We are situated adjacent to state land that displays a majestic Saguaro forest in the mountains. Enjoy easy access (via a short walk or off-road drive) out the front door to endless mountain trails, glittered with spectacular views. We love nature and invite you to enjoy the presence of wildlife. Our watering holes attract a variety of beautiful creatures, including mule deer. Enjoy the abundance of quail and rabbit throughout! All three Saguaro sites provide full RV services (water, electrical, and 30/50 amp hookups) with plenty of space between for enjoyment of the views. Boondocker sites are great for easy in-out dry camping, making for an early start for your trip out of town or into Phoenix. Loose gravel throughout all sites (except for Boondocker 2, which is easy in/out from the residential street). We are just 10 minutes from the I-17, nestled at the base of Mingus Mountain. Once you have made it back to the I-17, Lake Pleasant is a direct 30-minute drive west. Head south on the I-17 from there and it only takes 5-15 minutes to reach many more amenities including groceries, Anthem Outlet Mall, Shops at Norterra, and restaurants. Rent an off-road vehicle, boat for the lake (or bring yours!), or plan a tour and ENJOY YOUR STAY! This is a beautiful site with a majestic view of the Saguaro Forrest. This site makes Saguaro National Forrest a forgotten experience—tens of thousands of saguaro cacti in your view. Just a short walk from your rig are endless trails and wildlife galore. The springtime flowers are a real treat if you can book then.

This is our economy site, with room to park and set up a small camp area. It offers beautiful views and great hiking at a discounted price. Park your van. Then, enjoy the quiet and relax. Absolutely amazing place to stay! We stayed for a month in our 44ft Toyhauler on site 2. It felt private and safe and hosts are kind and helpful!! There are also so many places to explore. There is a hiking trail within walking distance. Bartlett Lake, Pleasant Lake and Horseshoe Lake and all worth the trip!

Address and directions provided by host were good, but campsite names were a bit confusing to determine. Otherwise great hookups.. didn't use dump station but great and big sites. Lovely natural views and perfect for stargazing

Boondockers Dream View

Last night of our camping trip. We were able to sit outside and enjoy the evening. Got the guitar out and entertained the local bunnies, doves and quail. Shawn and Roxy have a beautiful property.

I stayed in both spot one and two fabulous fabulous time fabulous views Serenity peacefulness. The hosts were unbelievably gracious and I recommend this to anyone that is looking for a very peaceful camping spot.

Difficult to find and the layout was rather awkward. My Full Hook Up sight was not set up so all hook ups were accessible. I felt safe, but the property did not give the peaceful vibe that was presented in the posting. Camping next to large storage containers was not ideal.
