Located just 12 mins off HWY 11, you will come to see the scenic sights of nature as you drive down HWY 522 which is where Bella Soul Retreat is located, on the outskirts of Commanda, ON. Come to clean air, and beautiful skies, you can experience Northern Ontario without the long drive north. Just 45 mins south of North Bay, 3 hours north of Toronto and 5 hours west of Ottawa, you can experience the retreat and getaway you need. There are lots of local businesses to visit and shop from, fresh and preservative free, chat with a local and see what the towns have to offer, there's always someone with a great story behind why they are here and enjoying life. Doe's Den located in the lower Forrest behind the wetlands. It is best to hike or ATV in. When choosing a spot in Doe's Den, be on the lookout as you may encounter a wildlife friend when walking amongst the trail. Check for animal markings, and tracks, and get your camera ready. Please mindful with pets and waste. Bring out what you brought in, there is garbage and waste bins located near the parking area. Please keep pets and children close at all times, as there is wildlife all around us and working animals and farm animals on the property. You will love the untouched wilderness, hikes, hammocks days and overnight stays. For the Wilderness Dreamer in you. Site is quite large and can hold up to 3 tents, and is located at the top of the mountain roughly 1.5 km of hiking through, field, Forrest and heavily wooded areas. Walk in, hike in, or ATV access throughout the property. There is a fire pit on site, and it is shaped like an L for various tent sizes. Please mindful with pets and waste. Bring out what you brought in, there is garbage and waste bins located near the parking area. Please keep pets and children close at all times, as there is wildlife all around us and working animals and farm animals on the property.
