Inside, you'll find a comfortable sleeping area with a cozy queen bed adorned with soft organic linens, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The living space is designed for connection, where you can gather with loved ones or fellow adventurers to share meals and create lasting memories. Relax in the seating area, curled up with a good book or musical instrument or engaging in heartfelt conversations by the gentle glow of candlelight. While the yurt's interior offers a sanctuary of comfort, it's important to note that the composting toilet and shower are located outside. These facilities are designed with eco-consciousness in mind and use limited water resources. Embrace the opportunity to connect with nature even more deeply as you venture outdoors to utilize these facilities. The limited water encourages mindfulness and conservation, reminding us of the importance of sustainability and our connection to the Earth. The yurt is completely off-grid and draws power directly from the sun. Lights are battery and solar powered, there are no outlets available, however, solar USB ports are available for phone charging. Verizon and T-Mobile have a few bars, and we intentionally do not have WiFi available at the yurt. Our hosts, just down the hill from the yurt, can offer healthy, customized meal options, yoga, breathwork, reiki, and sound healings for an additional cost.

Sorry- no infants or children under 12 (stairs/retaining wall falling hazard) Sally is a 1976 Silver Streak Trailer- completely redone on the inside- although she still has vintage charm. This cozy Young rental is located in the midst of nature but still in a neighborhood, and can accommodate two guests for a romantic weekend getaway in Arizona. Comfy Queen bed with ensuite bathroom (sink, toilet, shower). In truth the indoor shower is rarely used- the huge Bath House just outside has a rain shower and shower wand, claw foot bath tub and flush toilet. Hot soak in the tub or plunge into the Cowboy stock tank just steps away. Private! In the living area, guests can lounge on comfortable chairs and relax watching TV (bring your passwords!), the dining table is perfect for two people. The kitchen is equipped with enough cooking utensils, dishes and silverware, pots and pans, a microwave, small fridge, kettle, toaster, coffee maker (coffee, creamer, sugar), and air fryer to satisfy your weekend needs. Other amenities include free parking and Wi-Fi, and gas grill. When guests go outside, they will find a covered porch with two chairs and the outdoor fire table has more seating for star gazing (black sky- no city lights). Also, outdoor table and chairs for dining. There will NEVER be anyone in the Gray Cabin unless you rent it so you can use the extra beds. The fully fenced acre will let your small to medium size dog race around and go crazy with freedom!

The river is one of the only few free flowing rivers in Arizona. Otters, Beaver, Blue Heron and a vast amount of migratory birds call it home. Once an inland water way to the Sea of Cortez, the river was part of the trade route during ancient times. Many Indian Ruins and archeological sites to visit in the area. Scenic boating, hiking and ATV trails right from your campsite. Learn more about this land: Pitch a tent or a small camp trailer in a 1/2 acre Mesquite grove. Five minute stroll to the Verde River.
