This quiet and secluded site is ideal for a peaceful getaway in the Norfolk countryside, set on four and a half acres of flat and level land with spacious pitches. The site is just a 25 minute drive from Sandringham Estate, as well as the Wash, an outstanding bay known for its wetland nature reserve. There are 35 non electric grass pitches available, suitable for caravans, tents and trailer tents. Two dogs are also allowed per pitch (although they must remain on leads). The sunsets are spectacular here, and on a clear night, the stars are an astronomer's dream. Plus, the facilities are quirky and clean, with spiders evicted daily. Firepits are on hand if needed, and BBQs are welcome, too.

Brilliant site, lovely views. Perfect for launching kayak or a bit of wild swimming. Stayed for 2 nights in our motorhome with dog. Great pizza can on Friday evening with plant based options. Will definitely be coming back

Weekend Trip to 7 Ducks Touring and Camping

We camped in a lovely field, with amazing facilities. Clean showers with plentiful hot water, clean toilets and a washing up area. We had an electric pitch right on the edge of the fields with lovely views of the sunset. It wasn't very busy during our stay, so was very peaceful. Close to some great restaurants which were very child-friendly. We paid extra for a campfire each night, but unfortunately, due to the strong winds on our 2nd night, we thought it would be safer to not use this! The campsite manager covered it for us to prevent it getting wet in any case. Lovely place, would definitely stay here again!

We loved our short stay at Four Winds. The river is right next to the site so we took a couple of paddle boards and were able to paddle into town. Safe, clean, welcoming site. Great pizzas on Friday night too.

Fantastic stay at Four Winds, really nice quiet place, everyone asleep by 2200! Showers were good along with the toilets, location wise, hire a canoe to paddle to March and stop for a pub lunch back ( 30 mins each way ish) and enjoy the peacefulness. Fishing is good, however we didn’t manage to catch many. Very friendly and helpful site team, lots of advice provided if you needed it.

Great place. Quiet, very friendly staff checking us everyday, 5 minutes driving to the shops (Tesco, Aldi, B&M). 30mins walk to lovely town with pubs, rests and more shops. River just behind the fence so if you like paddle boards, kayaking, fishing or just want to seat for a morning coffee on river bank this you should consider Four Winds. We highly recommend this place.

My partner and I spent two nights camping this week at Cuckoo Farm in our campervan. What can I say. It was perfect. Roland was very welcoming and the whole vibe was chilled and relaxed. We ended up camping up the top with an amazing view as we went for a grass pitch without hookup, though the hookup pitches were also lovely; the whole field is beautiful with different plus points wherever you chose; riverside with trees, or friendly sheep and views! You can just go wherever you like. The facilities were spotless, and the organic farm reared pork chops we purchased from the handy shop were delicious. The directions were spot on. Thanks so much, we can’t wait to come back.
