We are a small, peaceful. secluded campsite bordered by woodland and a stream, set amidst the wildlife country of the Ceredigion countryside on the edge of the Cambrian mountains. With only 20 camping pitches and 'The Bothy' shepherd's hut, Teifi Meadows is a place to relax, unwind and appreciate the calming beauty of nature. This is a dark sky zone with stunning celestial views on clear nights, and near-zero light pollution as well as pristine air and water quality. Our guests tend to appreciate the quiet stillness here and we don't have a lot of disturbances...so all you will hear is the wind, the birds, the rushing streams and perhaps the odd cow! :) Everyone, even the cynical, should have a little romance in their lives. Especially if it includes a scenic setting with easy access to local pubs (a holiday extra that thaws the icy hearts of the cynical even more than blazing sunsets). Teifi Meadows should warm the battery of your camera as well as the cockles of your heart: this is wildlife country – look out for red kites overhead – in the midst of the greenery of the Ceredigion countryside, and close to the walks, dolphin spotting and beaches of the stunning west coast and Cardigan Bay. National Trust sites, River Teifi fishing and canoeing, mountain pony trekking, Roman gold mines and blooming great gardens are in the area too. Lampeter, about three miles away, has plenty of food shops, independent stores and a farmers’ market, and the pub at Cellan, also three miles away, serves food and Sunday lunches - another romantic highlight…

Since taking ownership, we have rolled up our sleeves and got stuck into restoring it to its former glory and will soon be back to being a fully operational slice of Welsh heaven. We have chickens on site that roam free during the day. They are friendly and like to wander around the tents to say hello to our guests! We would like everyone who visits to have a great time and a relaxing break. Whilst here please be considerate towards others, to their property, and while using the facilities. If you have any concerns, please let us know. We have brought out a few rules from our T&Cs and we kindly ask that you have a read through before your stay. Litter: You must pick up your litter. Please either take it with you or recycle it appropriately in the bins onsite. There are bins around the campsite, please recycle where possible. Pitches to be left as you found them. Noise: Be respectful and consider your neighbours. Keep noise to a minimum after 10pm and before 8am in the morning. No loud music is to be played at any time. Children: Children must be supervised at all times around the campsite and can play within the pitch space allocated to you. At quiet times, it may be possible for children to use vacant pitches for play but this cannot be guaranteed. The amenity block and associated facilities are not to be used as a play area. Dogs: Must not to be left unattended. Are to be kept on leads at all times whilst on the campsite. (We are working on an enclosed dog walking area, however this is not yet available). no refunds on bookings if cancelled withing 10days of booking

Weekend Trip to Celtic Woodland Holidays

This was our second time staying here, and it was even more special than the first time. Every second is something to cherish. Hosts are lovely, warm and very welcoming. Facilities are outstanding, with communal kitchen and games rooms with had a pool table, air hockey and the means to play table tennis. The pod was warm, comfortable and homely. We cannot wait to stay again. Perfect getaway.

We have just come back from a campervan 2 night trip to Panpwnton Campsite. We had a lovely time, it was very quiet as we were the only ones staying…. Probably due to the weather! This meant we got a great spot right next to the river which was perfect. The facilities were good. The location was great. We did a walk straight from the site on to part of Offa Dykes path and along to the Knuclas viaduct, great views along the way. We had thought we might get the train back just for fun, but they don’t run very often (would have been a 2hr wait) so walked back instead. Site also easy walking distance to the local pub for an evening meal which was good too. Very Dark walk back that evening meant for some great star gazing:-)

Brilliant campsite. I was camping there alone but felt very comfortable. Lovely field to camp in, beautiful views around the farm in the morning, great building to chill out in, useful facilities to store and heat food. Also loved the honesty shop with delicious pastries. Ian was very helpful with recommending local walks, and checked in throughout stay. Would love to visit again next year!

We were the only campers for one night on this very quiet and beautiful site. Absolutely silent and completely dark with only the sound of birds and the wind and rain in the trees. Excellent loo, shower and washing up station and very kind and welcoming owner. A healing and restorative experience. Recommended .

We loved our stay at smugglers cove! The pitch is very well maintained with stunning views. It’s so peaceful and the fire pit was great in the evening. Facilities are clean and well kept, lovely to have warm water for washing up. We can’t wait to come and stay again in the spring/summer. We loved it!

Panpwnton Farm is a lovely campsite. Very clean toilets and wash up facilities. I didn't use the showers as I only stayed a couple of nights, however they were spacious. I will definitely be returning for a longer stay. It's a lovely walk from the campsite to Knighton, alongside the river. Trains do pass right along the side of the site but it didn't bother me or my dog. Easy access to Offa's Dyke.

we went camping in nic and leighs site and it was beautiful, we was the only ones on the camping site but either way it was peiceful and amazing facilites including the comunal fiepit. my kids and my dog loved the area and rubnibg through the trees. the toilets,showers ,game room, the park and the kitchen, was amazing. will 100% be comming again and recommending to others. amazing place to be

Loved my stay! The pitches were well kept, the river was such a beautiful view to wake up too and not too far a drive to the places I wanted to visit! Highly reccomend this site.

The pitches sits on a raised slate plateau, nestled under the treeline...separated from the other pitches by shrubs... (picture taken in early spring before a lot of the green leaves have grown back after winter!)

Weekend Trip to Great House Farm Luxury Pods

We had a great stay in the Wye Pod at Great house farm. Communication was fab and super speedy! All info was sent over on email before our stay and made it very easy for checking in. The pod was cosy and clean, as well as the hot tub being the perfect temperature for arrival. The views are amazing and we all wished we could wake up and use a hot tub with that view everyday! the animals are all cheeky and fun to watch, my favourite was the donkeys! We had a really great dog friendly stay and would defo stay again! The only thing we wouldn't have minded more of was the tea, coffee & sugar. Otherwise a stunning stay!

I loved the Boy John. There was so much attention to detail in everything on board. Very comfortable bed and plenty of lighting. Also clear instructions around the site, regarding water, showers, toilets etc. All facilities very clean. Nothing compares to having your own little bit of coastline !!
