Our property, "Seven Hills Tallarook", sits high above Tallarook with deep valleys and high peaks, just over one hour North of Melbourne's CBD. The property is 600 acres of thick Victorian bush and farmed paddocks. We have a wide range of hobby farm animals - pigs, sheep, alpacas, chickens, ponies, a donkey, along with commercial heard of South African Boer Goats. As night falls, the wildlife come out to play - kangaroos, rabbits, deer and wallabies. Internally, we have in excess of 10 kilometers of roads within the property, the majority being 2WD accessible (weather conditions apply). There are parts of the property which are only 4WD accessible. Our campsites are placed to allow you to be as isolated as possible - away from other campers (you may see others as you drive past, or they drive past you). At some of our bush sites, you will be able to see other campers, but they are not close by. Additionally, we anticipate our Fire Danger Period for the 2025/2026 Summer Season will commence in the coming weeks. We have not toggled the Fire Ban on as we do still allow campfires, however campers MUST adhere to CFA guidelines at all times. On days of Total Fire Ban (TFB), no fires, including gas stoves can be lit outdoors. In event of the TFB toggle needing to be used on Hipcamp, this will advise all guests booked on that day and to all future guests. We will toggle it off once the TFB is removed. Furthermore, we reserve the right to ask you not to light a fire regardless of TFB status if we feel weather conditions are unsafe, especially the wind element. We cannot plan the weather and the request to not light your campfires will most likely be on the day and we will advise as such. I had such an amazing getaway at this beautiful farm. The host and her mum were incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home and their hospitality was truly exceptional. We had a wonderful stay at the glamping pod. Everything was spotless and very cozy, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The booking process was smooth and easy to manage, and the online check-in made arrival completely hassle-free. The environment felt familiar and comfortable, located in a calm area that was also very easy to access. A perfect combination of convenience and relaxation — highly recommended!

Weekend Trip to Mountain Flower Farm

We had a lovely weekend away at the Cozy Pozy! We stayed two nights but wish we had stayed longer. The van was perfect for two people and there were so many little conveniences in the van to make us feel right at home. The farm and the views were wonderful as well. We saw Rosellas, black cockatoos and gang-gang cockatoos flying over the farm daily, and were greeted by a pair of baby goats running towards us one morning which was beautiful. The farm is close to town so we enjoyed a couple of outings to the local pub for lunch and some games of pool, as well as a trip to St Andrew’s market which was less than 10 mins away. Tamara and family were so welcoming and helpful, thank you! We hope to visit again soon :)

Weekend Trip to Breakaway Twin Rivers Caravan Park

We stayed at Breakaway Twin Rivers Park last week in the 3 bedroom cabin. It was spacious, clean, comfortable and convenient. we really enjoyed our stay, Reception was so helpful and told us of the towns near by and also brought over our fire pit and wood. Very friendly and caring! The scenery was Amazing and we are sad we couldn’t get a spot for christmas time as it would be amazing. we are re booking in a few months to take our family. can’t wait to be back!! Amazing location

Weekend Trip to Weemalah Cabin & Camping

Really wonderful weekend escape. My partner and puppy and I enjoyed a farm stay here at Anne Maree's cute cabin. It had everything we needed and was easy to find, the farm grounds are huge and we couldn't even manage to walk the whole property! Friendly dogs on the farm that would visit us. The cabin it Esse was lovely and well presented, heating, comfy bed, kitchen with everything needed and am amazing bathroom with rain shower. The jacuzzi looked lovely but it was raining the entire stay, and it was not working anyway(the owner was extremely apologetic about this, and made up for it, by offering other alternatives and also made us home made scones, lamb shank soup and some other goodies, she didn't need to do this however Anne Maree was lovely and a proper host) this made us feel so comfortable and welcome and we already want to go back!! Hoping the rain is not there and the jacuzzi is fixed the next time we are there, Thankyou Ann Maree for a wonderful stay

Weekend Trip to Galea Ranch

It was our first glamping and we enjoyed there so much! The tent and campfire pit were awesome. The host Sharelle was so kind and gave us a lot of tips where to visit and what we can do around there. She was so friendly and made sure we were comfortable and relaxing our time there. If was such an amazing experience and we would love to come back in Winter ! Thank you, Sharelle

Weekend Trip to Magic Mountain

We stayed with a toddler and a dog, and had a great time. The site was well organised and the A frame was clean and cosy. Our toddler loved reading books in the beanbag under the loft bed. A gas bbq and a wood fired pizza oven made life easy and we loved watching the sun set together from the giant hammock. The speed bumps going up the driveway are pretty intense, as previously noted. We have an Outback and still struggled on some of them. I'd recommend taking them on an angle at the edges, where the gradient isn't so steep. The way down is much easier. Overall, we loved it. An easy getaway from the city with a great view.

Weekend Trip to Shacks at Kardella Park

The Kardella Park glamping spot was beautifully set up with absolutely everything you could need. Very comfortable and well appointed. The bathroom setup was so squeaky clean I thought it seemed brand new. The pergola space was a great place for meals and had pretty good shade most of the day for the quite hot weekend we were there. The beach is not far to walk or bike, and is a good spot to hire stand up paddle boards, canoes etc. Damian and Alli were super helpful. Definitely recommend.

Weekend Trip to Weemalah Cabin & Camping

Had the most serendipitous weekend at Anne-mare’s campsite, it exceeded already very high expectations. The creek is stunning, and so fun for swimming, paddling floating, jumping off the rocks and (attempted) fishing. The landscape is so beautiful, plenty of space for camping and so much to explore. We also booked the cabin which was beautiful and the jacuzzi looking out on to the fields was such a delight!! Anne-maree met us at the gate and was super lovely and comprehensive showing us around and being available if we needed. Would 100% go back here!!

We had an amazing 2-night glamping stay at Wayne & Sharelle’s land. They were incredibly welcoming, which made our experience even more special. The wine they provided was a delightful touch, and the firewood they prepared helped create the perfect camping atmosphere. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be visiting again!

Weekend Trip to Shacks at Kardella Park

We spent the long weekend at glamping tent in the garden area. It was great. I’ve stayed in many different types of accomodation, from non powered site to fancy hotels. I don’t use this word even for the five star hotels that I have stayed before but the bathroom and the toilet onsite are SPOTLESS. Both Damian and Ally are very nice and welcoming. You have to come to stay to experience yourself. The only disappointment is the stay finished too soon and I wish I booked for longer.. 😄 Thank you for the nice weekend! We will be coming back! 🖤

Staying in glamping for the first time with my partner and we love it! So peaceful and enjoyable weekend away! It’s was very clean and the light match the vibes! We saw the new baby highland cows , so cute! Definitely will come back!
