Enjoy the comforts of home at some sites—including flush toilets, showers, and a kitchen.
The property is a short 5 min drive from the Kirkleigh boat ramp and 20 min drive from the spit. If booking the Ski Shack you have most of the comforts of home in the spacious open plan living, with a bathroom and kitchen. Plenty of room to park your boats, trailers, and caravans. The kids can run around and play till they are exhausted. The courtesy bus from the Exchange Hotel will pick you up and drop you off Friday and Sat nights,(check before hand). You will need to take your rubbish with you when you leave. Fires only in the supplied enclosed fire pits. Fire wood is sold at various locations not far from the property. Gate code will be provided after booking is confirmed. For those camping or caravanning, there is power available for all the luxuries you may need weather camping or in your RV. Plenty of room to park your boats, trailers, and caravans. The kids can run around and play till they are exhausted. You will need to have your own bathroom facilities and take your rubbish with you when you leave. Fires only in the supplied enclosed fire pits. We absolutely loved staying at Sean's property over the long weekend. Sean was great to deal with and very accommodating. The property is so close to 2 x boat ramps at Somerset Dam and Kilcoy. It was a great base for long days on the lake. The Shack was clean and had everything that you needed and the beds were so comfy. There were board games and ball games to keep the kids entertained and they even had a telescope where we could show the kids the moon up close. The whole property is large and quiet, and we honestly can't wait to come back again. Thanks for an awesome stay Sean!
