn the land, hence the name "Cedar Creek Farms." Come enjoy the sounds of Ouachita Mountain nature and farm life with us!

80+ acres all to yourself!! This beautiful and very secluded property, with river, kayaks, trails, and creeks is offered to only one group at a time to ensure peace, quiet, and seclusion. No other guests will overlap your stay. You will enjoy the peaceful solitude in nature completely alone! Sorry, children are not allowed. It's a great location for romantic getaways, silent personal retreats, yoga, playing in the river, or just spending quiet one-on-one time with your spouse or significant other. The last 1/2 mile of dirt road is a little rough, so cars with very low ground clearance are not recommended. Campers on Thunder Mountain enjoy the entire property by themselves - including the unique outdoor bathhouse with outdoor tub and shower, impressive multi-level decks, kayaks, grill, trails, hammocks, and tubes - without the cost of the cabin. The cabin on the property will be vacant during camping stays, but you can still enjoy the WiFi and other amenities outside. Set up camp by the cabin and bathhouse or hike your equipment down the stairs to the river. Pricing: $30-90/night camping; $190-280/night cabin - listed separately. Last minute bookings may have discounted rates. Camping bookings for 1 or 2 nights are sometimes available even if the calendar does not show availability (due to cabin cleaning days). So feel free to ask about dates you want and we'll try to move our cleaning days around to help you out.

Fishers Pond at the Tree House was built as a tree house for my son. There is wildlife to view: cranes on the pond, squirrels, deer out the windows. I have seen as many as 6 at one time. Catfishing is great. We have pulled fish as big as 10 lbs. I have trails cut through the woods on my 10 acres for short nature walks
