Welcome to Toy Creek Ranch Retreat — a private 10-acre mountain escape in the South Okanagan, perfectly located between Penticton and Keremeos, British Columbia. Surrounded by rolling hills, wide-open skies and stunning valley views, this peaceful rural retreat is ideal for couples, solo travellers, families and small groups looking to unwind, reconnect with nature and experience the best of the Okanagan outdoors. The property offers true privacy and space, with direct access to Crown land right from the land itself, perfect for hiking, exploring, and taking in panoramic mountain and valley views. Wildlife is part of the experience here, with frequent sightings of deer and birds, and a constantly changing natural landscape throughout the seasons. 📍 PRIME SOUTH OKANAGAN LOCATION Guests are minutes from lakes, beaches, golf, wineries, and outdoor adventure: Twin Lakes Golf Course — 2 min Twin Lakes Lake — 5 min (swimming, fishing, paddleboarding, canoeing) Yellow Lake — 2 min (fishing + dock access) Skaha Lake — 15 min (beaches, boating, paddleboarding, pickleball, tennis) Penticton — 20 min (restaurants, public swimming pool, breweries, beaches, events) Skaha Bluffs Provincial Park — world-class rock climbing nearby Endless hiking and mountain biking trails directly from the property Surrounded by wineries, cideries, and breweries This is a peaceful base for both relaxation and adventure, close to everything, yet completely private and quiet. Dogs are welcome and our two friendly Labradors may occasionally greet guests.🏕️ ACCOMMODATION & STAY OPTIONS Guests can choose between a fully equipped 5th wheel glamping stay or a camping-only option for tents and truck campers. 🚐 5TH WHEEL GLAMPING STAY The 5th wheel is set privately at the back of a fully fenced horse arena (approx. 60 x 150 ft), offering a spacious, exclusive-use area with plenty of room for outdoor living, additional tents, games, and parking. Inside, the RV is bright, clean, and comfortable with a relaxed glamping feel. It includes: Full kitchen (fridge, stove, cooking essentials) Cozy seating area Air conditioning + power Sleeps up to 4 guests (double bed + convertible couch bed) Fresh bedding is provided for all guests. Please note: the unit is rustic glamping — there is no shower water provided. Wi-Fi is not available inside the RV, however guests can access Wi-Fi in select outdoor areas near the arena. 🌿 OUTDOOR LIVING SPACE Guests enjoy a large private outdoor setup including: Two full-size picnic tables Fire pit for evening use Open arena space for games, relaxing or extra tents Direct Crown land access from the property for hiking and exploring The site is sun-exposed with limited natural shade, making it ideal for warm-weather stays — guests are encouraged to bring shade or sun protection. 🏕️ CAMPING-ONLY OPTION For guests preferring a more traditional experience, the site also accommodates tents or truck campers without using the RV, with full access to the outdoor space. 🌊 ADDITIONAL FEATURES Canoe available for nearby lakes, Horse-friendly by arrangement, Quiet, private rural setting, Designed for unplugging, relaxing, and reconnecting with nature ✨ WHY GUESTS LOVE IT A peaceful mountain retreat where you can wake up to birdsong, spend your days exploring lakes and trails and end your evenings under a sky full of stars. Toy Creek Ranch Retreat

We absolutely loved our stay at Toy Creek Ranch Retreat! The camper was spotless, cozy and the perfect mix of camping and glamping, with breathtaking views, peaceful surroundings and amazing starry nights. Our daughter loved visiting the chickens, playing in the sandy arena, and roasting marshmallows by the fire pit in the evenings. The property feels private and surrounded by nature, with Crown land access right from the property and Twin Lakes just minutes away for walks and swims. Claire & Kyle were wonderful hosts and made the whole experience feel so welcoming and relaxing. We already can’t wait to come back!
