Peak time prices apply. There is no Wifi available however there is very good mobile coverage. Tinny’s or Kayaks can’t be put in directly at hut, however we can show you where you can put them in on our property.
We have 2 tandem Kayaks available for your use during your stay - Kid’s must wear life jackets at all times when using the kayaks. Additionally, if you have booked the hut for 6 and under guests, however you would still like some privacy, an option in extras is to book the Donga also for $80 per night.

Bajimba Eco Camp is part of our stunning family property nestled in the surrounds of Mt Bajimba in the Northern Tablelands of NSW, 40 minutes south east of Tenterfield.
Historically known as a resting point for bullock teams hauling timber from the surrounding forests on their way to a saw mill in the lower valley, Bajimba is now home to Merv & Carey. We are just over 1080 metres above sea level, with 57 acres of eucalypt & grass tree forests, grass pastures, and a small (but mighty) organic farm.
Accommodation options include "West View “situated at our highest elevation with incredible views from the deck, and "Bullock Camp" which can accommodate tents, caravans or motor homes.
When making travel arrangements, note we are in NSW and therefore are 1 hour ahead of QLD during day light savings months. It is encouraged if possible that guests arrive before 6pm to ensure a smooth and stress free check in to camp. Being able to experience the sunset is all a part of your Bajimba stay!
Amenities for both sites include an ablution block with hot shower and composting toilet, with steam sauna and wood-fired hot tub available by appointment. Please call at time of booking if hot tub and sauna facilities are required (especially for same-days bookings). Wood fired hot tubs require four hours to heat appropriately. Also note that all toiletries are provided to ensure that our critical farm ecosystem is maintained.

Never Never Park is a Sub-Tropical Rainforest property which borders the ancient Gondwana World Heritage National Park on 2 sides including along Coopernook creek. Located half an hours drive Northeast of Dorrigo and 1 hour West of Coffs Harbour (via Eastern Dorrigo Way) in the beautiful Bellingen Shire, surrounded by various National Parks with 4WD tracks, crystal clear creeks, waterfalls, cascades, swimming holes and picnic areas.
The property is 400 acres featuring spring fed mountain streams, cascades and waterfalls that run through its central gorge. First surveyed in 1906 and logged in the days of bullocks and hand saws, remnants of a bygone era remain including the “Jack Feeney Memorial Giant Tallowwood Tree”, a Champion Tree of Australia listed in the National Register of Big Trees. It’s over 50m tall, more than 1000 years old, and was around long before Captain Cook reached our shores.
The landscape starts in dense Sub-Tropical Rainforest opening up to lush green pastures overlooking the amazing views to the west showcasing hedge-rowed rolling hillsides and 1600m high mountain range towards Marengo.
The local fauna is amazing and quite rare, featuring the locals of the Gondwana Rainforests, Koala’s, Wallabies, Paddy Melons, Lyre Birds, Satin Bower Birds, Glossy Black Cockatoo’s, King parrots, Crimson Rosella’s, Wedgetail Eagles, Catbirds, Riflebirds, Fairy wrens, Diamond pythons, Water dragons, Giant Panda snails, Glow Worms, Fire Flys and many more… including our Horses, Cows, Chooks and Bees.
Similarly, the flora is very diverse including Native Tall Hardwoods, various types of Palms and tree ferns, Rainforest and flowering Trees, Vines, flowering grasses, Stag Elk horns and other epiphytes, Crows nests, Mosses, Orchids and more.

Making memories is what we are about whether that be fishing, swimming, kayaking, watching the races in the bar over a game of pool or just sitting by the fire with your favorite tunes to relax and unwind. - This turn is about 10 km from South Grafton.
5. Continue on Armidale Road for approximately 17 km to reach Coutts Crossing.

7. Follow Armidale Road for approximately 20 km beyond Coutts Crossing.
8. Turn right onto Laytons Range Road.

Twenty minutes from the highway- the 60-acre farm is a quiet oasis in a rural community. Fairlight was purpose-built for guests who have described it as comfy, relaxing, well-stocked, private, and different. The timber interiors and antique pieces add a touch of charm. Both cabins are fully equipped with everything you need for your stay, and each cabin provides you with your own private space. However, if you prefer additional services or assistance during your stay, please don't hesitate to let us know, and we'll be happy to accommodate your needs. Your comfort and enjoyment are our top priorities.
Sunscreen: Apply a broad-spectrum sunscreen with a high SPF to exposed skin to protect against harmful UV rays and reduce the risk of sunburn and skin damage.
Insect repellent: Use insect repellent containing DEET or other effective ingredients to repel mosquitoes, ticks, and other biting insects, reducing the risk of insect-borne illnesses.
Water: Carry an adequate supply of water to stay hydrated throughout your hike. Consider bringing a reusable water bottle or hydration pack.
Snacks: Pack lightweight, non-perishable snacks such as nuts, energy bars, or dried fruit to provide energy and keep hunger at bay during your hike.
First aid kit: Carry a basic first aid kit containing essential items such as bandages, adhesive tape, antiseptic wipes, pain relievers, blister treatment, and any personal medications you may need.

This place was absolutely awesome!
Plenty of space and beds for 2 Adults and 3 kids.
We had great time having a splash in the creek and exploring the property.
The Shed had all the cooking equipment we needed, power, fridge, hot shower, flushing outside toilet that was in great condition (no creepy crawlers to be seen).
I highly recommend purchasing your firewood directly with you booking. For $20 we had heaps of firewood to last us the two nights we stayed.
The hosts were very welcoming and accommodating. We will definitely be back and recommend you check this place out if you want a farm stay with some enjoyable comforts.

Stumbled across this and what an Epic little spot! Super nice host in Merv. Epic view and sunset. Clean. Neat and tidy. All the things there that I could think I needed. Quiet and just some solace to be. Did have Telstra 5g as well for just incase. Would highly recommend.

Beth is the most welcoming host, she gave super clear instructions to make sure we could get to the property ok.
The property wow! It’s very private, overlooking the river and is just gorgeous. The bath was such a brilliant touch!
BBQ, shower, toilet, hot bath, fans, blankets, a fridge, kettle - whatever you need for your stay it is there!
I really cannot recommend enough, beautiful views!

Perfect spot, perfect hosts. Two kids and two dogs. Couldn’t have asked/expected any better. Private as you could ask for. Will be coming back in the future for certain.
The amount of stars seen at night and peace throughout turned back the clock.

This was an epic stay with a cozy fire, everything you could want in the kitchen, a cool river crossing and cows to spend time staring at. Wished we booked more than one night. Everything was super clean and well cared for, only oversight on our behalf was that there wasn’t any reception for internet connection but we didn’t mind we spent the night playing board games by the fire

Fantastic stay! Elizabeth’s place is amazing. The outdoor bath was the highlight and everything else surpassed our expectations. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and all the unique touches to the bedroom made it really homely. Elizabeth went above and beyond with some extras and was very welcoming when we met her (on horseback!) to guide us in. Thank you - we’ll be back!

The glamping pod was so lovely, well-equipped, clean and cosy. It is quite a distance from the main house on the property and therefore very private.
Great shower and the composting toilet was clean and odour-free.
Gorgeous views over the river.
Everything was as described and suited our needs perfectly.

Was a great spot for the week away camping!
Great landscape, with the BEST SUNSETS, nice and peaceful apart from the odd mooing from the cows 🐄 open fire with wood supplied (at a cost) by John.
A lot of flies, which is to be expected so if you don't like flies may not be the camping spot for you.
Gets very hot out the back, so take some sort of gazebo to relax under as no shade.
Nothing was a problem for the hosts John and Victoria. We had a few unexpected issues which were rectified very promptly. This was very much appreciated, considering it was over Christmas.
One negative thing that I wish was better, and hopefully could be fixed for the next campers
** The outside door needs to be fixed so it can be locked shut because it bangs and creaks continually on windy nights, which unfortunately we had a few nights of, over our week long stay. Didn't make for a restful sleep at all.
