Back Forty Vineyards

Come camp on a 40-acre parcel backing onto crown land mountains and wake up in front of 10 acres of vineyard and a view of Okanagan Lake! Outhouse on the property and it is a working farm so will likely have various equipment around at times as well as workers at certain times of the year. You’ll likely meet our very friendly and very energetic Bernedoodle, Bernie. If you prefer to keep him out of your campsite just let us know and we can keep him closer. Otherwise, he thinks he has the run of the place! Please check to see if campfires are allowed (live in a high-risk fire zone) and firewood is available with an extra charge. If you need anything to better enjoy your stay, just let us know!Our property is located in Peachland, BC. Positioned midway between Kelowna and Pentiction, it is the perfect location to draw from both population centres and is well-positioned to act as a hub for popular wine and other agri-tourism activities. Peachland is within easy reach of over 200 estate wineries and microbreweries. 

Site #1 had a great view of the vineyard.

There are a few great trees for hanging up your hammock on the property!

You can catch a glimpse of Okanagan Lake through the vineyard and the trees.

The outhouse is a short walk from the campsites. It's bright and clean, well-stocked, and has a great view of the surrounding forest.

This property is our dream come true.

Located 5 min from the city of Vernon you have fantastic views of our beautiful valley and are surrounded by Apple Orchard.

We were the first people to live on this land and have built everything you see since 2017.

Enjoy 20 beautiful acres just 5 minutes out of Vernon. Close proximity to Kal Lake, Swan Lake and Lake Okanagan. Fantastic hiking trails, biking trails, and watersports close by.

We have 3 different to choose from listings: 1 serviced site, 3 dispersed non serviced sites, and 1 air-conditioned Yurt with two single beds.

Potable water available. Full washrooms and showers are available. . Campfires permitted (unless fireban is in effect). Free Wifi.

We are hoping to slowly turn the land into a type of agrotourism with animals, fresh veggies from the garden and a variety of u-pick options.

Lakeside+ Lakeview Forested Camping

Welcome to Lakeside+ Lakeview Forested Camping!We are located in Lake Country, BC, with plenty of beautiful wineries nearby and very close to the beautiful Okanagan Lake.Our campsites are a short walk (200m) down to Wood Lake and the Okanagan Rail Trail, a local and tourists' favourite for cycling and walks around the lake, or for touring all the way to Vernon or Kelowna. You can rent E-Bikes or boats for extra excitement. The property is part of a 10-acre cherry orchard. Find farm stands and charming restaurants and some world-class wineries in the area. We have two tent sites to choose from:- Site 1 boasts a large deck for pitching your tent and enjoying the sacred spot under the eagle's nests (requires a 4WD vehicle to access) - Site 2 has lake views from a creekside forested spot. You need a very dependable 4wd to drive directly to site 2 as there is a steep 40m of a dirt drive. 

We brought our own kayak - water was  nice.

Cidery & Apple Orchard

A unique camping experience! 

A cidery with a tasting room on-site where you can enjoy a flight of our handcrafted cider. Rv sites available. Dispersed tent camping available. Enjoy the apple and cherry orchards or hike up the mountain to the grey canal trail. Access to washrooms and drinking water is available in the cidery building during business hours. Conveniently located right off of highway 6. The gas station, liquor store, and cafe are located within walking distance.

The tents are nestled on a private corner of our sister company, MacDonald Acres, which is known for its beautiful views of the mountains, valley and Okanagan Lake. There are many walking paths around the property which lead to beautiful views overlooking the creek. You'll see plenty of wildlife including deer, eagles and more!
