Darwin is the gateway to the amazing Kakadu and Litchfield National Parks. There are many popular waterfront areas with several beaches including Lee Point and Casuarina. While sightseeing, make sure you visit the Museum and Art Gallery of the Northern Territory, The War Museum and Aviation Museum. For outdoor enthusiasts, there are some good fishing and biking trails. We are located on a 5-acre block in the Northern Suburbs. The top 2 acres are laid out in a tropical garden setting, with the other 3 acres set out with native Darwin plants visited by lots of native animals and birds. We have a variety of native birds on the property and are close by to local bird watch areas. You'll feel like you're a whole world away yet you will only be 2 minutes from the supermarket, 5 minutes from a large shopping centre, and 15 minutes from Darwin's CBD. We are a small boutique site and only have 5 powered sites and 8 non powered sites on the 5 acres. Your site is private and you will be able to enjoy your stay without interference from others. The property has a secured gate that requires fob access and a security entrance camera. IMPORTANT: Each site can accommodate 2 adults MAX. If you have 3 or 4 adults, you will need to book two sites. Please note The Bounganvillea site is open all year round and has a concrete base. Other sites are dependant on weather and access.

Close to the beach where you can enjoy some fishing and beautiful sunsets. We are also 5 minutes from the Dundee boat ramp if you want to experience some offshore fishing. Green Acres is located in Bynoe, just over an hour and a half drive from Darwin in the Northern Territory. We have five spacious powered sites and plenty of non-powered sites available. We are close to boat ramps where you can access excellent fresh and salt-water fishing and crabbing. We are close to both Berry Springs and Litchfield National Park where you can find stunning waterfalls, swimming holes and wildlife to enjoy. The Sandpalms Roadhouse is a two minute drive away. They offer fuel, a cafe style menu, with special nights for a roast or a woodfired pizza, They are a licensed, family friendly establishment. There is often wildlife visiting our property so keep an eye out whilst enjoying your time at camp. Enjoy listening to the sounds of nature while sitting around your campfire. We also have a toilet and shower available for campers. Pets are welcome but must be kept on a leash upon arrival and under your control at all times. Due to not having an area waste removal program in Bynoe it is appreciated that you take all waste with you.
