Easily the best stay of our trip! We stayed in Big Bend, which had beautiful views of the mountains. The hosts have everything you need to enjoy your stay. Propane stove, BBQ, air fryer, cooking equipment, plates, bowls, cutlery… you name it.
The bed is comfy and has a heating pad for chilly nights, flushing toilets, and probably our favourite… the outdoor shower!
The hosts are attentive, kind, and very welcoming. It’s apparent they take very good care of the space and want to make each stay enjoyable. This will always be an easy ‘yes’ to stay here.
Most stunning place I’ve ever stayed! The views are great and the camp is well put together. Hosts were very communicative and helpful.
This is a spectaculaire place with beautiful view on the mountain. You have everything to pass a great holiday. Golden is a charming Little city.

We had a great time at the Big Bend tent. Geneviève had everything we needed for our stay and was a kind and attentive host. The heater in the tent and the heated mattress pad kept us toasty warm during the night even though it was around zero, and the warm outdoor shower was a beautiful thing to wake up to. We definitely could not recommend enough!

An absolutely gorgeous location, with all the most adorable fixings of a glamping getaway. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
This was a highlight of our trip to Canada. The views are simply stunning, the outdoor shower with a view was gorgeous, the portable toilet was clean and the supplied cookware was everything we needed. We had 2 nights and wished we’d stayed longer. The host was also very helpful and responsive to messages. Highly recommend.
Genevieve’s yurt was incredible! The views were stunning, the porta potty was very clean and the shower was nice and warm. Only thing is the mosquitos were really bad in July so just bring protective stuff for them. Genevieve was very responsive and helpful
We really enjoyed our stay on site 1! The mountain views were incredible in the tent, on the deck and from the shower!!. We found it right away with the directions on the Hipcamp site from the reservation info. We had everything we needed. Genevieve also reached out to make sure we made it safely and to ask if we had everything we needed and if we had any questions she would happily help! Definitely a great place to stay! Will definitely be back in the future!

Amazing place, the views from the tent and shower are incredible!
We had a great stay at Genevieve’s. The view is beautiful and the set up worked really well with the tent, grill and awesome shower/kitchen/cooking space. It also might be one of the best views from any shower. Genevieve and her family were so welcoming, offering great recommendations and helped troubleshoot anything that came up. We had a storm come in and they were really responsive and checked in on us to make sure all was okay. We really appreciated the care and attention they put into everything. It was also absolutely spotless and a perfect cozy place to restore after long hiking days. The location was a great jump off point to explore both Yoho and Banff National Parks. Highly recommend.
That view is awesome! Getting that view with a hot shower is more awesome. Genevieve has everything you need, and was very helpful on finding alternative hiking trails for me.
It can get chilly at night, the bed is very comfy. I had an extra blanket in my car that I used, but I’m not sure that was needed.

Me and my husband enjoyed every minute, the view was amazing and it was such a pleasure to wake up and see it. Everything clean and easy to use. I would definitely go back!
Amazing spot! The views are awesome. Gen and Garett were super responsive, helpful and overall great hosts. There were a lot of mosquitos which comes with staying in the woods. They had a mosquito net to keep them out of the tent which worked amazingly. Overall 10/10 would recommend to anyone to stay at this lovely place.

We loved our stay here! Wonderfully peaceful, with a great view across the valley.
Our tent had everything we needed - charging points, lots of space for our suitcases (we stopped here as part of a 3 week trip), a super comfy bed and an incredible open air shower!
The site is a 10 minute drive from Golden, which has a great brewery. There are just two tents on site and Genevieve and Garrett were really kind and helpful during our stay.
Waking up to that view was wonderful, highlight of our trip so far!

My girlfriend and I loved the setup of Geneviève’s camp site. The view from the tent towards the mountains is amazing! The shower is very aesthetic with spectacular views of the mountain range. Geneviève and her husband are incredibly responsive and helpful host. We felt very comfortable and welcomed by them. There are two camp sites so if you’re traveling with a large group of friends or family it will accommodate them all! 10/10 🇨🇦
This place is your mountain life dream come true! Firstly our hosts Geneviève and Garett are super helpful, warm and welcoming. The views from the tent is incredible (expect to see great sunrises). One of the best showers I have had in my life, their newly built bathroom has the view of the valley waiting to be seen. The tent is sturdy and comfy as it withstands even thunderstorms. I would highly recommend visiting this place! Thankyou for hosting us.
