7 nights at Farrs Meadow

We loved it. The meadow is beautiful and during our week in May we awoke to the sound of cookoos every morning - joy. We were in the smaller Yurt which was really warm and comfortable. David was really available and bought us wood for the fire when we needed. Classic camping and a wonderful escape from the city! Thanks David.

Weekend Trip to The Old Airfield

Great camp site ..lovely hot powerful showers and clean toilets. Perfect location to the beach and the beautiful walks of the new forest. Great atmosphere and very helpful staff will definitely be back 💝🙏

2 nights at Star Field Camping

We really liked the field, our pitch was sheltered and had the sun for a bit of the evening. It was a lovely campsite with nice coffee shop and farm shop. We did the walk to Bedgebury too.

3 nights at The Nut Plat Retreat

Had a brilliant time! Would highly recommend to a couple wanting to get away from it all. We loved our stay and will definitely go back

We loved staying at Tomkin's Farm! We were there for 5 nights and, despite some stormy weather, it was brilliant. Philip's site has the perfect location; we love all the llamas, sheep, the camels and the wildlife. We also really enjoyed the breakfasts, burgers and pizzas cooked on the campsite! Best egg in a bap ever :)

2 nights at Chalky Downs

We had a really nice stay (despite the weather!) at Chalky Downs. The campsite has everything you need and all the facilities were always very clean even though it was a busy bank holiday. Sharen, the host, is lovely, so friendly and welcoming! We will be back I’m sure :)

Absolutely stunning views!! Favourite campsite we’ve been to so far, the site itself is very well maintained and plenty of space for privacy. Couldn’t get over the view the whole time we were there, if you’re lucky like us and get a clear sky you’ll see the sunset! Flushing toilet facilities were super clean and clearly regularly maintained, was always soap and loo roll on hand. Shaftesbury village was a short 10 minute walk through a country lane and takes you right to the bottom of Gold Hill. Definitely worth a visit!

Weekend Trip to Otter Channel Campsite

My husband and I camped with our little dog at the Otter Channel Campsite - it was fantastic! The nature sounds are incredibly soothing, waking up to some light rain fall and the chirping of birds was so lovely to snooze to. The added touch of arranging a fire pit and wood pre arrival is brilliant and so easy! Having the accessibility of bringing a large drinking water container (provided by the host) to your site is also super convenient! If you're wanting a beautiful getaway with your dog - this is the perfect option! Lots of lovely walks, 20 minute drive to the beach, and the campsite is small so your dog can have a little roam.

Lovely spot, with not many people around and not many kids as this is pure camping, not many attractions here. Perfect for people which are enjoying camping and bonfires. Great showers and not bad toilets. That’s all you need. I’ll be back!

We have direct access to an excellent bridleway and footpath network through peaceful open countryside and quiet lanes as well as being on the Serpent Tail and close to the South Downs Way. Our Glamping Pod and Shepherd's Hut are available to book all year round. We also offer stabling if you would like to take your horses or ponies on holiday with you! Milland village (0.8 miles) has the Rising Sun pub, serving great food and drink, and Milland Stores, which stocks all your essential fresh and local produce as well as having a small cafe.
