If you’ve got wee ones, try to snag the campsites on the western end of the campground; they’re closer to the playground area.

Camped here last summer with a group of friends. Lots of kids running around, so if you're looking to avoid people this isn't the place to be. Hike down into the canyon was fun, but back up in the dark was pretty tough. Milky Way is extremely prominent during the New Moon as this is one of the darkest spots on the east coast.
