Have owned since 2019 Learn more about this land: Pitch your tent in our semi wooded area. Close to downtown hot springs. This property is close the the road & sits beside my son's driveway. There is a new bypass very close to the property. Pets are allowed, just please keep them close & clean up after them. We have a charcoal BBQ grill, & chairs on site. There is a trash can on site to use. We also have a private camping toilet with a personal tent. (Please request this item as we keep it put up when not in use.) This area is wooded and has all the outdoor bugs. Although we treat the camp area, bring your repellants for fleas, tics, chiggers, mosquitoes, ect. Just in case. There is currently someone staying in the gray tiny house, didn't want this to be a surprise. You can book this spot to pitch a tent or park a car.Pitch your tent or park your vehicle in our semi wooded area. Close to downtown hot springs. This property is close the the road & sits beside my sons driveway. This property is located at the bottom of a hill/mountain, so it is not all flat. We have just completed some major improvements to this property & have leveled the parking/tent area out a little. Some terrain may still be of concern. This property sits beside the newly constructed bypass extension. Can be loud around noon and other busy times. Property is semi private with neighbors but peaceful. A great place to park & relax Or just hang out. Pets are allowed, just please keep them close & clean up after them. We now have water from an outlet hose. We can provide a few basic cooking supplies upon request, We have a charcoal BBQ grill, & chairs also available by request. No campfires are allowed due to the wooded area. There is a trash can & a private camping toilet. This area is wooded and has all the outdoor bugs. Although we treat the camp area. Bring your repellants for fleas, tics, chiggers, mosquitoes, ect. Just in case. Parking for 1 car Campsite for 1 tent No campers or rvs are allowed the space it not big enough to accommodate this type of vehicle Vans ok Mini rvs are ok Trucks , cars, suvs are ok Please ask if you’re not sure There is only room for 1 vehicle. Also, this property is in the county & neighbors sometime let there dogs roam. They are friendly, but just wanted to mention. If you have any questions, please ask before booking. Thank you

Small campsite / parking on my land

This is a nice rural setting, good people in the neighborhood. The only downside is finding a level site. Not a huge problem for a pup or possibly 4 sleeper. It was impossible with my 16x8. I was able to almost level the bedding section but the other 2/3 was angled down slope. Excellent host as well.

Perfect spot to sleep safely just 12 minutes from Hot Springs National Park! Toilet on site. Host is super helpful & responsive. So convenient!

Brittani was extremely helpful in helping us find the place and giving us restaurant recommendations, and answering our questions. Unfortunately the ground was extremely unlevel, I even put three blocks under our tire and we still were struggling.
