Leave the noise of the city behind and travel to Noojee, a town named after the Aboriginal word for contentment or place to rest.
Surrounded by lush native bush and towering tree ferns, this picturesque town on the Latrobe River sits on the main access route to the ski fields of Mt Baw Baw and is home to a wide range of heritage and natural attractions.
The property consists of 5 acres with a river, so you can set up a tent right next to the river and fish for dinner. The house is about 100 meters away from the camping area, but there are about 1000 Oregon trees that are 50 years old, so you can't see each other well, so you can enjoy nature freely.
4WD is recommended for easy access. We recommend tents/swags.
4WD with Heavy trailer is still very hard to enter when it is wet.
Guests will have access to a toilet throughout their stay. There is a communal fire pit available, so guests can enjoy a campfire on the cool evenings. Please abide by any local fire restrictions during your stay.
You can walk from my house to Noojee Heritage Centre, Trestle Bridge, Alpine Trout Farm, and Noojee Hotel for a delicious pizza, Cool beer from tool sheed and coffee from red duck cafe. You can drive to Toorongo Falls, Ada Tree in 10 minutes and Baw Baw Ski Resort in 40 minutes.

We can accommodate up to 40 overnight guests in total and can fit 8 caravans at once. You book and pay for the site regardless of your groups size (max 40). We have river frontage suitable for swimming and fishing, two toilets, two hot water showers, campfire pits, play equipment for kids, walk to town, tree swing.
The property has a beautiful big oak tree that will make you feel like you're somewhere magical. We are less than 1 kilometre to town. Fish in the river, relax under the tree, end your day with a nice hot shower and enjoy time with your family and friends.

Our empty and unused dairy has space available out the front for up to 3, fully self contained vans (no tents)
Located on the edge of the picturesque town of Buln Buln postcode 3821 (not Moe) take in views of rolling green hills and heritage listed oak trees while the gentle cattle and sheep graze nearby paddocks.
We have access to power and river water on all three sites (not suitable for drinking) but no toilet so your vehicle must be fully self contained.
One site is a drive through concrete slab, the other two are grassed sites. The grassed sites are next to each other and the slab site is on the opposite site of the driveway.
There is a free public dump point available at Neerim South (a 10 minute drive north)
10 minutes drive to the larger township of Warragul.
Firewood and eggs from our happy free range hens can be provided for an additional fee. (Please note our hens are currently moulting so we have none available, so sorry!) Please only use the provided fire pits and no fires are allowed on total fire ban days.
There is no access to the main house or paddocks unless accompanied by the property host.
There is some traffic noise during the day but the nights are peaceful.
Dogs are welcome but please ensure that they remain on leads at all times.
Each site is limited to one vehicle and van or single campervan. Should you have a larger group and want to bring additional vehicles please book an additional site.

We had such a great stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. Jarrod and Linda were fantastic hosts - very friendly and even popped by to say hello and make sure everything was going well, which was a really nice touch.
The sites were clean, well maintained and the pricing was excellent especially considering power and water were included. It made the whole stay feel like great value.
The atmosphere was peaceful and perfect for unwinding. The kids absolutely loved the friendly cows and sheep, and being able to feed them was a real highlight.
There’s also a local town just a short drive away, making it super easy to grab supplies if needed.
We’d definitely come back again!

There were some small trout in the river and some spiny crays.
Lovely spot close to home.
Our little dog had the time of her life.

We had a fantastic stay at The Old Dairy. The views are beautiful, the farm animals are so cute, and the whole place has such a peaceful feel. Jarod and Linda were excellent hosts and made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. We will definitely be back!

What a fantastic spot. We spent a few days on the larger site. Kids loved the river access. Noojee and Neerim were not too far away, however, on our site we felt miles away...
Something to be mindful of when you book. The track to the site is quite narrow. We got our 21' in, however, doors and windows are now dressed with pinstripes. It wouldn't have stop us from booking, but we would have been better prepared if we knew.

What a beautiful property! My boyfriend and I and my dog had a lovely stay. The cool creek - sublime! Camp fire under a night sky packed full of stars. Hosts are such a gorgeous family too. Highly recommend.

Lovely quiet spot on river and only 10mins into Noojee. There are 3 spots on the river with camp-sites roughly 10-15 metres apart so you can hear yr neighbours. We had no trouble getting our 22ft van in although track to site is a bit tight in places and hard to avoid pinstripes. We had the best site which was large with easy access to river. A bit pricey for 3 adults, 1 child and our dog at $226 for 2nts but $66 was hipcamp fees. Unfortunately hipcamps are not the bargain they use to be and I feel for hosts who genuinely want to make their properties available as an alternative to caravan parks but service charges are eroding the appeal. We however did enjoy our stay and would return.

Great spot to camp up for a few days. Other than the little bit of road noise, it was very quiet. Jarrod was a fantastic host, great with the kids and letting them help with feeding the animals. Highly recommend 👌
