Nestled in southern Niagara County in a peaceful setting in The Town of Wheatfield. The site is located 350 feet off the street and is on the southern side of Bianca's barn. Wildlife includes Deer, Turkey, Coyote, Fox, Birds. Oak and maple trees as well as thick brush, gives plenty of privacy. Campfire ring, kindling - ample supply of firewood is available at no charge 1/2 nights of split wood provided depending on use. You may split or use precut logs should you use more or have an extended stay A nature trail, partially along black creek, has been cut through the woods to take short walks or have a picnic under the Oaks. Friendly Pets are welcome. Sights in the WNY area are, The City Of Buffalo (20 miles), Niagara Falls State Park (10 miles), Niagara River (3 miles), Lake Ontario (20 miles), Lake Erie, (20miles) Erie Canal / Tonawanda And Ellicott Creeks (3 miles). Bridges to Canada-Fort Erie (21 miles), Niagara Falls (10 miles) or Lewiston Queenston (15 miles) Toronto, Canada (2 hours), Letchworth and Alleghany St Parks (2 hours), Fort Niagara (25 miles) Erie, PA (2 hours) Public off leash dog park at Ellicott Island Bark Park (4 miles) Walking distance to 4 restaurants (Olympia, Sawyer Creek Hotel, Wurlitzer Pizza (including Jamie's ice cream), Good Guys Pizza - 1/2 mile) Save-a-lot, Dollar General, True-Value (1 mile). Walmart, Wegmans, Tops, Aldi (3-4 miles), Gas - 1/2 - 2 miles or 6-7 miles to Sam's Club or Gas on the Tuscarora Nation (Jays place) Colton RV (1 mile away) RV parts, service & dump station at no charge 50/30/20 AMP power available, water hookup at the site is available , You must have a self contained bathroom in your RV, no onsite bathrooms are available at this time (June 2025)This site is located on the south side of the property next to Bianca's Barn. A large grassy area facing Black Creek. There is a walking path and a wooded area to the west. Large oaks and maples for shade. This can accommodate All sizes of motor homes and 32-40' Travel Trailers. Space for a flatbed trailer should you be towing a separate vehicle. Note there is a pull in back out option on the north side please advise if you prefer that class A,B or C only no water on that side yet without a 75-100' hose

We came in late with a plan to see Niagara Falls on our way home to Minnesota from Portland Maine. Super easy to find with great instructions from Bob. It was about 20 minutes to Niagara Falls which was just perfect. While we didn’t use it due to getting in so late the fire area and fire wood were a great touch

Quiet and relaxing area. We were in the area for repairs at Colton RV. It is the perfect place to overnight your RV if you are in town for service.

The camp site is perfect! The site felt private and safe. A 20 min drive to Niagara Falls. Don’t forget to visit the carousel museum near by!!

Bobs land is in an extended back yard on a fairly busy road, making it easy to miss. Once in though, it’s very easy to park and very quiet. There was ample firewood provided, which was a nice touch and will definitely keep the mosquitoes at bay. We stayed one night to visit Niagara Falls and it was a super location for that! There is also a beautiful dog park about ten minutes away. Bob was friendly and helpful and the parking site is pretty far back from the house, making it very private. Would definitely stay here again,

What a great place to stay. Contact with the owners was flawless and the directions and instructions for parking precise. Excellent set up for a few nights. Very close Niagara Falls and Buffalo! We would definitely stay again! There is an RV dealer less than a mile away for a free dump station!

Great hidden gem, especially if you are visiting Niagara or Buffalo NY. Great hook ups and even a firepit with firewood for us to use. Super nice hosts too!!! Highly recommend!
