Our most popular pitch is our beautiful SSSI woodland.
There are only 25 pitches available. We have a mid wild pitch on the outskirts of the woods, lovely grassed area between trees. Our top field is perfect for motorhomes & caravans.
Plenty of space to breath and relax. Located on the stunning heathlands of the Sutton Heath. We are surrounded by beautiful woodland walks, including the Sandlings walk and just 10 minutes from the river Deben.
We have a bus stop at the top of the track and Melton train station is a 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive. There are access points onto public footpaths, leading to Rendlesham Forest. A famous site for UFOs! Sutton Hoo is a stone's throw away. Bring your bikes and explore the area on wheels.
There is water access and portaloos. We do not have showers yet. Blue/grey waste must be taken away. LEAVE NO TRACE

The tree-shaded pitches at Hill Farm are in a peaceful setting near the market towns of Saxmundham and Halesworth, and handily accessible from the A12, as well as to the coast and pretty villages, historical hamlets, and popular seaside towns, such as Southwold and Aldeburgh.
This is a site that welcomes families and groups of friends, and it's dog-friendly too (there’s a 4-acre woodland to the north of the site that's great for dog walking). The site has good TV reception for relaxing indoors on damp or chilly days.
The popular village of Westleton (10 minutes’ drive) has a village store, a farm shop, a garage and 2 pubs; and if you fancy a change from cooking, there is also a nice pub and a tearoom, in the Darsham village area (only 5 minutes drive or a 30 minute walk away through some lovely fields).
Back on site, there are a toilet cabins with hot running water, plus other facilities including 4 showers, a portaloo, and a washing machine, grey waste and chemical toilet disposal and recycling points. Wi-fi is nearly all over the site too.
The shared facilities at the top of the site also has a fridge and a washing up area, with a warm water tap, a nearby kettle and a plug socket for charging mobiles. Picnic tables, PIR lighting and Starlink wifi is also provided.
Please not that dogs must be kept on a lead at all times, and yes campfires are allowed, as long as the fire pit is raised off the ground and the fire is supervised at all times, with a bucket of water at hand too. Thank you for booking!

This is a working, Soil Association–certified organic farm where much of the food you’ll eat is grown metres from where you’ll sleep. Solar-powered, borehole-fed, and surrounded by pasture and wildlife, it’s a place to slow down, cook together, watch the sunset over 12-mile views and wake to birdsong.
Stay in one of our 5m bell tents (one with a double bed, one with a double + single) or our cosy shepherd’s hut, all thoughtfully scattered across the meadow for space and privacy. We also offer the whole site as a private campsite for up to 30 guests — perfect for gatherings, celebrations and retreats.
At the heart of the site is our beautiful barn with a wood-fired pizza oven, long dining tables, hot water, fridges and freezers, crockery and plenty of space to feast. Cook for yourselves or let us make pizzas (or something special) for you. Breakfast and seasonal produce boxes from our market garden are also available.
There’s a wildlife pond, fire pits and barbecues, a beer keg tap, and a sound system (with a gentle 11pm curfew for amplified music). Compost toilets and a heated rustic outdoor shower keep things comfortable but close to nature. Charging sockets are available in the barn.
Well-behaved dogs are welcome (just not in the sheep field).
We’re a short stroll from Gosbeck Wood (a Triple SSSI woodland), 15 minutes from the market town of Debenham, 20 minutes from Woodbridge, and around 45 minutes from the beautiful Suffolk coast. Coddenham community shop is a 5-minute drive (or a lovely hour’s walk). Helmingham Hall and its stunning walled garden are just down the road.

You can park at the pitches, which are mown into the long grass. It’s a clever spot for families as it’s a mile from the nearest road, making it quiet and safe for kids to roam freely without any danger from traffic.
As this is wild camping, facilities are minimal: drinking water, a simple washing-up sink, compost loos and basic gas-heated outdoor showers are your lot. However, you’ll wake up to birdsong every morning and go to sleep by starlight on clear nights; just remember to bring torches and batteries for after-dark wanderings.
The views are peaceful and rural, and the field is bordered by deciduous woodland – great for exercising any four-legged pals – criss-crossed with footpaths leading to country pubs (there are four within half an hour’s walk). It’s also close to heritage attractions such as Sutton Hoo (10 minutes’ drive).

As The Flower Belle is situated on its very own field with baby lavender, you'll probably love flowers, which is good because we are an actual cut flower farm and in late August/September, the field in front of the lavender field is jam packed with dahlias and sunflowers!

Visitors have the option to settle into one of the site's 50 generously-sized pitches, 30 of which are equipped with electric hook-up. Spread across five small fields adorned with native trees and bushes, these pitches cater to tents, campervans, motorhomes, caravans, and RVs.
For those in search of a touch of luxury, a 6m bell tent awaits, providing an ideal glamping experience. Housing up to five guests, the bell tent boasts a king-sized bed, double futon sofa-bed, single futon chair bed, complete bedding, electric amenities, a small fridge, and a kettle.
Outside, a spacious decking area beckons with a shaded table and chairs, accompanied by a fire pit, gas BBQ, and a hot plate, setting the scene for delightful al fresco dining (complete with cooking utensils and crockery).
Nestled within a smallholding, the campsite is home to rare breed pigs, alpacas, goats, and chickens, and guests are invited to join in the evening feeding sessions. Depending on the season, visitors may even have the chance to meet baby alpacas, goats, chicks, piglets, and more.
Campfires are permitted in designated fire pits, available for hire on-site, and firewood can be purchased (though guests are welcome to bring their own).
Dogs are welcome on secure leads, and the campsite offers direct access to walking trails meandering through acres of picturesque countryside.

When it’s a ‘proper’ Suffolk wild-camping adventure you’re after, have a look at Lions Row, a spacious back‑to‑basics site on a working farm just outside Ufford. It’s completely surrounded by countryside, but only a handy five minutes’ drive from the pubs, takeaways and shops in Wickham Market.
You can park at the pitches, which are mown into the long grass. It’s a clever spot for families as it’s a mile from the nearest road, making it quiet and safe for kids to roam freely without any danger from traffic.
As this is wild camping, facilities are minimal: drinking water, a simple washing-up sink, compost loos and basic gas-heated outdoor showers are your lot. However, you’ll wake up to birdsong every morning and go to sleep by starlight on clear nights; just remember to bring torches and batteries for after-dark wanderings.
The views are peaceful and rural, and the field is bordered by deciduous woodland – great for exercising any four-legged pals – criss-crossed with footpaths leading to country pubs (there are four within half an hour’s walk). It’s also close to heritage attractions such as Sutton Hoo (10 minutes’ drive).

Two Camping Pods - Very simple, double bunk bed with two single beds underneath. Off grid power for lights, charging phones up, along with a small shared fridge. A shared dry compost toilet with a shower. There is a small adult mud kitchen along with each pod having there own BBQ and firepits to use.
The pods are situated in a 2.5 acre field in the corner with fencing around them. Dogs are welcomed and there is a dog field you can hire a few hundred yards away along with this there is a footpath run through the family beef and arable farm.
The pods are walking distance from Latitude Festival situated at Henham Park happening at the end of July, 15 minute drive to the seaside - Southwold, Walberswick and Dunwich. The local market town Halesworth is only 3.5 miles away and Beccles 7 miles away.

Situated on Benton End Flower farm in historic Hadleigh, The Flower Belle is a cross between a traditional belle tent and yurt, giving you the space you deserve.
The interior is beautiful and most importantly comfortable with a pretty double bed, beautiful linens, soft furnishings, wood burning stove, dressing table and clothes rail.
Outside are comfy seating areas, full size BBQ and tools, fire pit for your marshmallows, and a tantalising full size wood fired hot tub to soak away the evening sun!
The pretty solar lights light up the outside areas at night and there is also the clean and private eco loo just behind the accommodation.
Along with a lovingly converted pony trailer you step up into a full size kitchen with sink and mixer tap, double gas hob and small fridge perfect for your morning coffee and breakfasts.
At the rear of the pony box is a full size hot shower too! private and yours to use during your stay.
As The Flower Belle is situated on its very own field with baby lavender, you'll probably love flowers, which is good because we are an actual cut flower farm and in late August/September, the field in front of the lavender field is jam packed with dahlias and sunflowers!

What an amazing find. I love this place. Back to basics, left me alone , the woods to myself , tranquility at its best . Met Mark who brought the wood to me in his 1930s tractor , lovely fella . It felt luxurious having our own toilet and shower in the pod, the kitchen was well equipped and it was just what we were looking for in an autumn glamping trip. We had an amazing stay at the wonderful Freedom Eco Farm. The location is really lovely, with distant views of rolling hills and mature trees - all to ourselves. What is especially great was Helena and Duncan’s relaxed and warm welcome and the ability to roam the tracks around their farm. The grass fed beef burgers were delicious and we’ll be back to try the swimming pond and sauna. Thanks, we loved our stay.

Weekend Trip to The Flower Belle
Everything about our experience was great!
Jo is extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful and has created a relaxing retreat with superb facilities, location and views.
The Yurt is spacious, comfortable and stocked with everything you need to relax, The horse Box that has been converted into a shower and kitchen is top notch and well stocked!
The outdoor area with hot hub is bliss and we made full use of the BBQ as well.
Overall a fantastic experience and we will return.

Absolutely wonderful campsite. Perfect for hiking the Sandlings Walk. This site is approximately 13 miles from start of walk. My son and I loved the basic nature of site just porta loos and drinking water what more do you need. Very relaxed, peaceful and a wonderful welcome. We camped in woods are were virtually alone. Will be back with family as you can have campfires as well. I would highly recommend this site as it is absolutely what camping should be about. Wish more were like this site.
