We loved our stay at this perfect location. We have a 34ft camper. The site made it very easy to set up even at 2am after driving all day.
We had plenty of room for us and our three miniature schnauzers.
The walk to the beach was short and taking a wagon was quite easy. This part of the beach is beautiful and mostly families and couples.
We would definitely visit again.

Great camping site we had a 30 ft travel trailer. Lots of room for parking. Dump site on site. Water hookup on site. Beach access within walking distance. Other Beach accesses the park to the west and also there are free parking to the east and west for beach access. Check the beach access out to the east near the fire station. We biked and hiked the beaches biked bike trails had our kayaks but it was too windy unfortunately but we had a great time anyway

We absolutely loved our stay at Jen’s site ! The location was hard to beat — just a short walk to the beach on the ocean side of 30E, right at the end of the road. There was easy access to an awesome bike 🚲 path, the hookups were perfect, communication with Jen was excellent, and everything was easy and convenient for our RV setup.
Great location without feeling crowded. There’s a small general store nearby for essentials, a fish market close by, two beautiful state parks just a short bike ride away, and other close spots for eats and treats 🤗. We also enjoyed spending time in Port St. Joe — such a great little town to grab food and walk around.
We loved this spot and will absolutely stay again!

The site was spacious and level. It was closer to a busy road than I had anticipated so there was traffic noise. The walk to the beach was short and convenient, a great place to watch the sunset. At high tide there is not much beach on Cape San Blas. Salinas Park on the Gulf side was a good place to walk.

What an amazing site. It is right on the side of the road on the cape but since it is on a cape there is almost no traffic at all after the early evening. And the walk to the beach was a single block on a private drive. Having the water, electrical and sewer hookups made it so easy to spend the week on this awesome site.

We enjoyed our stay on Jen's Hipcamp, very much. Just a short walk to the beach and the beach is beautiful. The spot is right next to the road so easy access to get in and out. Plenty of room for big rigs and extra vehicles. We stayed 8 nights and if we get back to the area we will definitely try to book it again. Also, it's within walking distance to a coffee/ice cream/snack place, a great restaurant called Peache's and a seafood market.
Totally a place to check out and stay if you are looking for a perfect location on Cape San Blas.
Also, Jen was great when it came to responding quickly when I had questions.

Perfect Week at Cape San Blas Beach

We are seasoned campers but this was our first Hipcamp experience. It was fantastic! Jen is an awesome host! The property is private and so close to the beach! About 200 ft to the whitest sand I've ever seen. Our dog, Levi, had almost as much fun as we did. It's a deeded beach so we saw the same folks most days and made some great new friends. The property. The fresh seafood is out of this world. Be sure to visit the St. Joe Seafood Market and restaurant. Just a few yards down from the property, is the Trading Post which had a good stock for groceries and beach equipment. They even had a small liquor store that was surprisingly well stocked. Scallops has gas, groceries, and souvenirs. Port St. Joe is a beautiful little town with shops and trendy restaurants. You must stop by the Bayside Bakery & Cafe for delicious cakes and pastries. Our favorite restaurant was Cone Heads on the north end of Cape San Blas. It was as funky as the name and the food was superb. Unusual drinks too. Try the Traditional Expresso Martini.
All in all, I have nothing but praise for this little spot and our great host. We are coming back in the spring! Thanks so much Jen!

Location, location, location! Such a great week. Our plans for the week were to sit on the beach and this was the perfect spot. Clean, easy to access, and easily accessible hookups. Close to everything. Short walk to the store or St. Joe shrimp company for fresh seafood. Will definitely return! Great spot Jen!

Great communication. RV lot is a beach house size lot. We had no issues with the hook-ups. Beach at end of street is shared with all the beach houses on the road. Good first Hipcamp experience.

We had a fabulous time at Jen's place. It is well maintained, and just steps from the beach. It is also just a quick walk or bike ride to the Trading Post, Donut Shop, and Ice cream shop. If you want a relaxing beach vacation this is the place for you. I know we will be back for sure!

Very large lot with the gravel pull through set up. Great hook ups and just a short walk to the beach. It is bumpy pulling in and out, but just take it real slow and you’ll be fine. Caught a bunch of fish on the gulf beach. Two real nice black tip sharks ,2 bonnet head sharks , a few whiting, and a ray. Also the gravel parking area was dry with a 2 inch plus rain overnight..

Our first visit to Cape San Blas was awesome. The spot is fairly large gravel but has a flat area. Our 30 ft Class C only took up a small part. The utilities were easy to hook up. The beach is a 2-3 min walk and was actually almost empty. Our little dog loved the sand. Most of the homes were empty.
We looked at other private sites but none were as convenient so we will book with Jen again.

RV on 30E was a great location! The lot doesn’t have a water view but once you’re set up it was nice and private. It’s walking distance to The Trading Post with breakfast & lunch options as well as a fresh fish market. The beach area at the end of the street, however, was not accessible for us. Prior storms have eroded the beach so we had to drive to a public access which was only about a mile away and very nice. After reading reviews we also pulled in from Aruba Dr and set up where our door opened on the opposite side from the street for privacy. The lot is mostly level but we did have to use levelers for one side. Unfortunately Hurricane Helene caused us to have to cut our trip short as we were evacuated after only 1/2 of our vacation but we were relieved to learn that the cape survived with minimal damage. I think this lot is a great option to enjoy the cape!
