2 nights at Bamburgh Under Canvas
Beautiful quiet site. The tent felt entirely private/separate from the few others on the site. Well equipped and comfortable. Perfectly located for exploring the North East coast. Campbell was really helpful and made our stay great. Couldn't recommend more!

Excellent honesty shop, great facilities - felt like a home away from home!
Lovely little villages by the sea nearby. As seen on the bbc television series "villages by the sea" hosted by Ben Robinson.

Group trip
Our glamping weekend at Kingfisher Lakes was simply incredible. As it was for a 40th birthday it was a very special occasion and it was perfect place for us to celebrate.
Jo and family were amazing! Jo was so helpful and welcoming to us all and she really couldn’t do enough to help us to make sure everything was perfect….And perfect it was!
The tent its self was so spacious, clean & the beds were super comfy. The washrooms were immaculate with the added bonus of underfloor heating and the communal kitchen was so cute and had everything we needed.
The grounds were so peaceful and calming with gorgeous views of the lake.
We all had the most amazing time and did not want to leave! Can’t wait to go back again :)

Nothing but good things to say about Walkmill! Clean, well looked after, incredibly peaceful, and Claire was very helpful before and during our stay. Perfect for the first night of our trip in our van. Will definitely be back & would recommend to anyone. Thanks again!

Lovely campsite with excellent facilities. All very clean and in good condition. The hosts were very helpful and the little shop is stocked with some great stuff.
Considering how remote the site is, it was very easy to find. The area it's in is great for peaceful walks.

Weekend Trip to Deerstone Glamping
Me and my boyfriend spent two beautiful nights here in the domes. Katrin is simply wonderful super helpful and just a phone call away if you need anything. The dome was just perfect, beautifully clean and came with everything you could need to make the weekend perfect. The cinema dome was fantastic we used it two nights.
The showers and toilets were so clean and had shampoo conditioner shower gel toothpaste and deodorant. The heater in the shower was perfect for the cold mornings.
The hot tub was fantastic super clean and got really hot, we struggled the second night to get the fire going for the hot tub but with just a text message to katrin she was there sorting it for us with her beautiful little dog woody who came to say hello.
There were two heaters inside the dome to keep you warm, also in the chest at the bottom of the bed there were cups, cutlery, mini table, fire starter, pans, bbq utensils, and much more to make your stay homely.
The breathtaking views from the domes are just magnificent. 100% will be returning to the site with the kids and the dog.
We can’t wait to come back. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a lovely pre-Christmas stay and would highly recommend! The yurt was beautiful inside, spotless and had all the essentials.
The beds were super comfy and the electric blanket helped keep us warm in the night. Mini fridge, small dining area and plenty of blankets for the colder nights. The bathroom facilities were also spotless and we all had fantastic hot showers which were very much appreciated.
Kids loved seeing the donkeys in the mornings and there were plenty of outdoor toys for them to play with.
We travelled into York both days which was about a 35 minute drive. Nearby towns had plenty of takeaways etc.
Would 100% visit again!
