Established in 1904 on over 22 acres with old English gardens, Glen Elborne is the perfect city escape. Enter the property via the Large Stone Pillars & Wrought iron gates down the long windy sealed driveway to your secluded peaceful getaway. The gardens consist of lush Bushland, rolling lawns, lakes, massive tree ferns, bush walking tracks and views all the way to Melbourne CBD. Our Country Apartment situated right on the lakes in the foothills of the beautiful Dandenong Ranges surrounded by state forest. Our warm and cosy accommodation is fully self contained with everything Guests need for a wonderful and relaxing getaway. Ideal for a couple seeking a romantic getaway or singles seeking a secluded retreat environment.

Seperate bedroom with kitchen, dining setting and TV. Situated right next to our little lakes. There is acreage to explore, multiple people live on the 22 acres so some areas are private We do have 4 rooms available and they run along side each other, this room is the largest at the end and has access to the pool room The room has direct access to the pool table room (shared space) Also access to the gardens, pathways and lakes. We also have direct access to Banksia walking track No pets allowed. We have two very friendly dogs on the property...Lana the German shepherd and Gus a great dane x. Please don't book our place if you don't like dogs. Our water comes from a natural stream, the discoloration is due to the minerals. It's been tested and is safe to drink. This is a residential property where we live so some areas are private, our dogs are free roaming but bounded to areas by electric collars and we are sometimes doing maintainence work. There are also a few other rooms that are Airbnb rented. Each room is self contained. There is no wifi so you can unplug and relax!

The gardens offer plenty of space for you to sit and have a picnic. We do have 4 rooms available and they run along side each other Guest access Guest have access to the surrounding gardens and pathways, lake setting and tennis court (subject to maintainence) Banksia track a public walking track can also be accessed from our property Please note the following important details about our property: - **Pet Policy**: While we love animals, we do not allow guests to bring pets. However, please be aware that our two friendly dogs, Lana (a German Shepherd) and Gus (a Great Dane mix) are on the property, usually restrained by electric boundary collars so should not disturb you. However please reconsider your stay if you do not like big dogs. - **Water Source**: Our water is sourced from a natural stream, which may cause slight discoloration due to minerals. Rest assured, it has been tested and is safe to drink. - **Residential Property**: As this is our home, certain areas are private. Please be aware that occasional maintenance work may occur during your stay. - **Additional Accommodations**: We have a few other self-contained rooms available for rent on the property. The rooms are aligned motel style. - **Connectivity**: To help you fully unwind, we do not offer Wi-Fi, encouraging you to unplug and relax during your stay.
