This campsite offers breathtaking views and a serene environment that visitors can't seem to get enough of. While the site is stunningly beautiful and generally private, some guests have faced challenges with wind and difficult terrain for certain vehicles. Despite these challenges, the host receives high praise for being responsive and helpful. Overall, it's a favorite spot for many due to its scenic beauty and tranquility.

Beautiful site, amazing view from up on hill above river. Several houses above and below site but still very private. We arrived after dark and had difficulty finding site as last turn was a bit overgrown and we didn’t see the road. Texted Hans rather late, but he responded immediately. Once there all was great. Loved it!

Absolutely stunning! Beautiful views, private, quiet, tons of room to set up, and simply enjoy camping. This is one of our new "regular" spots, and we will be back to enjoy the different seasons. The host was communicative, and directions were spot on. The road was great, and we tent-camped this time, but we'll bring our RV next time. Hands down our fav Hipcamp spot in WA. Two people, two dogs, and repeat future visitors!
Camped in a 16 ft travel trailer with pets, Jul 2026.
It was okay
This is a stunningly beautiful campsite. However, I came here with a 16’ trailer and the hill in and out was too steep for me to manage with my tow vehicle (an SUV with 5k towing capacity). I made it down the hill but had to enlist the site manager to help me find a truck to get me out. Even the truck spun its wheels a bit up the hill. I just think the site needs a warning about what is safe to bring to the site. Hans and Susana were very helpful and helped get me out.
