The gardens and farm of Fair Harvest were established in 1995 and have matured into an extensive Permaculture demonstration system. In 2022, we were proudly awarded the nationally-recognised Eco Certification for Ecotourism camper amenities include 2 showers ( on timer as we have limited rainwater), 2composting toilets, and an outdoor kitchen built from timber harvested onsite. We are dedicated to creating a more sustainable lifestyle and sharing our beautiful farm with others. As a permaculture farm recycling is a huge part of our culture so please read our detailed guidelines to waste management for campers. The farm features extensive food gardens , a beautiful Yoga Barn, and a farm and forest walks. Our campground is close to town, bush walks and cycle trails. Enjoy eco-friendly amenities and a great vibe, a place to retreat in a beautiful part of the world. Visit the animals, discover our veggie garden and observe the many birds part of our ecosystem. Due to farm commitments, events, courses and retreats, the campground is open to the public only certain times of the year. Open everyday during holidays and long weekend. Fair Harvest Retreat Rules 1 - CHECK IN is between 2 and 6 pm, for late arrivals let us know your ETA. CHECK OUT by 10 am 2 - ON ARRIVAL, stop at the self check-in area. Register your details. Find your name and camp site number on the whiteboard. Grab a map and set up your camp. 3 - KIDS should always be accompanied beyond the immediate campground. 4 - Enjoy a SHORT WALK around the gardens. We kindly ask you to keep the gates closed and not to pick the food. FARM WALK, follow the walk trail sign around our forest about 30/40 min.. 5 - DOGS should be on a lead at all time, we do have 1 designated paddock (not fenced) where you can have your dog off leads, please ask us. All food even meat should be given to the chickens (bin in the kitchen) There is a 10C refund bin (this goes to charity) A recycling bin at the front gate. A general waste bin at the front gate. We do not accept mixed rubbish in our bin, so if you don't separate take them away with you. We will be more than happy to explain and help you with your waste. 8 - QUIET time from 9pm - please be mindful of others campers - no parties or late music. Hello, welcome to Rosa Glen Farm in Margaret River. Our farm is set on 80 acres divided by vineyard, open fields and native bushland. We are perfectly positioned to see our beautiful region and our wines.😁 Just over two years ago we stumbled upon this gorgeous property and turned it into a boutique, biodynamic winery and farm. Our vines however were already established and some of the first planted in the area in 1978. Since buying the farm we have introduced olives, a small citrus orchard and numerous fruit trees. The farm is a working farm and well.. a massive work in progress. Our passion is the land, the environment, making good wine, listening to music, eating good food and sharing all of this with our community. We are opening up our farm to share with like minded souls who share the same passions as us (our community). Over the years we have started to learn about the secret spots on our property. The ones which are secluded, capture beautiful pieces of light at certain times of the day, where the black cockatoos love to rest on the branches of the gum trees, the areas where weeping peppermints create a haven and the frequencies and syncronities of the frogs elevate at certain times of the year and times of the day are so loud that you cant hear yourself think. As a result we have a number of beautiful secluded spots on our property we would love to share. As we are small and have no facilities and we can only accept a small number who are fully self contained. (Please see NOTES below) Our region 'Margaret River' is famous for WINE but there are so many other things that make this place special. A wild but beautiful coastline uninhibited by people, karri forest, caves, mountain bike trails and a 120km coastal walk. We are also known for surfing and close by are a number of world famous breaks including Surfers Point which is located 20 minutes from the farm. Closer to the farm you can enjoy a short walk to a beautiful winery called SI Vintners, drive to The Berry Farm or the quirky town of Witchcliffe. At Witchcliffe you will find Darnell's General Store which has a beautiful giftshop (The Shed), cellar door (Amato Vino), coffee shop (Witchy Brews) and fantastic pub (Dear Darnells) and vintage stores which it has become reknown for. Had an amazing stay! Jodie and her co-workers were very welcoming, helpful. Nothing was too much hassle for them. Directions, check in and instructions for our stay were easy. Highly recommend breakfast at their cafe along with their produce. The horses and dogs very friendly and liked to pay us a visit. Also a special mention to Meg. We will be back!

So peaceful, we took our 21ft caravan and stayed a whole week. The sites are kind of general, I don’t think we ended up on the one we booked but the spot we chose suited us better actually and was so pretty. We swam in the dam & listened to the birds! Location is great too - easy 10mins into Witchcliffe (awesome quirky town, poke around here, it’s great) and not much further into Margs. Nice to be so close to everything but not jammed into a caravan park. Highly recommend - thanks Kerry & Matt for a great stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay at this farm, its proximity to Margaret River is excellent, however do not discount the quirky town of Witchcliffe, fantastic small town. which is on the doorstep. The campsite is exceptionally spacious, private and feels secure, we also had a fire every night which only enhanced our experience. At $36 it is very well priced and we have no hesitation recommending this Hipcamp.
