Description

Glamping 101: get that lakefront cabin experience you’ve always pined for at Lakeside, Juniper Ridge, and Crosstimbers campgrounds! As the name suggests, these six swank shelters are right on the lake. Less wooded than Juniper Ridge, you may see more of your neighbors here, but who cares when you’re literally steps away from a refreshing morning and evening dip in the water. All shelters have a light, electricity, and picnic table inside, as well as a fire ring with fold-away grill outside. Glamping 102: up your s’more game with artisanal jams and crackers!

The Lakeside Shelters are at the boat dock area, which has lots of traffic. Its a beautiful spot, but if you can get shelter 5 or 6 you will be a little removed from the traffic.
