Loved the green grass, bathroom and toilet clean and well stocked, appreciated the fee use of washing machine. Other campers were respectful and quiet. Our dog loved the property.

This is a beautiful spot to relax, recoup and go again! We came for 4 stayed for 8, the place is peaceful, spacious and has great facilities! Kids loved hanging in the bali hut and exploring under the mango trees. Washing machines are a very appreciated edition and amenities have everything you need including soaps, shampoos the works!
Central to everything so a great base for day tripping and exploring Darwin and surrounds.
Kayla is a great host and lovely to connect with! Highly recommend this spot for everyone.

Under the Mangoes is a gorgeous spot covered in mango trees, not far from the shops or Darwin. The trees provided excellent shade whilst we were there but it would be heaven to visit during mango season! All amenities were good with power, water, 2 showers, toilets and washing machines. The Host (Kayla) personally came over to check in with everyone and took the time to have a chat. Her young son Darby was just as friendly and helpful with local tips as she was.
Unfortunately, the campground was overbooked when we visited but Kayla was very generous in providing refunds for the inconvenience caused. We would happily stay here again, given the overbooking issue is fixed.

Great facilities and friendly hosts. Lots of different spaces with plenty of grassy spots to choose from. Some spots have easy power and water hook ups.

This is a lovely property, with a wonderful host family.
The area has beautiful shaded grass to camp on. They supply power & water 2 toilets, 2 showers and 2 washing machines and camp kitchen with bbq. A great undercover table & chairs with casual seating area too. The only fault is with Hipcamp itself this property has 4 campsites only, Hipcamp increased this to 6 without consolation with the owners and then allowed extra bookings on top of that overloading the property .. leaving everyone stressed.

Beautiful property set up for 4 powered sites and 2 unpowered. Unfortunately Hipcamps app allowed overbooking which overwhelmed the water supply and electrical circuit capacity. Many grumpy people! We would definitely like to stay here again if not overbooked.

We loved our stay under the mango trees! The camp area is shady and spacious, with great amenities and communal camp kitchen area, while the Howard Springs location makes a perfect base to explore the Darwin region. Kayla and family are lovely, and their place has such a chill, peaceful vibe - and much better value for money than the big name caravan parks in town!

What an oasis this place is! Quiet, clean, grassed and shady meant we thoroughly relaxed on our stay here.
The two toilets, showers and washing machines were clean and accessible.
Power and water are available if required.
Palmerston is a short drive away for all shopping, dining and some activities.
This place is a great find!

We loved our 7 nights here. Plenty of space for the kids to run around. Having access to clean facilities (toilet, shower, washing machine, camp kitchen) and water was a great bonus. The perfect base camp for exploring all that Darwin and surrounds has to offer

We loved everything about Under the Mangoes. The beautiful surroundings were an absolute haven. The Bali hut was lovely and well equipped, it even had a ceiling fan. The bathrooms were equipped with toilet, shower, and a much appreciated washing machine, as well as a few lovely little extras. Kayla is a fantastic host and is ready to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We definitely will come back if we come this way again.

We booked Months in advance and it was listed as only 2 sites. When we arrived there were now 4 sites all booked so not as private as we had hoped for when the booking was made. We had a good time and Karla made us feel welcome but just a bit more crowded than we expected.

Great spot to stay. Nicely equipped with kettle, toaster and sandwich press for those who may not have their own in a fabulous Bali hut. The fan was awesome! Thereâs even bug spray and mozzie coils. Access to a washing machine was fantastic and the shower/toilet/laundry room is lovely and clean with shower wash, shampoo/conditioner and moisturiser provided. A really nice, private and safe place to stay not too far out of Darwin. Kayla is very lovely. High recommended.

We recently booked our stay with Kayla. Unfortunately we did not stay even though we had already paid!
What is advertised certainly doesn't look anything like the pictures, and we really are not fussy people. At $90 for 2 nights for an overgrown yard..we drove in and drove straight back out.
We have asked Kayla, politely, to arrange a refund but have not heard from her again.

Fantastic location. Close to Palmerston and easy to drive to Darwin. Only a couple of sites, very spacious. Very safe. The use of a washing machine was an added bonus.
The couple were lovely and very accommodating.
So much nicer and safer than being packed like sardines in a caravan park with little privacy.
What a little gem this place was for us. Will definitely be back next time we are travelling through.

Love it there! We took the place for 3 weeks and mostly we had the place for ourselves. It was a nice and relaxing stay surrounded by mango trees, I would recommend it to everyone who would like to stay in Darwin. Kayla was welcoming and her husband very helpful.
The sites are private, clean and secluded from the road.
We will definitely book the place again. Thank you for opening your beautiful property to us.

Loved the homey feeling of this place, Bali hut share space was perfect, hot showers and even a cold laundry. Hosts were lovely, responsive and checked in with us, perfect place to stay just outside Darwin.

We had a wonderful 4 nights here. Great base to explore Darwin, Berry Springs and the Territory Wildlife Park. Major shopping centre very close by. Shady sites available with Power, Water, Shower, Toilets and Laundry. Beautiful Balinese Hut with a BBQ and seating.

We loved our stay at Under the Mangoâs! It was a beautiful shady spot to park our caravan for a couple of nights, power & water hookup! Great amenities, shower, toilet & washing machine! A stones throw from Darwin CBD! Lovely hosts, Kayla and family were super friendly. We would absolutely stay again!

Really appreciated our stay here. Had a mostly shaded site to ourselves for three nights which was marvellous. So quiet, having moved from another property nearby where continual barking dogs were unpleasant. Enjoyed relaxing in the cool shade of the gazebo/hut in quiet surroundings. Basic/rustic facilities but very neat and tidy. Great hot shower with good pressure. A few green tree ants to deal with but easily fixed. Thank you for the mozzie coil. They always remind me of Bali. A few toads about at night but they are no problem. Fee is pretty reasonable with water and power hook up. Washing machine provided if needed in the bathroom area. Pity there were no mangoes on the trees. đ Would definitely stay again if in the area. Loved it. Thank you for providing this space Kayla.

What an awesome place! Loved that we were the only people camped here. Great spacious shady spot with bali hut, green grass with the added bonus of toilet, shower & washing machine and our dog loved being off leash. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again. Kayla and Jarrod were fantastic hosts.

Camping here was first class⊠Kayla and Jordan were so welcoming and everything was thought of to make our stay perfect⊠a Bali hut with outdoor lounge, table and chairs⊠right down to salt and pepper.. a toilet and shower, washing machine and power and water. Our pup enjoyed exploring off lead. Thank you Kayla and Jordan.

The outdoor sitting are was very welcome. Hosts were very helpful and although initially we had some issues with the shower Kayla and partner did all they could to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Their place has loads of potential.
