2 nights at Natura Wilderness Resort

Our stay at the Natura Wilderness was amazing. Private, cute, and very well-maintained. The propane stove, shower, and toilet all worked great! The location is close to a provincial park and gas station / coffee spot. Not far from Windsor. It was the perfect place for us. We would definitely recommend!

Wonderful scenery, loved looking at the horses as well! Beautiful property! Just be sure to leash your dogs as there is no fence to stop them from the cliff! Overall wonderful stay and also Pam was a great host she responded in a timely manner and gave us great info about stores nearby and when the tide comes in! Thanks Pam!

2 nights at The Ship Wreck

We absolutely enjoyed our stay ! We stayed 2 nights but could have stayed a whole 2 weeks. It was so peaceful and full of unique art all around - so fun to explore! Bryan has many pleasant seating areas, hammock area and fire pits along the land that were really nice reading or relaxing nooks. (Again: wish I could have stayed longer ! ☺️) The Shipwreck cabin is equipped with many books and games for every age and interests - a real treat to go through. Even if night outside temps were a bit cold (-8 to -10 degrees), the unique rocket mass heater kept us comfortably warm. The outdoor kitchen was well equipped , pizza oven was SO MUCH fun! We will certainly be back in the warmer months to enjoy the lake and outdoor shower. Great place for family getaways too - bringing the grandkids and dog next time.

This area comes alive with plants and animals in the summer. Very private and quiet. One outhouse very clean and maintained on site. Picnic table, firepit and firewood is provided on each site. A trail brings you to a large lake on the property, bring your fishing gear, or gear can be provided.

While here feel free to take a stroll on this 12 acre property to visit the cows or just to take in the most spectacular views of the 100 wild Islands. Sheet Harbour is approximately a 25 minute drive away and there you will find gas, groceries etc...

**the road to my property is open, google is wrong** Nestled in a quaint old Fishing Town is a 4-Acre Forest property, that hadn’t been touched since 1885! This land overlooks the North Atlantic Ocean, with a 25ft bank at the edge of the property, and almost 200ft of stone beach! No potable water on this property (well water is available by hose for cooking/cleaning/showering), but 10 minutes by car you’ll find a Sobeys, a liquor store, a laundromat/cafe, a pub, a Home Hardware, and small local shops that carry camping supplies and so much more! There should be a grey plastic rounded table available (just pop in the 4 peg legs), and 2 matching grey small coffee side tables you can use positioned under the Tiny Home. Please return them somewhere underneath the Tiny Home when you are done using them so that other campers may use them :) 30 min drive away is the infamous Martinique Beach, a very popular surfing spot! Lots of hiking and site seeing available nearby as well. A long drive way is the entry point to the camping site. All I ask is that each camper leaves the property better than you found it. As you depart, another camper is most likely arriving so please keep that in mind. Enjoy the peace and quiet under the stars, and fall asleep to the sounds of the waves breaking against the shore, and the leaves rustling in the breeze! -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- There is currently a Tiny Home on the property being built, and it is currently occupied by the property owner full-time. Garbage pick-up in this area only allows one black plastic bag to be removed every 2 weeks. If your garbage is in a clear bag the city will take it and you can put your sealed garbage in a clear bag in the wood box at the end of the driveway. The city ONLY takes clear bags. Recycling is allowed in blue bags. Due to this restriction, I am not able to handle all the campers garbage -- please take any that you create with you if you do not have clear bags.
