There are windows at the front and back providing a cross-breeze, assisted by a fan. The bunkie has electricity and lighting and can be used as a workspace.

Or simply just relax and enjoy the soundings and view from the sitting rocks.
The public beach for swimming is a quick walk down Beach Road. It has a large dock, picnic tables, grassy area along with an portapotty. Or check out the sandbar and drop off at the boat launch at the end of the road. The lake has a diverse shoreline and perfect for small boats and kayaks. Enjoy beautiful sunsets overlooking the western end of the lake.

Come and camp on beautiful Eagle Lake with approximately 120' frontage facing North. The campsites are only steps away from the water’s edge where you can enjoy stunning sunsets. Swimming, fishing and a playground are just across the road. The sites have a raised fire pit to cook your meals and a picnic table for enjoying them. We can provide firewood for $12 a bag, just ask!

This "Cozy Cabin" sleeps 4 in beds comfortably, however someone may sleep on the couch or pitch tents on the property or by the water.
Located on a 1 acre property on Magnetawan River in Dunchurch, Ontario this little piece of heaven is a separate area in front of our cottage and should be used as a "glamping experience" on water.
We love to host people for time away in the fresh forest country air. Many enjoy their time here hiking, fishing or just hanging out reading a book, playing some games or relaxing. You are more than welcome to use our canoe and kayaks, just be sure to wear life jackets, your safety is a priority to us.
Dunchurch is well known for its amazing trails such as the Wild Cat ATV Trail only 10 mins from the front door of the Cabin. We are happy to allow you to use the area at your leisure however, please note you must have your own ATV’s and insurance for riding recreational/motorized vehicles, we do not provide coverage for this. If you are considering guides for ATV Trail riding, please let us know. We are happy to make separate bookings for this on weekdays or even weekends.
There is an Outhouse just steps from the Cozy Cabin front door to be used for your bathroom needs (just note there is no running water in either the Outhouse or the Cabin). There is a wash station beside the Outhouse for cleaning up, washing dishes or meal prep.
Loads of private parking for vehicle(s), recreational toys or other.
Inside the Cabin is a queen bed and twin bunks, down filled couch, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, bar size fridge and some games are included for your enjoyment. Be sure to bring along bedding (including pillow cases) and anything else you would bring along camping.
Outside the Cabin is a fire pit (bring along firewood wood), charcoal bbque (bring along charcoal), waterfront/beach, a community park a min walking distance away for play time (sand volleyball court, swing set).
Wifi, TV and Fire Stick provided.
Wake up in the morning and enjoy your own porch with rocking chairs to watch the sun come up.
We are only 30 mins to Parry Sound for all your amenities. Dunchurch also has Whitestone Lake with Public swimming, boat launch and Community Centre, LCBO, Nurses Station and Conveniences which is only 10 mins away. Whitestone is also well known for 11 lakes within a 5 km radius of the property.

The public beach for swimming is a quick walk down Beach Road. It has a large dock, picnic tables, grassy area along with an portapotty. Or check out the sandbar and drop off at the boat launch at the end of the road. The lake has a diverse shoreline and perfect for small boats and kayaks. Enjoy beautiful sunsets overlooking the western end of the lake.

Come and camp on beautiful Eagle Lake with approximately 120' frontage facing North. The campsites are only steps away from the water’s edge where you can enjoy stunning sunsets. This "Cozy Cabin" sleeps 4 in beds comfortably, however someone may sleep on the couch or pitch tents on the property or by the water.
Located on a 1 acre property on Magnetawan River in Dunchurch, Ontario this little piece of heaven is a separate area in front of our cottage and should be used as a "glamping experience" on water.
We love to host people for time away in the fresh forest country air. Many enjoy their time here hiking, fishing or just hanging out reading a book, playing some games or relaxing. You are more than welcome to use our canoe and kayaks, just be sure to wear life jackets, your safety is a priority to us.
Dunchurch is well known for its amazing trails such as the Wild Cat ATV Trail only 10 mins from the front door of the Cabin. We are happy to allow you to use the area at your leisure however, please note you must have your own ATV’s and insurance for riding recreational/motorized vehicles, we do not provide coverage for this. If you are considering guides for ATV Trail riding, please let us know. We are happy to make separate bookings for this on weekdays or even weekends.
There is an Outhouse just steps from the Cozy Cabin front door to be used for your bathroom needs (just note there is no running water in either the Outhouse or the Cabin). There is a wash station beside the Outhouse for cleaning up, washing dishes or meal prep.
Loads of private parking for vehicle(s), recreational toys or other.
Inside the Cabin is a queen bed and twin bunks, down filled couch, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, bar size fridge and some games are included for your enjoyment. Be sure to bring along bedding (including pillow cases) and anything else you would bring along camping.
Outside the Cabin is a fire pit (bring along firewood wood), charcoal bbque (bring along charcoal), waterfront/beach, a community park a min walking distance away for play time (sand volleyball court, swing set).

Wake up in the morning and enjoy your own porch with rocking chairs to watch the sun come up.
We are only 30 mins to Parry Sound for all your amenities. Dunchurch also has Whitestone Lake with Public swimming, boat launch and Community Centre, LCBO, Nurses Station and Conveniences which is only 10 mins away. Whitestone is also well known for 11 lakes within a 5 km radius of the property.

Our guesthouse is situated on an old Finnish homestead, on the traditional lands of the Anishinabek and Mississauga Nations. The property is a mix of field, wetland, small stream and forest, along with our active organic vegetable market garden. While the guesthouse is its own private accommodation, we live and work on the same property. We run Missing Link Adventures, focused on providing cycling retreats and farm fresh meal packages. We had a great time at Light House Landing! We celebrated our 6th anniversary at the cabin and it was a great experience, we woke up every morning to a beautiful sunrise on the lake! Jim, Alyssa and Fran have created such a welcoming environment and were great hosts (like texting to tell us turtles were hatching on the beach one morning or showing us how to feed the chickadees). The cabins were very nice, clean and on the water. We would highly recommend this little slice of paradise

Weekend Trip to Forest & Farm Wilderness Retreat
We loved camping on Jen’s land! The directions were clear, the trailer was very clean, cozy, and very comfortable. My kids loved seeing the farm animals and we all loved hiking to the waterfall and seeing the beautiful views of nature. The bonfire with marshmallow roasting was a highlight too!

20 ft pop-up camper
Cindy’s land was private quaint and so beautiful!! It was nestled in the wilderness away from noise and light pollution, and the sky lit up at night time with millions of beautiful stars!! The host was awesome helping us set up even and letting us know about all the local festivities!! Everything we needed was just a quick drive away for fun or resources like our furnace breaking lol We can’t wait to go back again!!

We loved camping on Fred’s land! Fred was very personable and kind, and gave us a thorough tour of the campground. The sites were spacious and clean, with electric plugs, fire pits, and tables available. They also have a private beach and dock for site guests, with a public beach and park on the other side of the road. Also, their general store has anything you may need, or want, while camping, including fire starter, ice, and Kawartha Dairy ice cream! We were so pleased with our experience and can’t wait to return!

Absolutely loved camping at J. Nichole's property! A quick drive to Midland to pick up groceries and a nice 20 drive to Balm Beach where we spent a portion of our days. J. Nichole was an amazing host. Very friendly and inviting, making sure you enjoy your stay. Beautiful property and had events going leading up to and throughout the wknd. Unfortunately we couldn't stay for it all and had to head back home.

I had an amazing experience at Fred’s campsite! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean and well-maintained everything was. The check-in process was smooth and Fred was incredibly friendly and helpful, offering great tips on local hiking trails and nearby attractions.
The campsite itself was peaceful and surrounded by beautiful nature and lake. We loved waking up to the sound of birds, the fresh air and lake view. The lots were spacious, offering plenty of room for our tent and gear without feeling crowded. It was such a treat to sit by the fire at night under the stars. Whether you're looking for a relaxing escape or an adventure-filled weekend, this campsite has it all. I highly recommend it and will definitely be coming back!

We stayed in the Lazy Moose site which fit our 26’ trailer and pick up with ease. The 50 amp hook up is new and amazing, just know you need an adapter if you only have a 30 amp trailer like mine! (Something I will add to my RV toolbox for sure!)
Hosts were wonderful, friendly, helpful with info about best sites for camping gear and extra helpful offering to help with spotting while manoeuvring in and out of sites and even hitching.
Privacy is still great despite being a smaller area. Hosts have done a wonderful job maintaining that as well as continuously adding features like water, sewer and electrical hookups as well as really clean and accessible community bathroom complete with new shower and flush toilet.
Highly recommend!!!
