Our property is located just 4 km from the historic town of Nobby on an all-weather road, offering beautiful views and a shaded area with three lovely, mowed grass campsites on 80 acres of land. We have beautiful old gumtrees, some of which are estimated to be over 300 years old, providing lots of hollows and beautiful birdlife. You may also spot some wildlife, mainly birds, bearded dragons, and occasionally wallabies and kangaroos. Dogs are welcome but must be kept on a leash as we are a working farm with horses. We can provide above-ground cages for dogs if guests plan to go exploring for the day and need somewhere safe for their furry friends to stay. We also have a fire pit and picnic table available for our guests. Our property is off the main road on a private entry, so it's a safe place to leave caravans or other vehicles if you wish to go exploring. The historic Rudd pub, which offers beautiful meals, is just 4 km away. There is also a quiet no-through road nearby, which is a great place to go for a walk or take your pets for a stroll. Additionally, we offer farm-fresh eggs and produce, and sometimes firewood is also available.Our campsites offer beautiful shaded areas with mowed grass and are located about 200 meters from the farmhouse, offering privacy to our guests. Lovely stay. Peaceful and relaxing. Our host Mischelle was very welcoming but also gave us privacy. Sites are spread out nicely and each has a little picnic table and fire pit provided. We enjoyed beautiful sunset views and enjoyed lovely fresh eggs and tomatoes from the farm.

Lovely quiet spot, not far from Rudd’s pub for a “big” meal (dog friendly). Enjoyed going for a walk to see the horses/donkey and visiting the neighbouring cows. Nice spot for a relaxing night or two.

Always pure bliss staying here aswell as great service. The drive here is always breathtaking and the air is so pure. Can literally see everything in the night sky and is so quiet other than the occasional soft purr of the horses. Always end up here when looking for a camping night.

Lovely location, friendly hosts with great communication, lots of space and the kids loved the horses and Rupert the donkey! We had a very relaxing weekend sitting around the camp fire with the family, and it’s only a short drive into Nobby for coffee and a pub feed. Fantastic long weekend camping spot.

Camping at Carlisle Farm was so relaxing! No traffic noise, a nice warm fire at night... nothing to worry about but the excellent farmland views and a good book. And there was plenty of space to walk to dog. 😁 The hosts were friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful spot for a weekend getaway. Hosts are fantastic. Land is mostly flat and rock free so barefoot walking was great once the sun came out

This beautiful spot was great to spend a few days and enjoy the peace. The hosts Tyson & Mischelle were very friendly and welcoming. With very friendly horses and a donkey to share in the view. Recommend coming out for some quiet time and to explore the surrounding towns.

We loved our 3 nights at Carlisle Farm. Mischelle was an awesome host and her communication was excellent. We strived to a fire set ready to light and a dozen fresh eggs. The property is beautiful, close to a number of wonderful country towns and also the Darling Downs Zoo.

What a great experience. Mischelle was so accommodating, offering some fresh farm eggs on arrival and bring out some chicks and ducklings for the kids to pat. The kids also really enjoyed feeding Rupert the donkey. The dog kennel was very clean and a great bonus allowing us to take the day to go to the zoo. The position is private and the sunset was amazing. Good country hospitality and thanks for sharing your property. 🫶

A perfect place to setup camp and relax, nice flat grassed campsites, the hosts were extremely nice and great to chat with. We were supplied a fire pit, some fresh farm eggs and some firewood upon arrival. We will certainly be back in the future.

We really enjoyed staying at this property. Very quiet, easy to find and the hosts are very welcoming. They have numerous chooks, ducks, Guinea fowl and horses. We even got to try some fresh eggs - just delicious. The surrounding land is crop and pastures so you can see for miles. It was a great location for our one night stay.
