Weekend Trip to Lakefront Glamping Retreat
We had a fantastic weekend at this lakeside campsite in Otter Lake, QC. The site had everything you could possibly needâfirewood, gas grill with extra propane, chairs, kitchen supplies, fan, even extras like a dog bowl, long lead, life vests, and fairy lights. It felt like an outdoor Airbnb with all the thoughtful touches. We definitely overpackedânext time, weâll bring less!
The site was very clean, well maintained, and clearly cared for. It's private (only one campsite), surrounded by water on three sides, and fenced inâperfect for letting our dog roam freely. It is near a road, but traffic dies down at night and didnât disturb us.
We loved the dock, clear water, and free use of the kayak and canoe. It was our first time kayaking and the whole family loved itâour dog even joined in, though he did tip us twice (lots of laughs!).
The host was friendly and responsive through the app. Great for families, solo campers, beginners, and dog owners. Only small suggestions: a toilet paper holder, hand towel hook, and coat hook in the bathroom would be handy.
Bonus tip: Brauwerk Hoffman in Campbellâs Bay (15 min away) has great food, local beer, and dog-friendly shaded seating.

Had an amazing one-night stay at Agape Farms Glamping in the House of Pisces with my mom and our dog â who was warmly welcomed! The views were stunning, the spa at sunset was so relaxing, and we loved our cozy campfire dinner. Super peaceful and beautifully set up. 10/10 experience! â¨

1 night at Agape Gardens - Glamping Retreat
After a long day on the road, Agape Gardens Glamping was the perfect retreat. Peaceful gardens, friendly chickens, great hiking, and the ultimate evening combo: sauna, cold plunge, bonfire, and moonlight. The crisp air made the yurt extra cozy. The owners are incredibly friendly and down-to-earth â they made the stay even more special. Highly recommend this magical spot!

We had such a wonderful, relaxing time and would 10/10 return again! Stunning property with beautiful campsites/tents. We loved our time using the sauna and cold plunge and tea supplied by our amazing hosts. The hospitality we experienced was next to none and I would recommend this place to all of my friends and family!

Weekend Trip to Meech Creek Falls
Neal is a really great host and made this whole experience worth coming to. The campsite was exactly what we were looking for. It's perfect if you just want to relax and connect with mother nature and destress away from everyday life. Definitely recommend to everyone. My husband and I had a fantastic experience from start to finish and plan on coming back. Might just be our new favorite vacation spot

Weekend Trip to Agape Gardens - Glamping Retreat
Stayed here for a night and didnât want to leave. This place is a beautiful, serene slice of heaven. Being so close to natureâwith chickens roaming around and a stunning viewâwas incredibly grounding. The atmosphere felt healing and comforting.
The hosts were welcoming, kind, and genuinely authentic people. Itâs the kind of place that instantly makes you feel at peace and completely rejuvenated. The yurt was clean and cozy, with thoughtful touches like candles and fairy lights that added to the magic.
The hosts were also very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed, including plenty of firewood. We decided to upgrade to the homemade organic breakfast, and it was worth every pennyâthe host delivered the most gorgeous tray with fresh yogurt, fruit, and farm eggs on toast. Truly one of the best breakfasts Iâve ever had.
We also added the garden flower bouquet upgrade, and the arrangement waiting for us in the yurt was absolutely beautifulâfreshly picked and artfully arranged from the propertyâs garden.
The love and attention the hosts put into this place are remarkable. I would happily spend every weekend here if I could.

Weekend Trip to Meech Creek Falls
We loved the whole experience from start to finish. Neal was an amazing host who made sure anything we would have needed was already there for us and everything was beautiful. The sauna was the perfect relaxing along with the view and sound of the falls. It was really great along with the outdoor kitchen and even a woodstove for those chilly mornings/ nights was a very nice touch, 20/10 would recommend for anyone who is looking to decompress from the work week and relax all while having a grocery store and gas station within 3 minute drive to make good use of the kitchen outdoors, anyways we had a great time thanks for having us!!!
