Unlike typical RV parks, we offer a full acre for your private camping experience; you do not have to share this site with others. The area is fully fenced so you, your well-behaved dogs and kids can run free. The privacy and amenities – somewhere between “rustic” and “glamping” – make Rogue’s Rendezvous a unique space and an excellent staging ground for gatherings and area adventures. Rogue’s Rendezvous is off the beaten path but easy to access (on a well-maintained dirt road) and close to many area points of interest. The property is located off Historic Route 66 (Interstate 40) between Williams and Flagstaff, and an hour south of the Grand Canyon (south entrance). We welcome clean, respectful campers to enjoy our "happy place." The property is in a shady and quiet pine-studded development and is accessed via an automatic gate. The site is gently sloping with red earth driveways and has three spaces to easily park various RV types with hookups (including electrical and septic only, no water); the RV “carport” that is adjacent to the covered deck can accommodate RVs less than 13 ft high. Full instructions, the gate code, and a site map with hookup locations will be sent with check-in instructions. NOTES: Know before you go! - Cell & Internet Service: This area is somewhat remote, but does have limited cell service – calls are ok, texts work, but texting images or media may not be possible. There is NO WI-FI or internet service here. This is a great opportunity to disconnect and enjoy being “off the grid.” - Elevation: We are at an elevation of approximately 6400 feet. Take care of yourself to avoid altitude sickness! Drink lots of water, rest plenty, and pay attention to your body. - Weather: The weather can change dramatically throughout the day and the year here. Please come prepared for anything, and please check expected conditions prior to camping. Winter conditions may prevent site access between October and April. - There are train tracks nearby (approx. ¼ mile away), and we can hear the humming of passing trains, both during the day and at night. We do not find it problematic (our kids don’t even notice) and some of us find trains fun and exciting (we enjoy watching the train crossing a couple of miles down the road). However, if you are sensitive to noise, this might not be the right place for you. NEARBY: - hiking, lakes, Historic Williams, Grand Canyon, Bearizona, Rt. 66, and so much more.

The forest entrance is just down the rd and on the nw side of me is all public land although the only thing you will see on it is a few cows and wildlife. The sunsets are amazing. This is located right in the middle of unit 9 if you’re a hunter. Our closest neighbor is about Mile away. We have a 1 mile hiking trail. There is plenty of wildlife around Deer Elk and many more . You can access the forest just down the rd from us. This is a true off grid experience we have lived out here for 7 years now and just love it. We can provide you with firewood for your camp spots when u arrive you will have enough wood for the night if you stay longer let us know and we can get you some more. There is a lot of Native American History in the area and have found many arrowheads. There is very little traffic once you go past first two miles so it’s nice and quiet out here. We look forward to meeting you and thank you for considering. There is a few rough spots so just take it slow.

The scenery is amazing for nature lover's and perfect for stargazers. (No light pollution) Feel free to cook your catch of fish from Kaibab lake just 15 miles south. Shopping ,dining, groceries, Bearizona , Canyon Coaster and medical attention is just 15 miles south in the city of Williams. We are approximately 50 miles from the city of Flagstaff Arizona and maybe 35 to 40 miles south of the Grand Canyon. Barbecue with family and friends or hang out alone under a tree and read a book. Set up a tent or drive in with your camper van. Because the property is only one acre we will only be providing two campsites and one for a smaller pop up, teardrop, Camper Van. Because of our love for the arts, we will be setting up art around the property in due time. We do have an old travel trailer that I would like to be painted by guest Kinda like a (We were here trailer). So feel free to grab paint brush and paint. Beautiful place for Photography and art like-minded people. Highly recommended as I too am an artist. A few things to note. You are camping. While it is okay for you to set up extra lights to make it a glamping experience. There are still animals creeping critters insects and bugs. Do your homework. We can help provide extra solar lights for the night and Ozark bags for human Please no waste or trash left behind. On a personal level we are down to Earth and upbeat couple. (At least try to be) . We do not discriminate or tolerate any kind of abuse. Depending on the days circumstances we may be at work or available to hang out. We are okay with interaction or with you having your own privacy. This darling camper cabin has one bedroom with a queen sized bed (2 guests), and two pull out couches for up to four additional guests. The well stocked kitchen has all the cookware and utensils you'll need for cooking, a propane range, as well as a cooler for your use (bring ice). A gas barbecue is on site as well. The wood stove kicks out a ton of heat to keep you toasty while you sip on steamy hot chocolate that is provided for your enjoyment. Gather around the propane operated firepit in the backyard for some R&R. Bring a hammock 'cuz there are unlimited opportunities for stringing one up! Tons of activities will keep you occupied, including hiking and biking on the nearby Arizona Trail (just 1/2 mile away), or even sledding on your very own private 2 acre piece of paradise! What's even better is the property backs onto the National Forest, for unlimited enjoyment of nature. In the evening crack open a book, or start playing a game with your besties to close out a long day. The property is completely off the grid, making it very appealing to those travelers and adventurers who want to create a minimal carbon footprint on their vacation. The kitchen sink has a hand pump that draws water from under the sink from a 10 gallon water jug. You can refill the jug as needed from a hand pump located in the back yard. There is solar powered lighting and a USB phone charger station. There is no electrical power available. Cell service is available in the area depending on your carrier. The outdoor composting toilet is super clean with little or no odor. The cabin is located at 8200' in the San Francisco Peaks in the pines and aspens. Snowshoe or cross country ski, go sledding or snowmobiling, or just good old fashioned relaxation will make the time fly by. During a snowy period, access may require either cross country skiing, snowshoeing or snowmobiling to the property from the main highway (approx 2.1 miles). If you get stuck on the road it will be your own responsibility. Please check with the owner a couple days prior to your visit to check on road conditions during the winter! Pets must be well behaved and cleaned up after, including excessive animal hair. Leash laws apply to Coconino National Forest. Please do not book the Glamper Cabin if you plan to bring a pet which is known to be aggressive or unpredictable in nature, including breeds or mixed breeds such as pitbulls, rottweilers, bullmastiff and American Bulldog. The Natives say this was an ancient hunting grounds and I can see why There is tons of wildlife around. It’s very quiet and peaceful out except when the coyotes are howling at night lol. The forest entrance is just down the rd and on the nw side of me is all public land although the only thing you will see on it is a few cows and wildlife. The sunsets are amazing. This is located right in the middle of unit 9 if you’re a hunter. Our closest neighbor is about Mile away. We have a 1 mile hiking trail. There is plenty of wildlife around Deer Elk and many more . You can access the forest just down the rd from us. This is a true off grid experience we have lived out here for 7 years now and just love it. We can provide you with firewood for your camp spots when u arrive you will have enough wood for the night if you stay longer let us know and we can get you some more. There is a lot of Native American History in the area and have found many arrowheads. There is very little traffic once you go past first two miles so it’s nice and quiet out here.
